They, however, needed the wasabi to bring out their subtle flavors. The Nigiri selection came next, a total of ten pieces. Including striped Jack, sweet shrimp, tuna, sea bream, tamagoyaki (3 egg omelet), fatty Toro, Jack mackerel, fluke, sea urchin and giant roe.
