We booked a meal deal through the Premier Inn, 2 cause meal & breakfast, how ever there was a additional charge for the mixed grill, which featured on the front of the meal deal leaflet, very misleading. The Brewers Fayre was under staffed, only 3 ladies on a Saturday night, it was very busy. My meal was barely warm but went cold very quickly when the staff they blocked opened the doors so the people could watch the fireworks, which made the restaurant feel very cold. The desert looked nice, but had very little taste. I complained to Premier Inn who refunded part my payment. Here's a update on what happened.. 2 weeks went by & I had not received my part refund. I emailed Premier Inn customer service, but of course no reply has been sent. I then had to stay at the Inn again 3 weeks after my complaint & I found out from Justin, the nice staff member who delt with my complaint that the Fayres manager Phillip had told him to not issue the refund. It appears he thinks this is all about the leaflet, no ots about the terrible customer service I received, its also that the customer service couldn't be bothered to contact me to discuss the issue. So I've got to wait even longer. It's very obvious that both Minehead Brewers Fayre & Premier Inn have no idea what good customer service means..

All of the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, chatty and helpful. The service was quick and the food we had, excellent.
