Must do! A little out of the way but 30 mins on a moped 🏍️ Boardwalk through the mangroves and you will see many amazing blue and red mud crabs 🦀 We walked approximately 600m and took a small boat (450b for 1-4 pax) skippered by a gorgeous Thai lady who took us through the mangroves, out through a fishing village and to the mouth of the sea where she dropped us off on a beach which was 200m back to our starting point. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience 😎
Interesting little excursion. This park is apparently apart of conservation efforts in the area. A raised wooden path has been constructed through the mangrove to give visitors the opportunity to explore this environment. Information sign are dotted about the path to give you an idea of possible animals, insects or foliage you may see. Sadly not many of these are written in English. The route is a loop which take you back to the car park. Boat ride are available only during high season. Information center, cafe and toilets available near car park. Not push or wheelchair friendly in certain areas as trees have been left where the path was constructed.
Very short walk, but it was beautiful and serene nevertheless. It's more like a mangrove swamp with lots of small crabs. If you go too early in the morning, it'll be low tide so no boats available.
I can’t believe such a beautiful place is free to visit! The 45-minute boat ride costs only 500 THB per boat, and each boat can take up to six people — such a fair price! The lady who took us on the boat was very friendly. Even though she didn’t speak English, she kept pointing out different animals for us to see. We spotted some birds we couldn’t name and even a swimming lizard! If you come to Hua Hin and skip this place, you’re really missing out!
Wonderful place to visit and walk along the trails among mangroves— took a boat tour and sighted the natures and fishing villages. If you are in Hua Hin, this is a must visit place.
A casual spot for a quick 1- to 2-hour walk, Pran Buri Forest Park’s Mangrove Forest offers a peaceful and scenic experience. The wooden walkway is well-constructed and regularly maintained by staff, making the path easy to navigate. There are no steep inclines—just a flat, smooth trail throughout. As the walkway winds through the mangrove forest, there are plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife such as mudskippers, mud crabs, and—if you're lucky—the highly elusive and endangered mud lobster. A highlight of the trail is the watchtower located in the center of the forest. You can climb the three-story structure for a stunning 360-degree view of the surrounding mangroves. On a good day, the skies are bright and sunny, so be sure to bring water and a towel to stay cool and refreshed. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly destination—perfect for a relaxing nature walk.
The Pran Buri Mangrove Forest offers a beautiful circular boardwalk trail that winds through lush greenery. Walking at a relaxed pace, it takes about 40 minutes to complete. About halfway around, there’s the option to take a boat tour — but only during high tide. Just like in our case, the river at low tide doesn’t have enough water for the boats to pass. For the kids, the highlight was spotting the many colorful crabs that scuttle along the banks. They made a game of “collecting” each color with their eyes — a fun twist that kept them engaged the whole way. Admission is free, making it an easy and rewarding stop for families and nature lovers alike. There is a large parking lot for cars and buses, but it was not overcrowded. You should combine this trip with a river boat tour in the nearby fisher village, tonsee the mangrove trees from the river side as well
Great way to experience nature and discover differen kind of animals living undrr the mango trees. The park is wheel chair friendly as well and free entrance.

What a find! This small all-villa complex just south of Hua Hin is a real gem. There are 12 self-catering one- and two-bedroom villas set between the mountains on one side and the King’s reservoir on the other. The views are stunning, and the peaceful setting makes it easy to relax. The place has a relaxed, friendly vibe, partly because it’s designed for longer stays. It’s a great base to explore this beautiful part of Thailand, with plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby offering great food and a casual atmosphere. You can unwind in one of the two pools or stretch out on your huge private deck—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening. The villas are well-equipped, comfortable, and give you all the space you need. Whether you're here for a week or longer, it’s the perfect place to switch off. I’ll definitely be back!
