The restaurant is beautifully decorated with good space between tables. The bar is also really lovely, Good choice of music and the correct noise level. There are lovely choices for all 3 courses. We chose the pate to start, it was delicious with Melba toast and chutney. Our main course was the roast beef dinner with homemade yorkshire pudding a good selection of veg with boiled and roast potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly, we honestly enjoyed every mouthful. Had to pass on dessert, was so full after dinner but im sure that would have been amazing. The staff are polite and professional. The bar is also dog friendly which is rare. The bill was reasonable at just over £40 and worth every penny. Will make sure we visit more often.
