Visitor center
The Jasper National Park Icefield Information Centre and Glacier Gallery is a hub for visitors to learn about the glacial mechanics of the Columbia Icefield. It offers a patio with stunning glacier views, trails, tours, a shop, eatery, and cafe. The center also serves as a visitor center where tours can be arranged, including the popular Icefield Adventure that takes visitors onto the glacier via specially designed Ice Explorers.
If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking the newly launched 2025 glacier tour, Ice Odyssey. There are several reasons for this: 1. If it’s your first time visiting the glacier — and very likely your only visit — this tour offers a much deeper experience. You’ll be able to stay near the glacier for almost two hours, and since the group size is smaller, you’ll have more opportunities to interact with the guide. 2. Because this tour takes you to a more remote part of the glacier, the scenery you’ll see is completely different. The ice surface is much cleaner, and you’ll have better conditions for photography in terms of timing, angles, and locations compared to the standard tours. 3. If you’re lucky, like I was, and you’re the only one who booked that time slot, you’ll get to enjoy an unforgettable private glacier experience. The driver and guide will be dedicated entirely to you, and you can even sit in the front passenger seat, which is a completely different perspective. Of course, don’t forget to try the pure glacier water — but don’t drink too much!

It was first time I was on a glacier, was amazing to see something as beautiful and magnificent at the same time. But sad to see how global warming is impacting all. The ride was good, a 1.3 million Mercedes benz Explorer

You should be prepared to lose phone coverage over 200km and be aware to have enough fuel as the nearest gas station was charging above average around 1$ extra. Other than that enjoy the road as it is amazing the crystal phyerouzi color are wonderful Get a jacket as the glacier area are colder

Jasper National Park: A Timeless Masterpiece Jasper National Park isn't just a destination; it's a profound experience that keeps calling me back. I've been here more than seven times, and each visit offers a completely unique and unforgettable impression. The highlight for me is the Icefields Parkway, arguably the most scenic drive in the world. This isn't just a road—it's a journey through a living, breathing landscape of ancient glaciers, turquoise lakes, and towering peaks. The grandeur of the Athabasca Glacier, the serene beauty of Maligne Lake, and the majestic wildlife sightings are simply breathtaking. What makes Jasper so special is its dynamic nature. A summer trip reveals lush, vibrant landscapes and the full force of its waterfalls, while a winter visit transforms the park into a serene, snow-covered wonderland. The light changes, the seasons shift, and with each return, a new detail or a different view captures my heart. Whether it's the thrill of spotting a wild elk or simply standing in awe of the towering mountains, Jasper reminds me of the sheer power and beauty of nature. This place is more than just a beautiful park; it’s a source of inspiration and renewal. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime journey that will stay with you forever, Jasper National Park is it. I promise you, it's worth every visit.

The glacier visit was amazing. Nice weather, beautiful blue sky. The ride on the bus was amazing and the guide very knowledgeable. Once in a lifetime adventure, great with family and young kids.

One of the most beautiful roads I have driven. Views, stop offs its mesmerising. Would recommend over any other experience in the park.

Information centre building and experience are stunning. The centre has a great gift shop, gallery, washrooms restaurant, lodge and Starbucks. It is the start of the journey by taking the bus to the glacier. It is a life time experience that should not be missed.

Tally ho, Jerry! We just found out our gentle ride is retiring soon — and we feel lucky to have met him. He’s calm, steady, and clearly well-loved. Wishing him the most peaceful retirement ahead. 🐴💛 The whole Tally-Ho experience was lovely — friendly staff, beautiful route, and well-cared-for horses. It can get a bit busy at peak times, but the charm and care truly shine through. Highly recommended for a relaxing way to explore Victoria!

