I got the Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles. This is the first time I felt like I had more chicken than waffles, because the wings were a really good size. Both were delicious. The dinner was great the staff was absolutely amazing! It was tasty but I was disappointed that they used small bay scallops instead of sea scallops. Keith then talked us into a key lime pie which is the best around. This was a fabulous dinner and we had plenty for the next night. I highly recommend visiting The Chart House. They also have a Three course dinner menu on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday which is a great deal from 4-6 PM. I’ll have to return for this deal. The food is worth the cost and the view of the water with all the boats and yachts makes it picturesque.

Upon arriving the decor was very sheik with stunning art and fixtures with a sheer elegance. The dining room is well suited for just about any number of dining parties. The bar is not overly large but it is fair with a couple of flats screens to enjoy the game. The waiting area at the entrance is accommodating also with some screens to keep you up to date on your he sports until your table is ready. Once seated you most likely will see the panoramic view of the marina and the horizon view of the other Atlantic City casinos in the distance. The menu was delectably loaded with several appetizers and entrees from salads, pastas, steaks and seafood. The variety of breads were just right to begin the dining experience. The Calamari appetizer was bountiful and wonderfully flavored. The Lobster Bisque was served in a deep bowl . The Roasted Lamb Chops were cooked excellently to your liking and served w/ tri-colored carrots (literally 3 carrots) and parsnip purée. I would definitely recommend The Flounder Francese it was plated very nicely with a lovely crispness along with herb tossed Angel hair pasta; this entree was worth its menu price. The Seafood Pesacatore had a lot of promise but missed the mark with the shrimp, clams, scallops, and the smidget (less than half) of lobster tail being overcooked; the linguine was perfect; however, this dish was definitely not worth its $50 menu price. The Veal Marsala was presented and prepared wonderfully sided w/ garlic mashed potatoes the . The chicken Caesar salad was uniquely served in an edible cheese bowl which was cool but hard to chew. The Sous Vide Roasted Chicken was juicy and tender no qualms there. And all in all the service was on point and courteous and the dining experience was by far hands down I would visit again for the atmosphere and to try some other menu items and some of their signature cocktails.

The ambiance is nice, and since it is located within the Golden Nugget, there is free parking. We came here for dinner as a group of 9, and though they technically are able to accommodate large groups, we weren't seated until at least 40 minutes after requesting a table (they initially estimated 20 minutes). Our waitress Anna was the Gold standard. She was attentive, friendly, gave great advice, and treated us with so much kindness and respect. The restaurant is located beside the inlet. We had a real steak sandwich and shrimp po’boy. We shared a large salad and had drinks. It was like we were transported to the Caribbean. My only concern was the ladies restroom. Unfortunately, the nor’easter did damage with flooding to many businesses. They were using a converted trailer or rail car for the bathroom. The steps were high and the bathroom was tiny. This pub/restaurant is in the Sheraton across the driveway from the Convention Center, so it’s a very quick walk from the conference. Food first time was good having their blue crab fry’s and blue crab cakes, only improvement I would recommend is getting the fries crispier and the gravy/bisque makes them soggy quick. Just got done having dinner there this time and again had good beer and service. However the food was extremely lacking. Tried their prime rib and from experience cooking it for years this one came from the freeze due to texture and the fat was still ice cold in several spots. Granted I came in early 5 o’clock but the place was dead, at least the could have warmed it back up so that there were no icy parts.

There were 3 people working the front of the restaurant and they spent most of their time sitting in a booth together eating and laughing, meanwhile I couldn't even get a refill of water till the end of my meal. There are so many options for beer (while I don’t drink it my friend was able to sample three different ones before selecting!) Start with the street corn dip and chips. It was delicious. We ordered a quesadilla with the chicken on the side (I really am a pain in the a—!) which was so large we shared it and still ended up so full we couldn’t finish our sweet potato fries! It was by far the best quesadilla I’ve had in years. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is great as demonstrated by locals having lunch. When there are locals that come to a restaurant often enough everyone they know each other’s name. It’s a representation that the food is good enough to return often and the staff is like family. Love that environment! We ended up getting a great and filling meal for less money than the boardwalk! And there is absolutely no comparison in quality of food!

The dining area in the back with low-top seating is very crowded, the tables are uncomfortably close to each other and servers have to squeeze by while everyone holds their breath hoping nothing is spilled on them. The restaurant was pleasant and clean, although slightly chilly. However, the aroma inside was delightful. It seemed quite empty, possibly because they had just opened. So I decided to go and give them my receipt and say I never got my food waited another 10 minutes and got my food but before I left I checked my food and they mess up my order. I did not get my family fries and them told them and waited another 5 minutes. I was there about an hour waiting for my food. I did wanted to talk to the manager but he looked very busy and I didn't wanted to my wasted time anymore. I own a restaurant also but this is not how you serve customers.
