Made 3 attempts to ask for a hard pillow and each time i was given a soft one...it just got funny in the end.There was no complimentary water in our room either which is a basic standard in any 5 star hotel! There were no drawers to put your things away at all, so we had to have suitcases on the floor during the entire stay. At one point I needed to use the ironing board and I had to sit on the bed to iron as there was no room to stand. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels, so the only option was the floor. The shower door didn't close properly, so there was water everywhere.
