We asked if we could have a refund, they were so rude, disrespectful and told us no they will not refund our money because we “ate it already”. The wings were good, served in pieces rather than whole wings but tasted good. One of my go-to entrees at takeout Chinese spots is chicken and broccoli. This is now the favorite and will be the usual from now on. My favorite dish is General Tso's chicken and it was actually spicy here. The chicken is juicy and there's plenty of food. The fried wontons are delicious, there could be a bit more filling but they were so crispy and tasty. The sauce also wasn't over the top sweet. Oh man. The chicken wings are definitely some of the best I've had. They were perfectly cooked and so juicy and flavorful. The GF had the Wonton soup and she enjoyed it but said the broth needed a little more seasoning. Only gave 4 stars since this was the first time we've ordered here. If this wasn't just a one off I'll update and change to 5 stars.

The salad was a good ginger salad, and the hibachi was fantastic. The female owner took my order, careful to verify several times, and asked me how I wanted my steak cooked, which I thought was interesting since I assumed for the deal it couldn't be super high quality steak. However, I bit into the steak during my meal and was surprised to find myself thinking 'holy crap, is that a perfectly cooked medium rare?'. Now, temper your expectations, this isn't A5 Wagyu, but it's better quality steak and food than you'd expect for a fast-casual, strip-mall restaurant. We usually pick up, so that was our mistake I guess. First off, they use a call center for orders. So when you call, you’re not actually speaking to anyone at the restaurant. Ordered dumplings and 2 combos for delivery tonight online.. seems simple enough, right? After we got our food we realized that 1 of the combos was wrong. Immediately called.. the call center answers and said “let me get my manager” then I got hung up on. So I called again, different person answers, same thing .. I thought getting a manager would mean I’d be getting transferred to the restaurant. I did not, I got a man on the phone who told me that my order was a pick up.. and then I had to confirm what city I got delivered to .. they wouldn’t just refund me the money- they “don’t do partial refunds”. I hung up and called again and got two woman shouting “hello” to eachother instead of me .. I guess the call center and the restaurant picked up at the same time. They recognized my phone number and knew about the issue already, I told them please don’t bring a corrected meal as we don’t want to wait another hour for delivery, the woman on the phone THANKS ME for this. As if I’m doing her a favor by having them not come back out. She admits that she hit the wrong button, after I had to say about 3 different times what the issue was. Again, no refund offered.. I got thanked for not having to inconvience them, even though we were inconvenienced by having the wrong food. We’ll be finding a new place for Chinese from now on ..

My order was prepared fresh, piping hot, and ready to go quickly. Service was friendly. I imagine that security has been an issue for them at some point. I called in my order and arrived about 10 mins after, I was quoted an oddly specific time of 7 mins. However, when I arrived I waited about 10 more mins for the food. That being said, it was fresh so I'm not complaining. The lobby isn't what you would call inviting or necessarily clean.
