From the moment we stepped in thru the door, and until now, where we are seated in the lobby waiting for our bus, the service have been above and beyond. The will help you with literally everything, from booking a bus, taxi or recommending a restaurant. When we checked in, we where offered freshly pressed juice in the lobby and even after checking out, they are still helping us with everything. I've been on Hilton, Marriott and 5 star resorts, but this is the best service I have ever tried. The hotel have a beautiful Oriental interior. The pillow is too thick for my taste and the breakfast could use a bit more international food. The local food in the breakfast was good though. I will recommend this to everyone.

I was barely at the hotel in these 2 days but almost every minutes of my time there was spent for confronting them and waiting for the check-in/ card activation processes. The breakfast buffet was good but you need to be non-stop eating and/or watching your plates. Once you stop eating and/or look away (not walk away) , the staff will just keep the plates. My brother went to toilet and I was still at the table, I just looked at my phone for a message and looked up a min later, my brother’s plates with full of foods are gone. We were in room 513 which was spacious and comfortable! The shower was separated from the toilet by a glass sliding door which is not something that can be taken for granted in Myanmar. Spent time helping us plan our couple of days there. The rooms are spacious and clean, far exceeding the standards of Myanmar hotels. The location was good, located just a short drive away from northern Mandalay and most of the attraction. A beautiful lake view from our room, plenty of tuk tuks and taxis just outside. Yet tucked away from the noise of the city. Restaurant served a pretty comprehensive menu for decent prices and they extended the full menu to room service which was great. The complimentary breakfast was quite good as well with a-la-carte eggs, coffee, and tea served along with a buffet of Asian and western options, breads, and juices. The room is what really surprised us, much larger space than the photos show. The layout is very optimal. They have blackout curtains and shades. A nice long bench for baggage keeping the living space clear and free. A definite great value. The rooftop swimming pool was beautiful, with an infinity pool looking over the city and a nice set of tables, though food service closed way too early. The lobby offers plug in space and plenty of comfortable work areas. AC throughout the rooms and common areas, well functioning elevator and facilities. Overall a great stay for anyone visiting at any length of stay!
