The owner was very flippant and just wanted me off the phone as she had a Pilates class to teach. This was my third visit but I will not be back. Very poor customer service by the owner.

Seeing my hair in the daylight after I left was shocking. It looked awful. I texted the salon saying how bad it looked and my disappointment and was basically told it was because I didn’t get highlights to break it up. That is untrue. The stylist herself told me highlights shouldn’t be touched up each visit—every other. Not a single apology, not an explanation how dark brown coverage became jet black. Basically blowing off my concerns altogether. Very unprofessional and discourteous to blame the client. I was then told they’d refund the cost of the horrible root touch up and I could cancel my highlight appointment to “fix” the issue or come in and pay for the highlights —which were needed BECAUSE of how poorly my hair was done. Do not even entertain coming here. I work with the public and we would never ever treat a paying client in this fashion. Horrible experience and not one that will be repeated and I will be letting everyone know to avoid this place. No accountability taken for a poor job done

Due to the dearth in square footage, the sanctuary only houses a small coed lounge, manicure parlor and individual chambers for facials and massage. While the decorative choices in textures & fixtures impress you will fail to find a sauna, whirl pool, solarium, dining or additional unique offerings here. The only complimentary refreshments were Fiji water and minuscule packages of cashews. Troublesome as there is minimal information accountable online. I decline a recommendation as the menu prices rival that of opulent spas with plenty of lavish programs. Save your finances in favor of a complete immersive experience.

Its red, puffy and itchy. I cannot put anything on it without it stinging yet I have to clean it often and use sunscreen or it will get infected or SCAR. When I called them and went it I got this response "well I thought by your description it would look worse, here is some cream samples". No offers for refunds for my ruined facial and MISSING skin. So disappointed and sad that I just walked out without a fuss.
