I've given it 2 stars only for the art; they do a fabulous job with the sculpture garden and other pieces scattered throughout the Bluff, and the Gallery is still very good. Except for the art, no real reason to go here anymore. I miss the old Bluff View District.

Public parking for an hour to explore was $2 by the blue rhino(pic opp) They had this cool little area with pipes and metal plates set up like instruments for the kids to play on and frozen ice by the parking lot. We had to walk around bridge construction but we checked out the kayak ramp, little games along the paths, and racing through a big field beside the amazing dancing waters with detailed statues. The park has an antique carousel you can ride for free. The attendant was super friendly and the different animals were so intriguing. Outlining the park were the backend of the shops and restaurants. Chalk alley is one of the best ways to the street. Trust me! I definitely recommend adding this stop to your chattanooga trip.

We had never been before while visiting. We knew that parking would be an issue but we were able to park in one of the Pay lots and walk a couple of blocks where the crowds were gathering. The weather was beautiful, lower 80s that day. There were vendors lined up one side of the street in front of the aquarium and down the other as well. It was fun and informational looking at the different crafts. There were several food trucks and cold drink trucks nearby. There were public restrooms available which was very convenient. Across the street was an Iron Man marathon and a very crowded area so we kept to the side of the street that had all the vendors and crafts. There were a couple of horse and carriages available to tour the city, but it was a very busy time there so we passed on that. We are glad that we found out that this event was occurring while we visited. Hopefully we will be back again sometime soon.

It’s a great mix of that classic thrift store-treasure hunt kind of vibe but also with a great selection. America’s thrift has a very wide price range and sales. Some items are pricier but I work my way around finding tons of things for very good prices, you just gotta hunt-but for me that’s half the fun of thrifting! Associates working the registers are always warm and welcoming. I do tend to have colder encounters with associates working near the dressing rooms or putting things away which seems to be people hired specifically for that role and not the register. I understand that me putting some items on the go-back rack requires them to put them away and that’s not fun, but ultimately that’s the job they chose and I shouldn’t feel bad for doing it when I’m always kind:) Overall I have great experiences here and always recommend ATS to people!

I bought this for a 36 year old man so obviously this would not work and since it was in a sealed package I had no way of knowing it would look so bizarre on the bottom. The girls said they would speak to their manager to ask about an exchange, fifteen minutes later they told me an exchange could not be done without a exempt even though it was clearly from this store. The manager whose name is Whitney did not come out to talk to me during the entire time I was there but as soon as I left came out from her office to talk to the girls about what I assume was this situation (I was in my car still since I started this review right away). It took a long time for an answer, no interaction from a manager, no help, no hello, no I’m sorry, TERRIBLE customer service on the manager’s end. When we did get the opportunity to get back to Chattanooga to try and return the items to Windsor it had been 32 days since purchase date and they would not do anything to help us out. Come to find out the store "policy" is 15 days to return for refund and 30 days to return for store credit. First of all these terms are kind of short and second the associates would not do anything to accommodate our circumstance. I did notify the company and got a reply that someone from the company would be reaching out to me to see what they could do but no one did. I have responded several time to that email stating that no one has attempted to reach out to me but I have still not received any kind of response from anyone. I am a rule follower and understand the need for rules and terms but their terms are only printed lightly on the back of the receipt and their terms for refunds are shorter than any I've ever seen. Matter of fact my daughter wife nor I knew the terms until the sales associate point them out on back of the receipt. This is a very difficult company to work with.

These guys know their stuff and do not just do mega projects. I had nice components, but a terrible shaped room for a 5.1 set-up. Fortech came to my house, calibrated my system and made it sound 100x better. They also incorporated 2 ceiling speakers to give me front atmos. They made the wiring look like i wanted it to look… perfect. Everyone that came to my house was friendly and professional. Everyone was great, including the owner who stopped by and helped with a few things. I can not speak highly enough of Jon, who came out and did the initial calibration and made the recommendations on everything. The biggest complement i can give is my wife was very happy with nothing showing or ruining the aesthetics of the room and the whole family loves the sound system and not having to look up to watch movies/shows.