From the moment you walk in the gate, you can’t help but begin to relax and unwind in this gorgeous oasis. Honestly, we cannot recommend Thirty Degrees in February more highly. Let us tell you a little of what makes it so special and a destination not to be missed! On entering the property you are met with so much greenery contrasted with the vibrant colours of the native gardens. They are just so beautiful and serene. There are two decent sized swimming pools, one situated between two ponds, and another towards the front. The staff take such pride in maintaining everything, and it is therefore spotlessly clean throughout. The villas are very spacious and exude a calm and tasteful ambiance. The location is for those who enjoy a quieter style of holiday, away from the more touristy hustle and bustle of the close by Hua Hin central town. You can easily access the main town and visit the cute markets and extensive restaurants by a taxi for 2-300 baht. (About 15 minutes) Thank you to the welcoming and friendly staff and hosts for their wonderful hospitality. Honestly it is just a beautiful gem. The European clientele escape their winter in February but we hope to return in Australia’s winter in the middle of the year. Just don’t tell too many!!!
One of the best hotel experiences ever - loved it even before the renovation but now it’s just perfect when they added second bathroom to 2-bedroom houses and a second bigger pool. Absolutely stunning view and a convenient location within 10 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach in HH. A bit in the middle of nowhere in terms of shopping and dining so a car or bike won’t harm, but this makes it perfectly quiet, outside and inside. Houses are perfectly sound insulated and far enough from each other that it feels like entire territory is yours only.
We stayed here, as a family of 3, for 12 nights in August 2025. Coming from 3 nights and days in Bangkok, this place on the outskirts of Hua Hin, was an island of tranquility. Very beautiful situated on the edge of a reservoir in beautiful grounds with little to no noise from the surroundings. The villa we rented was exactly as described and was nicely furnished with air con throughout. The WiFi was outstandingly fast (hitting up to to 900 meg) and perfect for either families with teenagers or those looking to work remotely. The grounds were constantly looked after and the staff as a whole were very helpful and informative when looking for advice on stuff to do locally. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone.
What a lovely place to spend your vacation! This calm and quiet area contains 12 spacious villas, beutifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. There are two swimmingpools and beautiful garden. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Just 10 minutes walk to a very nice beach with sunbeds and restaurant. We stayed for six weeks and will come back next year and stay longer.
30 Degrees in February is a beautiful resort tucked away in the beautiful laid back beach area of Khao Tao. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well appointed guest houses with large decks, surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs and two large pools. The staff are kind and attentive. The Location is ideal, 2 minute walk to Khao Tao lake boardwalk, 3-4 restaurants 5 to 10 minute walk, 2 beautiful clean beaches 10 minute walk. There is also a great kite surfing area near the Best Western for beginners to enthusiasts. There is a golf course 5-10 minutes away that isn't plush but has a lot of peacocks and is inexpensive and good for a round or two. 30 Degrees will arrange rental of bicycle, scooter, car for transport. It's a quiet area that is perfect for bicycle riding, If your up for a long ride there is a bike path that will take you all the way to Takieb with a beach and tons of restaurants (the southern part of Hua Hin). I had my own car and walked most places. There are at least a dozen restaurants nearby and some small local markets for necessities. It is a 15 minute drive to Blueport and Village Market Malls, Cicada market, Bangkok Hospital... Hua Hin is a good size tourist town with all the the entertainment a typical beach town has to offer. In the other direction (south) is Pranburi a wonderful Thai beach town that is a gem with a lot to explore. 30 Degrees in February was perfect for me, I loved it here. Stayed a month and gave serious thought to staying longer but decided to lease a property instead. I really love this area and decided to move here.
