I thought the location was great, as was the service and our room, although I could hear and see the roof with air conditioners from our suite on the 8th floor. This is our second time visiting and overall had a great time. They have a really nice pool which the kids are obsessed with. Not busy at all so plenty of swimming and fun for the kids. Beach towels at the main office is definitely a plus. Also very helpful and kind staff. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is they definitely could use some repairs in the rooms, especially the door handles and locks. Check in was quick and simple. I would suggest that the guest be given info on where the ice machine and laundry are located. The room size was perfect and allowed separation of adult and child spaces. I had 2 teens and it would have made for miserable vacation if we had stayed in a regular hotel room. The pool and outdoor area are nice, but we did have to ask for the pool to be cleaned though due to debris and lots of sand in the pool. It was very quiet when we went and had no problem finding an umbrella and chairs to rent. The layout was nice, but the beds in our unit were not very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. The food and drinks were excellent too.
