Love this place , I stay at Chom Ta Lay villa..so cool villa .It look like villa from Mars on sea.
It seems stay at your home, private beach, very natural,
Large resort property with lots of trees and private beaches. Most units are furnished with kitchens, which is great since it is off the beaten track a bit. There is a restaurant on site, but it is a long walk over a hill from the units on the north side (driving might be better) We were there for a short conference and were dependent on the resort for meals. The did bring dinner over to the beach area for our group.
Nice camping location while enjoying nature. Highly recommended for campers and also a good place with your children.
Needs some upkeep but surrounding garden/Natur is still beautiful like 30+ years ago when I frequently visited
Nice place to camp. Not on the sand. Up on a bluff just above. Expensive fee at 400 baht for one night.
Good place to stay but no Wifi and the mobile signal constantly lost.
Private beach very good for relax on weekends

I spent the entire year of 2024 at this camp. I set a challenge for myself to lose 40 kg and get into great shape within 12 months. 7 Muay Thai Gym was an excellent partner in achieving that goal. Communication before and during my stay was smooth and efficient. The training is intense and effective, led by experienced trainers. The gym and the entire camp are very clean, and the food served is both healthy and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The fighters and other customers I met during my stay formed a strong and supportive community. If you’re looking for an authentic Muay Thai experience, this gym is an outstanding choice. It offers fair pricing and exceptional service.
I spent the entire month of January 2025 training at 7 Muay Thai, and it has been an incredible experience! The atmosphere is fantastic—everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. Training alongside champions is a unique opportunity, and learning from the best has been incredibly inspiring. I made crazy improvements. I used to set mental limits on what I was capable of, only to realize they were simply barriers I had imposed on myself. This month boosted my self-confidence. A huge thank you to the entire team, and I look forward to coming back later this year. Nicolas
I spent a week in April at 7MuayThai Gym, and although it was far too short, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had the chance to train pads exclusively with Ajarn AE, who took the time to focus deeply on my basics something I truly appreciated. The other fighters were also fantastic during sparring sessions, giving a perfect balance between pointing out my weaknesses and letting me figure things out on my own. While it can be harder to bond deeply in a short stay compared to those training for months, I still felt part of the group, especially after Roby started calling me by nicknames! Roby’s energy and directness might surprise newcomers at first, but behind it is a real warmth and care for your progress. "Top" “bullied” me on the pads in the best possible way, keeping the atmosphere fun and motivating for me. Outside of training, everything was set up to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food provided was delicious, the amenities were well-maintained, and the swimming pool was a true blessing after hard training sessions. I also want to highlight Gabriel; his teaching was exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to say goodbye in person, but please know that his time and attention meant a lot. I’m now proudly wearing a 7MuayThai shorts at my local gym, carrying with me not just better technique, but great memories. Grazie mile ancora and I look forward coming back again! Tony
Really great and friendly Muay Thai camp! I greatly enjoyed training here for a week. Mattias and the other fighters watch out for proper technique and give a lot of good feedback. I felt very welcome here as a complete beginner, and it was great training with real Muay Thai fighters! The food is super healthy, but still tasty Thai food. Once per week the owners do the cooking to provide great Italian food for a change. Rooms are basic but clean, the pool is great for cooling off after training. The service was nothing short of excellent - really friendly, things like laundry or a change of bed sheets are super easy, one can get great Italian espresso and Mattias also provides nutrition advice. It can be quite demanding with 2x 2.5-3.5h training sessions (stating early morning and afternoon) every day except Sundays, so to enjoy it one should be reasonably fit. Overall highly recommended!
I came to 7 Muay Thai Gym for 1 month as a complete beginner, with zero experience or knowledge of Muay Thai. I also have patellar instability in both knees, so I was genuinely worried about whether I could even handle the training. However, they adjusted exercises for me when needed and helped me gradually build strength and stability without pushing me beyond my limits. The training environment is intense but welcoming and you're surrounded by passionate fighters, but there's no ego. They focus on technique, conditioning and I’ve grown so much physically and mentally since starting. Whether you're a total beginner like I was, or someone more advanced, this gym gives you all the tools and support you need to become strong and not just in the ring, but in life so I recommend this gym.
I have just returned from a month of training. If you want to train hard in a very good atmosphere this is the place to be. Your fit, your mind and skills will be tested by professional coaches. Moreover after the training you can enjoy the swimming pool. Do not hesitate the 7Muay-Thai is the camp where you have to train.
I was here for 1 month and absolutely loved it. The training and coaches were amazing and I improved so much by the end of my stay. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to learn Muay Thai or to improve. 😊
Lost 32 kgs in 5 months. Great place to stay focused and lose weight. Good support system and good environment to train.

Review for Bua Sawan Spa, Rayong During our stay at the Marriott Rayong, we decided to visit Bua Sawan Spa, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. This spa is a hidden gem: affordable, clean, hygienic, and incredibly peaceful. The masseuses at Bua Sawan Spa are exceptionally professional and truly make you feel at ease. They perform the massages with a gentle touch and create a calm and relaxing environment, allowing you to fully unwind. The owner herself is a standout—professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about providing top-notch service. We took a taxi to the spa for just 500 Baht, which included being dropped off and picked up 2-3 hours later. The convenience, combined with the quality of the treatments, made this a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for a tranquil and professional spa experience in Rayong, Bua Sawan Spa is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