The Columbia Icefield Skywalk offers a unique and thrilling experience for visitors. This 1km walkway leads to a glass-floor observation platform that overlooks a 280m drop, providing a bird's eye view of the stunning Sunwapta Valley. Adjacent to the highway, the Columbia Icefield Centre is an activity complex where visitors can learn about glacial mechanics, book tours of the glacier via Ice Explorer vehicles, and explore natural history exhibits.
We visited on a picture Aug 21st. A perfect day. Definitely worth the time and effort to travel there. Maybe one of the top wonders in Canada. Pictures cannot do justice in capturing the prestine beauty and amazing views. Our tour bus driver was very informative, while our tickets were for approximately 1 hour, but you can stay longer and catch another one of the regular return buses. The Glass bridge is a special treat and is kept very clean to maximize the views. There are a couple of restaurants with decent food and would suggest you visit the ice fields and Athabasca river, Cross the street from the main building. That part is a short drive and you can walk up to the glacier. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and worth seeing again.
Andy A — Google review
The Columbia Icefield Skywalk has exactly the same concept as the famous Grand Canyon Skywalk — a glass-floored walkway extending over a canyon. However, this one is much smaller, roughly about one-third the size of the Grand Canyon version. Even though it’s on a smaller scale, it’s extremely well maintained and very clean, which makes it a pleasant experience overall. I wouldn’t describe it as very thrilling or scary, especially if you’ve been to the Grand Canyon Skywalk before. That said, it’s still worth visiting as part of the Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure package, especially if you’re also doing the Glacier tour on the same day. It’s a nice way to round out the experience. We went on a Monday evening, which turned out to be perfect — there were very few people, and we practically had the entire walkway to ourselves. It gave us plenty of time to stroll slowly, enjoy the views, and take photos without feeling rushed. This was a huge contrast to my past experience at the Grand Canyon Skywalk, which was very crowded and hectic. Ticket tip: If you buy tickets for the Skywalk alone, it’s around CAD $50 per person. However, I recommend purchasing a Pursuit Pass or a bundle that includes other attractions, which you can easily find online. If you pre-book online, you can usually get around 20% off, making it a much better deal.

The whole experience was great! Both our drivers on the bus and ice explorer were very social, giving us cool facts, and cracking jokes. On the glacier itself was really cool but the zone we were allowed to go on was pretty small with a lot of people. There was great places to take pictures and even a Canadian flag. The skywalk was my favourite, the little 10 minute walk to the actual skywalk was cool with little facts about animals and plants that are native. The skywalk itself was great but the glass was a little dirty and muddy so it wasn’t the greatest for pictures. Also there were so many people that it was hard to get a good picture with people walking in your way all the time. Besides that it was amazing with the views and views of waterfall down below. It’s a little scary at first but after you’ll feel great about doing it. Highly recommend!
Maxim G — Google review
What a spot! The Skywalk gave us absolutely stunning views — the glass-floor platform hanging over the valley is one of those things you’ll remember. We walked the interpretive trail, took in the rugged landscape, and yes, walking out onto that suspended walkway 918 feet (280 m) above the valley floor was both thrilling and calming. We weren’t actually on the glacier itself, but we still felt like we were right in the heart of the wild. The view of the ice-capped slopes and the surrounding peaks framed by the valley is something you’ll struggle to capture in a photo. All in all: definitely worth doing, especially if you’re visiting the area and want something memorable without a full-blown hike. Just go with your eyes open: pick a less-crowded time if you can, and don’t expect it to replace a full glacier walk.

A remarkable experience! Walk on the glacier, and learn about its critical importance and history. Our "Ice Explorer" driver was very knowledgeable, kind and humorous. It was windy, cold and rainy the day we were there, but we still had a fantastic time. Dress for freezing temperatures and wear waterproof boots if you have them. After the ice walk on the glacier, we got onto a bus that took us on an 8 minute ride out to the "Skywalk" where we walked out onto a see-through platform that hangs way out over the canyon. I think from beginning to end, our experience was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I would consider this a "must do" when visiting Lake Louise, Banff, or Jasper. They do have RV parking, and an overflow parking lot across the street if the main parking lots get full. I believe they even have overnight RV parking available for a small fee. Enjoy your adventure. I know we will remember ours for our lifetime.