Such a wonderful place you feel as though you are in the heart of Thailand with the Thai design Villas. Location is great, very close to Sai Noi Beach, close to Khao Tao Lake and all the superb restaurant's. Easy to get to Hua Hin for good shopping in the two big shopping malls. The staff are so nice and dedicated to your stay. Two pools to use both are large and warm. Open plan kitchen to living room, washing machine and electrical appliances . large bathroom and we had a one bedroom Villa with a large bedroom. Many Thanks Pete and Kristina
Location is amazing. Only 10mins from CBD HUA HIN and there is almost Private beach like near by. There are two swimming pool and clean and modern room yet it has Thai flavour all around the resort. I think its for people who are looking for a quiet & peaceful holiday.

This is a very nice cable park, very well suited to practice foiling with the flat water and consistent cable pull so you can really focus on body balance on the foil and riding. Nice and relaxed sitting area to chill in between cable sessions. You can tell the cable operator to adjust the speed that you would like to be pulled at. The lake is chest deep all around so it's easy to water start after you fall. The cost is super reasonable. Helmets and life/impact vest provided. Highly recommend this fun place!
This is my best experience ever. The owner cares about your progress and makes sure you have the best time of your life. I have done this a lot of times throughout Thailand and this was by far my best experience
Our trip to the cable kite was great, we were beginners and Maurice was really nice and explained everything to us in detail. We both managed to complete a lap and had a great sense of achievement. Everything perfect!
Maurice and his team run a good operation. He's easy to talk to and the Kite Cable activity in itself is extremely worthwhile for families and groups. We have taken more than 20 people there at a time and Maurice gives everyone the attention they deserve.
Water sport Funny Safety Good services
I had a great time here.
Great place to hang out and cable Ski. Frendly and clean.
Well the cable is slow especially when it turns around and has no power and the equipment(boards)are old and in bad conditions maybe ok for beginners but not enjoyable if you know how to wakeboard

A Hidden Gem for Sunrise Lovers If you’re a fan of serene landscapes, this viewpoint is a hidden treasure you won't want to miss. Offering breathtaking views of the ocean, river, and mountains, it’s the perfect destination for nature lovers and photographers. The best time to visit is early in the morning to catch the stunning sunrise over the ocean, which lights up the sky in a palette of beautiful colors. The location is easily accessible by car, making it convenient for those who want to enjoy nature without a strenuous hike. The peaceful atmosphere means you can enjoy the view without crowds, making it feel like a private retreat into nature. As the sun rises, the reflections on the water and the surrounding landscape are truly magical. However, it’s important to come prepared. There are no food stalls, drinks, or toilets available, so bring your own supplies. A thermos of coffee, some snacks, and perhaps a small blanket can make your visit even more enjoyable. Be sure to pack everything out with you to help preserve the pristine environment. In summary, this viewpoint is a must-visit for anyone who loves natural beauty, quiet moments, and panoramic views. Highly recommended!
🌟 A Hidden Gem in Hua Hin!🌟 Visiting the Chao Mae Tubtim Thong Shrine in Hua Hin was an unforgettable experience! 🏞️ The shrine is beautifully nestled in a peaceful area with the most stunning views, providing a serene and spiritual atmosphere that's perfect for reflection and relaxation. 🙏 The intricate architecture and vibrant decorations are a feast for the eyes, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the area. 🏛️ The caretakers are welcoming and happy to share fascinating stories about the shrine's history and significance. Whether you're exploring Hua Hin or looking for a tranquil spot to connect with local culture, this shrine is a must-visit. 🌿✨
Finally got around to paying homage to my most loved goddess! She knows!
Lovely place to visit with stunning views.
Great local temple of Pak Nam Pran. Used by locals instead of a stair machine at a gym. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. And views of the river
Chao Mae Tuptim Thong Shrine on top of a hill offers a peaceful and refreshing experience. It's a small Chinese style Buddhist shrine situated near Khao Tao and Pak Nam Pranburi.  Once there, you feel the serenity and are surrounded by a beautiful panoramic view of the Pranburi river and local communities below.
This viewpoint is exceptional. Very serene, the perfect location for prayer and meditation. The call of the peacock from the surrounding area adds to its uniqueness.
