By this stage a few tables were filled, but less than half. I thought maybe we’d be stunned by the food considering the time it took, it must be a masterpiece…haha…wrong! Serving sizes were dreadfully small. Instant disappointment on faces at the table. Asked for the sauce separate for a child on her bacon and egg roll when ordering. Nope. Smashed avo on sourdough served with dukkah. I was battling to see the sprinkle of so called dukkah on the tiny pieces of untoasted sourdough. I’ll give it to them, the topping did cover the bread, as it should. I looked at the eggs benedict and it was an embarrassingly small serve too. I’m talking not even English muffin size pieces of bread and well the bacon and eggs left more questions on the serving sizes. Corn cakes (fritters) also ridiculously small and I felt awful that this is what we had waited for. Like who is this feeding? I’m talking entree sized food. I don’t expect to walk out leaving food on my plate from huge serving sizes, but I do expect to walk out feeling content, somewhat full, happy with my meal and glad I chose the venue. Overall the consensus was the food taste was nothing special, ok, meh, average. Yes the venue was clean, yeah you could see glimpses of the water. I don’t rate it enough to return. Dined here for brunch and on another occasion for an early dinner. No awkwardness here when dining solo. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and made me feel completely relaxed. For brunch I had the omelette of the day which was substantial but bursting with flavour and was absolutely delicious. Too many times have I experienced bland omelettes with little flavour, but not here. Unfortunately I dug into my meal before I remembered to take a photo but here is one half way through my meal. On another day I came in for an early dinner and a couple of cocktails. The gluten free seafood pasta was served al dente, full of flavour and also delicious. The Pina Colada hit the spot. Great for Coeliac/ gluten free diets. Forgot to mention the most important thing is the knock out views of Noosa beach. A great backdrop to an overall extremely enjoyable experience.

Lots of excellent places to buy food at to eat. A really good range of food to buy to take home and cook, while you're staying there. I prefer helping out the little guys that bring their produce there, than the big supermarkets.