Visited in May 2025. All of the staff I encountered throughout were fantastic and knowledgeable. Especially the young lady who had a little stall with info of all the wildlife (sorry, can't remember your name). The views on offer are incredible. Also visited the glacier which cool. (It's quite slippery - wish I chose more suitable footwear!)

We went with Brewster, which was amazing. The actual skywalk was really neat, but a believe a bit overrated. The views are cool, but there even better ones where you can just pull off the motorway. A touristy and busy place mostly meant for photos, but really neat nonetheless.

Athabasca Glacier, located in Jasper National Park, is a renowned and receding glacier that attracts numerous visitors. It is part of the Columbia Icefield, an expansive ice mass situated on an elevated plateau near some of Jasper's highest peaks. The glacier offers guided tours and hiking opportunities for visitors to experience its stunning beauty up close. Despite being one of the world's most accessible glaciers, it is sadly retreating due to global warming.
I had a lot of fun here riding the bus and walking on the glacier. I really enjoyed it glad I was also well dressed with boots and a light down jacket. It was cold. But loved the experience.

We didn't go into the Glacier on this trip but we plan to next time. We enjoyed wandering through the Discovery Centre and then going abroad the highway to hike to the Toe of the Athabasca Glacier. You can see the people on the Glacier who are on the Glacier tour. There is a fence at the end of the trail but everyone was pushing it down and stepping over to go all the way out to the water. So sad that no one follows the signs. I stopped at the fence. It was beautiful up there. The Skywalk is part of the tour. We also ate lunch in their cafe. The portions were big, so we shared. The parking lot was packed and there were people everywhere. It was crowded but worth visiting.

I've visited twice—once in August and again in early October—and the seasonal change offers a completely different experience. This October, the trail was already covered in fluffy, early snow, transforming the area into an all-white, magical kingdom. Absolutely amazing!

Awe-Inspiring Athabasca Glacier🫶🏻😍 I recently had the privilege of visiting the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! The glacier's majestic beauty and sheer scale left me in awe🤩 The scenery was breathtaking, with towering ice formations, sparkling blue crevasses, and stunning mountain vistas. I felt like I was walking on a frozen wonderland🫰🏽👌🏽😃

I would highly recommend it to everyone who's ever wanted to visit a glacier. Please visit this once in your lifetime, as the glacier is receding and might not be there in the next 50 years at all. The experience of taking the special red bus is worth it within itself.

Gorgeous glacier! Book a tour that hikes up NOT the bus things that drive there! That company is causing the glaciers to melt faster! Hiking up is way better and I even got to drink glacier water!

Book your tickets in advance if you want to go on ride to see glacier up close . Research said we don’t harm them much while we take step up there so I would recommend to go and drink fresh water from glacier itself .

Athabasca Glacier is an unforgettable sight. Standing near the ice and feeling the cold mountain air is surreal. The guided tours are worth it to learn how massive and powerful the glacier really is. It’s one of those places that makes you appreciate nature’s scale and beauty.

Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure

4.6

The Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure offers a breathtaking experience in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Visitors can explore the Athabasca Glacier, witnessing its majestic movement and carving through mountains. A ride on the Brewster Ice Explorer provides an up-close encounter with the glacier, creating unforgettable memories. The Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre serves as a perfect starting point for this adventure, offering stunning views of the glaciers.
Visiting the Rocky Mountains wouldn’t feel complete without stepping onto an actual glacier and experiencing the pure, icy water up close. We joined the Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure, and it was a memorable experience. We actually went twice — on our first day, the weather was terrible, with strong winds and heavy rain that made it almost impossible to stand steady, so we had to cut the visit short. Huge thanks to Pursuit, the tour company, for being so understanding and letting us return the next day for free. The second day was much better, and we could really enjoy walking on the glacier and taking in the views. This activity is fascinating, but to fully appreciate it, I recommend learning about how glaciers and icefields form, otherwise it’s just like standing on a big pile of ice with no context. One thing I really liked about Pursuit is that they provide a mobile app with an audio guide. You can listen in real time while you’re there, or download it to review later at home — a great way to deepen your understanding and keep the experience meaningful.
Wales R — Google review
An amazing icefield exploration with Logan aboard the Ice Explorer. He was engaging, informative, and had a great sense of humor—making the experience fun and memorable. We even got to cheer for his belated birthday, which added a personal touch to the trip. The landscape was absolutely surreal, and walking on the glacier truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It was extremely cold, so I’d strongly recommend dressing warmly and being prepared for icy conditions. The rest of the crew were also friendly, entertaining, and showed great camaraderie as a team. However, there was one incident worth mentioning: a fellow tour member slipped on the ice and had difficulty getting up due to his age. Although three crew members were nearby, they appeared distracted in conversation and didn’t respond when I called out for help. It took nearly 10 minutes as he struggled to get up before our very own tour guide from Trafalgar ran over to assist when he witnessed the incident. While the overall experience was excellent, I hope the team can be more attentive to guest safety on the glacier in future tours. That said, it was still a remarkable adventure I won’t forget.
Deanna L — Google review
The main center is gorgeous, well run operation, but as soon as you get onto the buses or the ice climber specialized vehicles you sort of see they spent everything on the main visitor center. The buses are all old, the ice climbers feel like they've been running since 1980s - they cost $1.5m/ea and they have 21 of them, but no "guest services" style functions out in the field (near the glacier or at the sky bridge) - drinking fountain? Bathroom? Nope, nada. It would be easy to have a port o john setup in these spots and obviously the employees are going somewhere (especially the sky bridge folks) The 8min bus ride to the ice crawler and then the 8min ride on the crawler to the glacier were very very lightly guided - felt more like a casual engagement rather than a super tight professional operation. It's cool, do it, but if you look for things like hospitality practices you'll spot some gaps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Breathtaking Experience at the Icefield Glacier! This place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was super friendly and helpful. The washrooms were surprisingly clean (which is always a big plus when you’re traveling!), and the wait time was smooth — nothing too long or stressful. The souvenir shops are really well set up with lots of unique items — definitely worth checking out. A big shout-out to our driver Andy, who made the whole experience extra special. He was funny, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was having a great time. This was my second visit, and it honestly felt like a whole new experience. The first time I went, it was freezing cold, so I couldn’t fully enjoy everything — but this time, I finally got to try the glacier water and even did the famous “glacier facial.” Totally worth it! Standing on a 150-meter-deep glacier, surrounded by nature that feels endless, really puts things into perspective. It’s peaceful, humbling, and just beautiful beyond words. Parking is easy with plenty of space available, and the entire setup is organized perfectly for visitors. If you’re visiting Jasper, don’t skip the Icefield Glacier — it’s one of those rare experiences that makes you feel small in the best way possible. 🌨️❄️

Wow what a cool experience. Getting to walk on the glacier was super cool. Recommend making sure you think about appropriate footwear and clothing. Very windy up there. Informative tour and gorgeous scenery. Make sure you do the educational skywalk. If you have to choose skywalk is more important.

Such an amazing experience at the Columbia Icefield Adventure! Totally worth it — I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our bus driver Rocco was awesome! Super friendly, funny, and kept everyone engaged the whole time. He also talked about how important it is to protect the environment, which I really appreciated. 100% a must-do!

🤩 This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ride In the ice Explorer to glacier is amazing, some interesting facts were shared by the guides while in the ride. You get enough time to experience , take pictures and if lucky can drink some fresh glacier water if you have an empty bottle. Make sure to have your winter boots and jackets.

If you want to join this adventure tour, you have to prepare for it. First , you need to book this on line. Also, you need to be well prepare for the cold . We went in August , still felt very cold and windy . You have to wear suitable shoes to walk on ice, it's very slippery . The view is great and a wonderful experience to walk on the glacier ( in condition that you are well prepared) . We were there at the end of August, last week of summer holiday, so many visitors and needed to lineup for everything .

