So we just asked for a refund. On that he said he agreed that it was communication failure from their end but refund was not possible, then he said refund will take 2-3 months to process. The food is always great, and the service USE to be great. However, things are much different now. I believe they are under new management now because they seem to make up their own prices and rules regarding coupons. I get coupons in the mail and use them all the time.