Great view. Temple is just ok. One man running things up there. Seems lonely.

Fantastic foot massage I have just received. Impressed by the technique and quality of the massage, also one of the strongest I have ever had. Definitely check it out if you are around!
A great massage, professional with excellent technique who knows your tired muscles and works on tight knotted areas. We did both oil massage and foot massage, coming everyday at a very reasonable price and will come back definitely!!! The masseuses are very nice and friendly, speaks good English too! They can also help to call transportation to Hau Hin, which saves you a few hundred bhat compare to the hotel.
I am very impressed by this massage place. Big cooled room with several beds and multiple professionals giving massages. Many options all for 300 Baht, I chose Thai massage since it was my first massage in Thailand. I have a professional sports background, so when asked if I wanted soft, medium or strong, I chose the latter. Big therapist massaged my whole body, using nice and very pleasant stretching techniques that were new to me, combined with the deep massage that I’m used to. He left my body like new! Afterwards they provided my girlfriend (who didn’t even have a massage) and me with fresh pineapple and water. Extremely kind staff, would definitely return!
I thoroughly enjoyed the oil massage session with Khun Wassi. Her techniques rival those of premium spas I've visited before. I will definitely be returning for another session.
I recently visited Full Moon massage with friends and husband. We had various treatments: manicure, foot massage, Thai massage with and without oil. All were excellent. This is a family run business and all are trained to a high standard. My treatments (4 in total over few days) were all carried out by Wassi. She is a lovely lady, warm personality and is highly experienced. My friends also returned for more with the other masseurs. I felt I could visit every day if I lived nearby.I would highly recommend. Thank you Wassi. Pam from Scotland. 🙂
Today was my first time at Blue Moon Massage and I must say I absolutely love this place. The massage was excellent and done with compassion. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Good and clean shop. Quality massage. Recommend 4 hands massage with the owner, K Wassi, and her sister.
It's really the best. I want to go back to Hua Hin at least for this massage💆‍♀️💆‍♂️.

We had a great time during our kite lessons and really improved during the 4 days we spent there. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Noey, Kai and team for the great organization, even though very short notice from our side, we hope to be back soon!
One of the best place for learning&rental Kite and Wing Foil with professional instructors. Gokite is a distributor for many major brands including Sunova, Armstrong and second hand inventory.
Disappointing experience at Go Kite Asia – Pak Nam Pran Kite School. I was told the conditions were suitable for beginners, but that wasn’t the case. While I understand that my skills weren’t enough for those conditions, the instructor barely gave any guidance or feedback and ended the session after less than 45 minutes instead of adapting to my level. When I asked about practicing basics, I got a vague response and was told to come back another day because I "didn’t vibe" with the instructor. Unprofessional and not worth the time or money. Wouldn’t recommend.
I took the kitesurf beginners lesson with them and everything went very smoothly! I had a really good instructor and Kai, the owner, always did his best to arrange everyone! I went from knowing nothing about kitesurfing to be able to stand on the board very quickly. I even took time to chill with them after some lessons and we had a great time, they always helped me even if it wasn't regarding the kitesurf course. I wish I had more time to spend there to practice more on my kitesurfing skills!
Just had 2 days of wing foiling lessons with Noiy and had such a fantastic time! She was able to share her experiences and give plenty of good tips for beginners. Kai was great at keeping in touch for lesson times with the best conditions and very kindly helped with logistics of getting back to Bangkok. Both Noiy and Kai were super friendly, patient and kind and I would definitely recommend some wing foiling lessons with them…
Such an amazing experience. The stuffs at the shop are extremely friendly. They are very good instructors and passionate about teaching vas well. Thank you very much Go Kite Asia team, I will come back!!
I had my first lessons of kite surfing and it was perfect! Noiy was patient, easy to understand and really nice. I learned well and fast. I totally recommend.
Great spot, great teachers, great equipement and lots of fun students. Perfect learning conditions!