Tangle Creek Falls, situated along the Icefields Parkway between Banff and Jasper, is a must-see multi-tiered waterfall just north of the Columbia Icefield. Often overlooked due to its proximity to the highway, it offers a convenient stop with a parking lot for visitors to capture remarkable photographs.
Beautiful roadside stop! Tangle Creek Falls is easy to access and totally worth it. The waterfall is stunning, and you can get right up close with just a little hike. Great spot for quick photos and a break on the Icefields Parkway. Surely a hidden jem as not many people stop at this falls but trust me you will love it

Currently, the water still flows dynamically down the rocky ledges, but the cooler temperatures have started to freeze the edges, creating dramatic, hanging icicles that frame and blend with the rushing water. This creates a stunning contrast: the clear flow tumbles against a delicate, crystalline sculpture of ice. As one of the most convenient stops on the Icefields Parkway, it is absolutely worth a brief pause. You can easily pull into the small parking lot located across the road. Toilets are also available in the parking area, making it a perfect spot for a quick break and a memorable photo opportunity.

A lovely quick stop on the way to the Skywalk! This picturesque waterfall is easily accessible right off the road and makes for a great photo op. While not massive, the falls are stunning and worth a brief visit to enjoy the soothing sound of the water. There's also a hike to Wilcox Pass nearby. Be cautious when crossing the pedestrian lines on Highway 93 to reach the falls.

How can you not give this place 5 stars? You literally step out of your car and BAM—waterfall in your face. No hiking, no sweating, no "are we there yet?" Just pure, majestic nature doing its thing right off the highway like it’s trying to win a beauty pageant for roadside attractions. Pulled over to stretch my legs and ended up having a full-blown photo shoot with this multi-tiered waterfall. It’s like Mother Nature knew road trippers needed a scenic slap in the face to stay awake. If you’re the kind of adventurer who likes your views high-effort-free, this one's your spirit stop.

Athabasca Falls, located on the upper Athabasca River just west of the Icefields Parkway, is a remarkable waterfall known for its powerful force and stunning beauty. While not the tallest in the Canadian Rockies at 23 meters, it impresses with its large volume of glacial water forced through a narrow gorge. The surrounding pine forests and mountains provide an iconic Canadian backdrop that can be admired from convenient viewpoints along the trail and a footbridge across the canyon.
These falls were fantastic. The thunderous sound reminds you of the power of water and of nature. Seeing the rainbow as the water passes over the falls was an added bonus! Truly a must for anyone visiting Jasper National Park.

Athabasca Falls is absolutely breathtaking! The waterfalls are powerful and mesmerizing, surrounded by incredible mountain scenery. Walking through the footpaths is a stunning experience — every turn offers something new to see and appreciate. Even though the area was affected by the fires, its beauty and strength still shine through. It’s a must-see stop in Jasper — peaceful, scenic, and a true reminder of nature’s resilience. 🌿💧We visited October 2025 and it’s less crowded dress accordingly. The resort features 91 runs serviced by seven lifts, including high-speed quads, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Marmot Basin's season typically runs from early November to early May, providing ample time to enjoy its stunning views and snow-covered slopes.
Don't be fooled by the fire devastated forest on the way to resort. The resort withstand! It's beautiful! A variety of runs and the quality of terrain made me speechless. I was making runs after runs after runs without crazy lines on lifts. Mind you, there were dozens of ski schools that day from all over the world. The price of the lift tickets is more than reasonable. Plenty of fresh powder in April; where else can you find it?! I liked the way they arranged the parking lots. Doesn't matter which lot you take, you get direct access to a run that leads you to the resort. No shuttles, no walking with the gear! 👍

Marmot Basin is one of the best ski resorts in Alberta. The runs are well-groomed, varied, and perfect for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. The lift system is efficient, and I rarely find myself waiting long to get back up the mountain. The scenery is breathtaking, with mountain views that are worth the trip alone. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the vibe is welcoming without feeling overcrowded. It’s a must-visit spot if you’re in Jasper, and hands down one of my favorite places to ski.

