We all developed stuffy noses where we were mouth breathing within an hour of being in the room. Even freezing cold in the room it felt damp. When we would leave the room and go outside within a few minutes our noses would unclog and start draining. We stayed for three days and it ruined our trip. We all developed coughs, sneezes, and stayed away from the rooms for as long as possible because we knew our nights would be miserable. While trying to make the call to get the card to bring back another couple came in and they were told the same thing cards aren't charged til u get here. Yet their payment was taken from there card already. So it seems to be common practice to lie to their guests.

So we speak to the Manager through texts because he was at home for whatever reason and he refused to help in any way. I explained the situation and told him we’re out of town for work. We just want to stream our movies on my Xbox. I would have stayed somewhere else had we known. Or brought my own tv. When we called they told us that we wouldn’t have a problem doing this. But here we are. The issue is not the big problem. My issue is service. Not a hospitable bone in their body. The one little piece of home we tried to take with us was refused with a very uncaring attitude. Last year they tried to cancelled our reservation 1-2 weeks to our arrival date and then after many complaints they tried to push us in a significantly smaller house than what we reserved. Th is year they called us Wednesday night before Thanksgiving to tell us the home we were reserved in had plumbing issues and they needed to cancel. We requested a call back from a supervisor or manager and never heard back. They simply outright cancelled us. They claim the home has plumbing issues but it was available for rent the week before and the week after. Amazing how the predicted plumbing issues are just the weekend we are scheduled to be there. We think they overbooked and the fact that we reserved ten months in advance or are a repeat customer doesn’t matter to them. We had to scramble to find a home in another community. Next year we will not even bother trying this one and I suggest others do the same. They are untrustworthy, liars, don’t hold to their own contracts, and unreliable.

After that walked by my room and yelled at me in front of my daughter and other guests whom I was asking for wifi password, while apparently looking for the password in the housekeeper cart she couldn't find and walked away while mouthing off that she doesn't need to give it to me. I just pointed out to my daughter that we don't act like this and that she must be sick, for that I was threaten with being kicked out by police. The housekeeper was very nice and professional and gave me the wifi password, no towels unfortunately. Honesly I was just happy the trip ended with out any other worse incidents and my car being scratched. This a motel not a hotel and photos don't look anything like their "premium" room I paid extra for and then was told they all the same... u may also find mold in their rooms.

So clean and deep and such a rare gem when it comes to hotel pools. The cleanliness of the rooms was so so. But the materials this place is built of are just those that don't stay clean no matter how much you clean them. My little family did have some food in the room and we attracted ants. But the negatives aside, it was close to our destination (Legoland) and they let us keep the car parked there even after we checked out.

I went to the front desk to ask how could we get to our room on the 5th floor and is there another elevator being that I was traveling with kids and was told no I have to walk up all those stairs with the kids and our belongings. It was down an entire day and was not back up and running until our last night. I would not be returning. For the amount of money I paid I’ve found quality hotels for much less with a clean room, up to date interior which look like an luxury hotel, bug free, clean sheets, working ac, working elevator. I would not be returning. Almost forgot bathroom knob was literally hanging off I did not know until my child ran to the bathroom upon entering on the first night and had to beat on the bathroom door because he was stuck inside the bathroom and it did not want to open from the outside. I attempted to tighten the screws so that it wouldn’t be a hassle getting out but still we had issues. I have pictures and video footage of all claims. We paid $400 for a week here. We kept on living here and we stayed for 2 months. Not even to mention the deposit of $20 the rude nasty white lady didn’t give us back. When we got there, somebody that worked here said we could get it back when we left, and she says it was in the contract, but who would remember that living here for 2 months? Rooms are very dated and almost devoid of amenities. Towels and sheets are old and worn. We booked for two nights and nothing was done to refresh our room between nights. One of the plugs in a newly remodeled room quit working, which also meant one of the lights did not work. Parking is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Not enough spaces and they are small. If you have a truck or Tahoe, you will take up at least 2 spaces. The owner tried to make me parallel park, which I can't do. He then made me park next to a huge truck and there will also be a huge Tahoe on the other side, plus a car parked right behind all 3 of us. I am worried about backing out when I leave in the morning and the other people hitting me if they leave. I recommend staying somewhere that at least has enough parking spots for their guests.
