This is about as hometown as you can get. Super friendly service makes you want to come back for more. Crispy chicken sandwich rivaled the national chain next door. Nothing fancy about it, but you can tell it is freshly made. French fries could be described as perfect. Just the right amount of salt and crunchiness. Apple fritters were large and tasty. I had ordered & waited patiently for it. I scouted the area & it was generally clean. They were also stocked up on lids/napkins. But the food did take a while, which seems to be a trend here.