This is a great hill with solid parking set up. Seems to be never over crowded. Easy in and out for drinks or food. Lots of great terrain. Worth a little hike here and there for sure
Darryl C — Google review
What an amazing ski resort! Great lifts, lots of run varieties, lots of open space, not crowded, and easy parking. Amazing for beginner/intermediate skiiers because you can even get down from the highest lift points using blue or green runs!
Cory S — Google review
Such an awesome place for beginners to even professionals! Close to where i live (still a few hours away but its one of the closest best ski resorts) and close to jasper as well. Snow is always good and double black diamonds are super fun as well. Highly recommend for all as well as the Park Junkies! Would add more photos of my action but cant find them
John W — Google review
Fun mountain, wasn't a lot of snow yet this year, but still plenty to ride. More of a blue square to black diamond difficulty, there are harder runs, just waiting on snow. Would definitely go back when there is a thicker base and whole mountain availability. No lines when I went on christmas wknd. I think I had to wait behind 1 set of people once, in the 2 days I was there, other than that, straight to lift and up. How the sun goes, they'll be alot more light in late January and February; starts setting on slopes around 2 pm over Christmas time.

I personally LOVE Marmot. The people are so amazing, the mountain is great and both challenging and relaxing depending on the run you choose. I will say the drop off on the Knob Chair is dangerous and has to be built up, I bailed as it's a rapid drop from the chair and I watched the next 6 groups getting off the lift bail as well... But otherwise, Marmot is one of the best in Alberta in my opinion. I am definitely going back.

Incredible ski resort, but my God is the chalet expensive. Evreything else about it is Incredible, there's also a lot of paths through the trees that were fun. And the ski school instructor (we were forced beacause it was a school trip) she was incredibly nice.

Went here for a walk in dine in experience and it was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely perfect and the old fashioned... was the best old fashioned I have ever had, and my favorite was the keg. The atmosphere was perfect, nice and relaxing and with the best view you could ask for. Our server was extremely bubbly and friendly making the whole experience an absolute joy. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Ari and the Altitude team for making it an unforgettable experience.

I appreciate the fact that they have all these nice amenities near the natural wonders. It can be tricky, bringing all these many tourists to places that are both awe inspiring, and fragile. The Altitude Restaurant has a full buffet that can pretty much satisfy most appetites. It has plenty of cold salads, hot entrees, desserts and beverages. The views outside the windows were spectacular. Most of the help was new, but eager, and friendly. Would recommend to others visiting the area.

I recommend to have a reservation book for breakfast and dinner! We had our dinner here on June 10 and were served by Taylor and Geraldine. Both are sweet and awesome. It was our honey moon, and when Geraldine knew about it she made our desert on the house. Isn't that sweet 😊 Taylor was super friendly host, hyping us for matchy matchy outfits and drinks. We really indeed have a good time here.

Food was just ok to fill our hungry tummies after the great adventure. There are variety of options for food like salad, sandwiches, pasta, meat and desserts. I have to rave about the view which was more than amazing!! My husband and I sat outside and enjoyed the marvelous view while we dined.

Worst food I had in AB. Seafood chowder tastes like vomit, kids pasta is salty, Caesar salad too much lemon juice makes it too sour. Beef is not the worst, and Alberta lamb is by default medium rare but you can’t even cut it with knife, too much sinew. Waitress is sassy. This level of food and service is not fine dining for sure. If you stay at the lodge I don’t recommend you dine in here.
Crystal L — Google review
We stayed one night in the Glacier View lodge and had both dinner and breakfast in the Altitude restaurant. Both experiences were wonderful! The food was delicious and service was excellent! The views and atmosphere were fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Be advised: Altitude Restaurant prioritize tour groups over walk-in customers until after 2:30 pm most days, so don’t rely on this restaurant for lunch. It costs $49pp. The only alternatives are their cafe (Chalet) or Starbucks downstairs. This three-storey building caters to hundreds of people at any given time, so it is always very crowded. If I was heading towards Jasper, I’d go up to the first-floor balcony to take a selfie. Enjoy the view for a moment and then drive to Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge restaurant (30 minutes down the road). It’s a charming little spot with an open fire, decent food and good service.

