We have ordered from you a number of times before and have been very impressed with the high quality of food, definitely one of the best Indian restaurants I have visited. There were a number of issues that you should be made aware of: 1) We initially attempted to order through your ‘app’ but were unable too as it kept throwing us out saying ‘incorrect amount!’ This meant we had to go through Just Eat which was £12 more expensive - a sum I imagine that your restaurant does not benefit from. However, as we consider you the best around we were not unduly troubled by this. 2) When the food arrived, it was in no way up to your usual standard. My wife’s favourite starter - The Fish Pakora, was not just undercooked but in fact raw! The batter was soggy too but, as I’m sure you’ll agree, she would have been wrong to eat this slimy offering as she would still be suffering food poisoning even now. 3) For no explicable reason you had also included some battered and deep fried prawns which we hadn’t ordered. At least I presume they were prawns as this time they were so overcooked as to be indescribable! We would have much rather had the pakora cooked properly in the first place. 4) The Garlic Naan was nice on the outside but was little more than raw dough in the middle so only a tiny portion of this was edible. Again, such a shame, as the Naan bread is always a highlight of a meal from you. Whilst I am aware that we ordered on a Monday night and you may not have had your best chefs at work, I would expect them to know how to cook these basic dishes. Especially considering some of the new, exciting and varied dishes that have started to appear on your menu.

Only had food here twice but the taste is authentic, great flavours and curries that don't float in oil as you'd get in other curry houses. As an Indian, I have had Indian food at many outlets and this one is right up there. I have had the garlic mushroom puri starter, bhind, saag paneer, garlic naan and they all taste authentic. Reasonably priced too. The guy at the front desk (I gather he is the owner chef's son) is a credit to the hospitality industry. Our first and last family visit. There were three of us, two dishes were "ok". However, the Tandori Mixed Grill which was reassuringly expensive was awful. This happened to be my dish! One thing is for sure we will not be coming back. We ordered at 5.50pm on line being told it would be an hour and it ended up being 90mins, ok they maybe busy it is Friday night. The delivery driver was very apologetic but it wasn’t her fault. The food was not good, it was very greasy, the chicken balls batter was wet as if under cooked on some in the middle and the chicken was hard. We asked for curry sauce which was missing, I rang them and after taking my address the lady on the phone said they would get it out straight away, which I thought was good service. I waited 20 mins as it was just dry without something to moisten it but it was going cold so I had a bit of someone else’s beef and vegetables which I am not a fan of but I was able to at least something. Ordered my take away through the Uber eats app, it took two hours to arrive.
