I can still remember going here as a young child for dinner. Every chance we get to visit Arlington we stop by here for some traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It's mainly family style eating so bring a group to share many dishes. Some recommend dishes would be stir fried noodles, salt and pepper Calamari, orange beef, stir fried veggies, shrimp balls, sweet and spur fish soup, and my favorite is the sizzling oysters on a hot plate. I liked the orange chicken — crispy and decent sauce with a hint of ginger, though can be overwhelming if you eat too much. Honey walnut shrimp was crispy on the outside and soft inside. So whenever we find a local Chinese food place we order several dishes traditional to particular regions to learn the chefs or families cooking style....We ordered 4 dishes & First Chinese BBQ is a Cantonese restaurant. The BBQ pork was hands down the best I had since I lived in Hong Kong, my next favorite was an obvious cantonese style due to the sweetness of the sugar- pickled vegetables and pork intestines. I don't like the traditional flavor dish due to the sourness of the veggies, but my wife does, that sugar made this dish something all it's own and really good. Not a fan of the canton style of Mapo Dofu, wife liked it though, i prefer the Sichuan style. The hot and sour soup was also a big win in my book definitely will order that again. They also have several cooked meats by the pound which is awesome and I will definitely be back for often!!

But other than that this place was great. The food was Hot and Fresh . They had a hibachi grill , were you can pick what your ingredients are in the plate. They also have a cold bar for salads and fruits , also sauces,shrimp and Ice cream. The buffet bars had a variety of item to choose from. Even if you are not into Chinese food and with a friend you have plenty of other items worth buying to eat here. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had refills and plates taken away after another. And the place is well decorated inside they have a beautiful Fountain that you can make a wish. Place has lots of sanitizers in areas so u have to use it before making a plate . I will definitely be back here again. Make sure you check times you arrive and leave , as we were there before 3 pm and we left after 4pm and was charged for dinner , not lunch prices. So tell the wait staff .