Great place for dinner. Made a reservation so we wouldn’t have to wait (October) but there wasn’t a line anyways. Definitely worth it for the location and quality of the meal.

Breakfast restaurant
Becker's Gourmet Restaurant is a hidden gem located just five minutes south of Jasper, along the picturesque Icefields Parkway. This charming eatery boasts a classic mountain ambiance, featuring warm wood and stone decor that creates an inviting atmosphere. Diners are treated to breathtaking views of Mount Kerkeslin and the Athabasca River, making every meal feel like a special occasion.
My son was pleased with his Elk Steak. So were my husband and sister with their Salmon. Our Nay liked her Minestrone soup. My red bean soup was delicious, especially with the multi-colored crunches; however, I wish it’s not as thick. It was filling so I didn’t need my Lobster Cake appetizers. There’s lobster taste in it and the slight crunch was good but its flavor was dominated by other ingredients. Mr. Zach is a likable conversationalist😊. He recommended Pyramid Lake where there is a walking bridge to an island for a better view of the Pyramid mountain! I like the light stained wood ceilings and walls of this restaurant. The chalets look inviting to stay at🤩. The view is as beautiful. They also have Adirondack chairs on the grass along the side facing the river and mountains.

Beautiful place for dinner or getting breakfast . They have Breakfast buffet , plenty of options to choose from. For dinner time they have good cocktails and mocktails to choose and the river side view is amazing . The pasta was good and so is the chicken Main course . We ordered the fish appetizer as well . Service was super fast ! Would definitely recommend this place .

The hiker salad with chicken was absolutely delicious. The dressing was really good and the chicken was a huge portion! I was looking to fuel my body with something healthy and delicious and this meal was perfect! My mother in law got the salmon crusted with pistachios and said it was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, she had brown hair but I am forgetting her name! Thank you for the great service throughout our meal.

Appetizers were amazing and so were the drinks but it took a long time for us to get our mains courses. And when we did our steaks were flavorless and way over cooked. We asked for medium rare and they were hardly even pink. We could have sent them back to have them fixed but the waitress never returned and then we had to ask another waiter for a dessert menu and our bill. We complained about the $50 dollar meals that we never ate to him and then our waitress came with the desserts and said they were on the house. We left there hungry after paying $217 .

Delicious! Stayed at the Cabins for two nights and decided to dine in the restaurant on the Friday evening so we could relax after a long drive. We made reservations in advance, just in case. Our meals were devine! Sorry, there are no photos of the mains because we hungrily dove right in. My meal was elk steak, and they happily exchanged the sides to what was offered with the ribeye meal as I thought it would be better for my limited potato dinner. It blended so well with the elk that I was so happy I made the substitution. My friend enjoyed the bison bolognese and reported it was delicious as well. We decided to forego appetizers and had dessert instead. My dessert was the chocolate creme brule and was the perfect ending for my elk steak dinner. My friend had the chocolate tower cake, which was huge and equally delicious. Service was great - friendly and attentive without being bothersome. All in all, and excellent experience! Prices are a bit high and reflective of the quality fare - worth the price in my opinion.

We went to Becker’s restaurant for birthday dinner. Food was delicious and service was great. Good location, nice window view and away from crowded town.

We dined here Saturday evening. We had a beautiful view by the window. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the bison bolognese, and the elk steak. Both dishes were tasty, the portions were a generous size, the elk was perfectly cooked, and our plates came hot which means our dinner was warm to the last bite.

We were visiting from out of country in August and we were recommended this restaurant from a local in town that worked at the visitor center . Our expectations were definitely exceeded from this place . From service (thank you again Amy for recommending your favorite chocolate towers cake and wine to go with the meal ) . There is a lot of great choices on the menu ( lots of great gluten free options ) . I will be recommending this for all my friends . This place was the best service we received in Canada .thank you for exceeding our expections
