The wait staff will stand at certain areas, and stare at you while you're trying to eat. The wait staff did very little, aside from taking away dishes and refills. And the bill was on the table before we returned from our second trip to the food bar. As Others have said, the Exotic seafood was Off-putting. And we overheard the way the wait staff was speaking to People, and about People. It's Mother's Day, the Restaurant IS going to be hectic. The waitress was very aggressive about the tip, tapping the check. After spending $45.00 and hearing how they speak to people and about people. I'm sorry, No Tip for You. This is HOW we send a message to businesses which are Pushy, Rude, and Price Gouging. And trying to Hustle you through your meal so they can get another set of people in there and get that money. When you spend that kind of money, your going to want to Enjoy yourself. Unfortunately, We did not. The food prep was hurried due to the Volume of Patrons and some of it seemed undercooked. If you like Hunan Chicken or anything with brown garlic sauce, this place is king. Their General Tso's Chicken with white meat(extra $$$) is solid, but sometimes they overcook it. For the best Gen Tso's I'd try Golden Hunan or Golden Hunan.

And the bulalo... the flavors of umami punches your tastebuds with the first sip!!! By gosh... this is some of the best Filipino food I have had ANYWHERE, but especially in NEO!!! Looking forward to trying their buffet - 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month! And of course, there's a ton more on their menu that we will be back for.
