It should be a standard in good restaurants not to let 1 noisy table take over the entire restaurant, but to moderate noisy guests so all guests can have pleasant time. Also clearing out everything from tables 2 hours before closing and turning off the table lamps results in you sitting in dark room which feels very inhospitable.
