So next time we visit Cobourg, we have to visit this place again to rectify my rating.

I’m a big fan of breakfast and I do find it hard to find a good place to eat in Cobourg. Not a lot of options. From the first interaction with the staff upon entry to the server and and leaving everyone was so friendly and cheerful. Always a smile. Nothing to go cray about. This location has no seating, so you pay and go. The customer service was not bad, so I will give them that. The veggie pizza didn't wow me though. ( and I'm not comparing it to meat cause vegetarian is what I eat, but I've had "gourmet" pizza so maybe I'm comparing against that). Though it hit the hunger spot, i couldn't help but think I wanted more ( not size) for the price. So I think it's overpriced and would have gotten more bang for my buck at some other pizza joint TBH. I should have stuck to buying Canadian. I guess if you're hungry for pizza and there's no other options then this will do. We went up to our room shortly after and ran into another couple staying there who had a horrible experience with her as well. This place is incredible but this woman will deter business, 1000%. I have a huge following because of my paranormal investigations, would bring so much business to this venue but I will never return because of this "property manager" you have working for you. It had an old school feel and truly an amazing burger. Beats typical fast food any day, and it has good value. Opt away from chain restaurants and try this one. The food was very chip wagon esk and the menu reflected that. The service was great and even with the dinner rush, they were able to keep up with service and smile while doing so, it really helped the customer experience to be a positive one. It’s not fancy, but definitely is filling. The atmosphere was nice and the walls had flames which went with their thematic design. Really good. The one comment I would have for improvement is that there is no recycling which is weird because most of their drinks (if not all) are cans of pop. Definitely could be more green.
