Most items are organic. We were very intrigued to hear this from the server. I believe our server's name is Samuel. He was so pleasant and helpful to explain and guide us through what to order. Most steaks are big portion so you can share. I think we ended up ordering the 50oz porterhouse. That thing was a beast! Very delicious! We also ordered the escargots, macaroni and scallops.
