LIKE WOAAAH completely exceeded my expectations. You tell the bartender what you want your cocktail to be like (i.e. floral, refreshing, w gin, etc) and they slay the drink. They don’t use recipes which is so astonishing bc these cocktails were so good! Everyone gets a unique coaster (each one felt like art) for their cocktails, which was my fav part. Very nice Danish owner with a beautiful humour who has lived here for more than 20 years. The Danish Burger was freaking delicious - you would think it's this heavy rich burger because of the gravy. And it is (yay).. but at the same time it's pleasantly very fresh due to the pickled beet root, pickles and onions inside. Bun was brioche (?) and the beef tender and perfectly cooked!
