What I ended up with was dry and hard leaves of lettuce falling out of the sandwich with not one bit of sauce on the leaves. I even pointed that out at the end to which she said "oh okay" 🙂 The other guy asked if I wanted it remade but I hate wasting food and I really didn't have the time, energy, and patience to get another one made after a long tiring day. £6.99 for a sloppy sandwich which was not even wrapped properly. Thank God I had a bag to carry it or it would've definitely fallen on my way home. The Central Station and Giddy Bridge branches are way better.

The saying you get what you pay for is/should be true. I've tried other Pizza places and I'm happy to pay the extra for quality and flavour. As a previous employer to a couple of their other stores I know the high standards and quality control they follow. The Pizza was hot, reasonable waiting time as walked in. Tasted great. What let's this store down is attention to detail or rather lack of care. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through properly. Over half the edge showed no sign of pizza cutter. This wasn't the first time but it was the worst time. It also makes me question what other tasks are being completed half heartedly. For the price (which I'm not disputing) this should not be happening. I had to get my own pizza cutter out and do the job properly. This shouldn't be happening with the way the company takes pride in every aspect of their service. I will use them again and hopefully they will pay more attention to the details.

I ordered a cheese and tuna baguette, when I bit into it there was no cheese so I went back said youd forgotten the cheese and they opened the baguette, one half has a tiny amount of cheese in and the other that i bit i to had none. The food is incredible, such a diverse menu that caterers to everyone’s needs. A wide selection of vegan/vegetarian options, gluten free and even halal! This sandwich shop offers everyone something for lunch. The sandwich bar has so many options, neatly organise to showcase all the options easily and efficiently. The sandwich bar looks so clean and inviting it can be hard to choose. The jacket potato’s are large and filling with hot and cold topping options that make your mouth water. My favourite was the chilli and cheese, you could really tell the effort that was made it didn’t taste like a shop bought pre made chilli. I myself am not gluten free but I was impressed with the range of options, lots of snack and cake bars, a selection of handmade crisps my favorite were the spicy barbecue, gluten free pita bread and jacket potatoes and salad bowls. I will be returning to try the infamous panini’s and toasties that a friend have recommended to me. I was truly astounded by the level of cleanliness around the whole shop, from the staff preparing the food in front of you to the shelves and tables around the shop. Not a spec of dust to be seen. The staff were helpful and friendly and I really couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Apparently they also do outside catering for office meetings , parties and other events.
