I completed the hardest trail in 21 min and my watch estimated 810ft of elevation. It’s practically straight up with no flat areas. I walked down the “easy” trail and it looked challenging to walk up as well, however, it is more doable taking me 30min with no breaks to go down. The shortcut trail is also steep and has sections of very loose rock that can be somewhat sketchy as well. Hikers of all ages were on the trail from younger families with kids to older women. I would recommend you take it slow, bring water, and be careful. It’s a good challenge and I felt safe in the area.
