If you compare it to a bigger museum it’s smaller in comparison but I think it’s pretty solid I’d say it takes you around 1 hour to go through everything. This is the shopping centre I grew up with. Seen every renovation and expansion. Now, the South Food Court is being completely renovated again and it's going to look fabulous. It was elegant, organized, clean, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and tidy as well stocked, the food was catered by Aunty's Restaurant which they work along with Alderlea as one of there cater suppliers and I will say that the food was good and full of flavour except I wasn't a fan of the rice and the mushroom pasta but the rest was good, as for dessert it was ok but not a fan of the cup desserts and the rest was good. I would recommend checking out this for catering venues or meetings, I love the outside garden and how properly maintained it was. They can supply all that is needed for what ever event you are planning at a price. It was a good experience.

We had non-negotiables - Ceremony outside and our family dog as the ring bearer. Since the Venue does not allow dogs inside - we needed to do our ceremony outside. There was no rain that afternoon and we ended up setting up the chairs and then removing the chairs all by ourselves - it was super embarrassing that our Guests had to help us! The Alderlea REFUSED to assist in any way. They even called in their Event Security who did absolutely nothing - we tested the grass by removing our shoes, we sat on a chair in the grass and nothing was wet - no damage ensued. As well, the Groom had to set up his own A/V to play music for when they walked down the aisle. We were told the A/V person would be onsite for the duration of our event which was another lie. The Hospitality Industry is about ensuring your guests have a positive experience - this event co-ordinator hid for the entire time that she was there and was so miserable that many of my friends/set up crew commented on her demeanor. Unfortunately they did not deliver but Fortunately, being an Event Planner myself, the show went on and was exactly how my daughter and her husband wanted. Alderlea use this as a teaching moment - what your client wants is important not irrelevant like we were treated.

Administration is rude and unprofessional. They are unorganized and our overall experiences have been awful. My son played with them for two summers. Last summer my husband had to sub in multiple times when there was no referee and/or coach present. We tried out for grassroots last year and the tryouts were poorly organized. Kids all over the place. This summer was just as bad. We needed a parent to ref some games as we didn't have one. I did notice a HUGE decline in children from last year and maybe its not just my family who feels like this club is lacking. I went to pick up my kids metal and I had mentioned to the admin that my son made it into an academy with her responding with "oh they'll take anyone" WHO SAYS THAT? We played with other clubs before we moved to Brampton and this one takes the cake for the WORST CLUB TO PLAY FOR. I wish I could give them zero stars because 1 is too many.
