We were greeted with a big smile by their receptionists and operation manager and received complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Our room was absolutely stunning with beautiful sea views (I would definitely recommend paying extra for sea view). The roof top was beautiful with plenty of sun beds and well kept pool and complimentary towels. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was yummy and everything was cooked to perfection. Great selection of food and drink. All the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay amazing. The housekeeping was spot on, although there seemed to be a shortage of towels and face cloths on couple of occasions but not big enough issue to deduct a star from our review. The only thing we really did miss was a long, full size mirror in our room. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from all the hustle and bustle so there was no noice coming from any of the nightclubs and bars. There are plenty of lovely restaurants near by and the hotel has its own highly rated restaurant but regretfully we didn’t get a chance to dine there. Bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our towels changed twice in a week, that was nice. The view from the balcony was stunning. Location is very convenient. It is a busy area but once we closed the window we couldn't hear a thing and slept always very well. There is plenty of restaurants around. Buses are frequent and there is a stop just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choices. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Juliani and we highly recommend it.

The bathroom was very small and if you're on the toilet with the door is open it's in your face. They don't carry bags to your room or show you there. The pool isn't heated and so in October it's freezing and only for the brave. The rooftop bar isn't open either after September. The traffic outside is very noisy and definitely not peaceful. We stayed on floor 8 and were woken every night and morming by them moving the metal furniture around on the balcony above. Two small bottles of water in the room and then charged €5.50 for a bottle of water and then and 3 to bring to the room. Breakfast is a standard buffet. If you get tge chance Zest restaurant is good, but you wouldn't want sushi every night. Overall it was convenient but wouldn't recommend for the price.

I had full intentions of buying the lip oil, specifically the rosewood color. The rosewood lip oil wasn’t on display (hadn’t been all week) but I knew it was in the drawer right behind the tester because an associate had helped me the day prior when I was deciding on the color. I walk in, walk straight to the Dior lip oil that I wanted and pulled the drawer out to get the color I wanted and leave. I was expecting this entire transaction from the time I walked in to when I would be done checking out to be maybe 2 minutes as I knew exactly what I wanted. I told her the display did not have the color I wanted but it was in the drawer. She then began arguing with me telling me I was wrong and the only two colors they had in stock were on the display.
