We didn’t have a good time at all. From the service to the food, we were very let down. The Java rice was not good at all. The steak was nice and juicy but the seasonings took a bit away from the dish and that’s pretty much where the positives ended as it took a solid 10-15 minutes before the steak was brought to the table after the fish was served. If I had began to eat before my wife’s arrived, I would have already finished. I ordered the simple fish and chips and found it to be incredibly bland. It’s pretty hard to get such a dish so bad. The worst part of this experience was the staff. Everything was slow and done with a bad attitude. When handing me my change for example, the server wouldn’t even look at me. Or when the food arrived, the server handed me the food into my hands, instead of onto the table. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

One thing i might suggest - toast the bread more. The dough gets soggy immediately upon biting and mixed with the egg, does not really give a good texture. Maybe putting arugula first then the avocado spread and egg would save the bread from being mushy Or maybe change the consistency of the avocado, it is too wet.( maybe its just my preference) The arugula needs to be dialed down bit, not all people can tolerate the strong aftertaste of arugula, there were moments when i bite down and all i taste are bitterness. maybe if texture cant be chsnge, toasting would still help yo maintain that crunch and texture
