We went on a weekday in July and sat on the patio - this is a late review. The outdoor environment is serene as you’re overlooking the Maligne Canyon trails. The indoor seating is cozy, modern and subtle. We tried a large variety of cocktails dishes, everything was well-executed, balanced yet complex. From the cocktail menu, I’d recommend the Rumpert’s Campfire! This whisky based drink is transformed with bitters, roasted marshmallows, and infused in a smoky wood plate. We each had a second round after quickly gulping down the first. Other favorites include the Prickly Bear and Observation Peak. On the food menu, I really enjoyed Bison Tartare, Brisket, and the Bison Striploin. My only regret is only having a day in Jasper, otherwise I’d be back for brunch and dinner a second time!
