She got clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, and onion rings. I got broiled scallops and a stuffed Quahog. The clam chowder and Quahog were excellent. Great selection of fresh seafood - we had * Steamers - is was so sweet and HUGE served with steamer broth to remove any sand and with melted butter to enjoy it. * Caesar lobster salad - was refreshing and tasty with generous chunks of lobster, sweet and delicious. * Fried Whole Belly Clams - cook to perfection - crunchy golden brown and gorgeous on the outside with a pleasant briny bite serve with homemade tartar sauce. * Side of blanched green beans + corn on the cob. There’s a cool water wheel inside the building. Service is slow and appears to be short-staffed. The bread came out fresh and hot with the olive oil dip. The cheese is flavorful and comes out really hot with the pasta. The lobster portion is generous is large chunks of lobster that makes this a more filling meal than a lobster roll. The service was on point we had a 7pm reservation and we were sat within 5 minutes of walking in. They served us our drinks and bread while we looked over the menu. He got the strip steak and I got the Chicken al la Vodka. Both were absolutely delicious. That steak gave me dinner envy. It was perfect season and that great beef taste was not covered by seasoning. It didn't need steak sauce or anything. The atmosphere was spectacular. It was not too dark, so you still had the ability to read a menu. They had a live saxophonist, Hollywood Hayward, he was awesome. He played the right songs for the atmospher and it was not loud at all. I don't give 5 stars unless it is deserved and this place did. We later found out it was voted best restaurant in the 2025 Cape Cod Times best of. So we chose wisely.

The interior is a bit rustic and Spartan, but bright. The views of the river are visible from all throughout the restaurant and the small outside deck. It's a casual place so you can come as you are. When we got there we heard the people behind us complaining about their streak tips being charred, we should have left then. The fish tacos were as bland as it gets, my sons glass of sprite had a chip in the glass so I asked for a new glass of sprite, they brought him club soda. Sent that back and asked for the pineapple juice that came with the kids meal but they charged us for the pineapple juice. The fries were as plain as it gets, I've had better fries at McDonald's. My daughters Mac and cheese was an experience, all the Mac and Cheese was literally stuck together like a snake when you lifted it off the plate. We exchanged that for the chicken fingers, which was good. My wife liked her meal but said it was nothing special, and the burger was a burger that my son got. Service was attentive and owned up to the first batch of bad oysters. The local beers on tap were refreshing although most were Boston type IPA's. All in Oliver's & Planck's served up an ok meal would return to try their burgers, tacos and pizza after 5 pm.
