The welcome and hospitality was 10/10. We had stunning views from our junior cabin with balcony. The crew and management were incredible and went over and beyond to meet our needs, especially our butler Corbin. The activities provided were fun and we got to share new experiences. The ship was huge with minimal people on board so it felt as though you had it too yourself. There was no hidden fees or charges. I would highly recommend. Oh and the food was excellent with a good variety and took into account dietary requirements and intolerances.

曇り空でしたが、楽しめました。

クルーズに乗るために2泊しました。ベトナムが夏休みなのかとにかく子供連れが多く賑やかでした。ゆっくりリゾート気分を味わいたかったのですがプールも子供だらけでゆっくり出来ませんでした。またプールもホテル棟とはかなり離れた場所にありとても不便でした。レストランはとてもベトナム料理が美味しく、円安の割にタイより安かったです。また、スタッフはとても親切で良かったです。楽しい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございました！

値段も手頃でおしゃれで清潔感があります。 また、ベットも快適でぐっすり寝れました。 朝食はこのクラスのホテルでは普通かと思います。

ハロン湾に来てこれらラグジュアリー船に乗らないのは損です。 多少の英会話力はあった方が楽しめますが、なくても大丈夫なレベル。 客室も想像以上に広く、食事もオプショナルツアーもGOOD。 素敵な経験をもたらしてくれます。

We didn’t have super high expectations going in, and almost didn’t hit Ha long bay on our itinerary. However from start to finish the experience was incredible. They were upgrading the Capella during our stay so we were ‘upgraded’ to the Lyra which is their new ship. There is about a 40 minute tender boat ride from the transfer drop off to the ship. We were welcomed by all the staff and captain on arrival - I believe they have over 40 members of staff. We heard that maximum capacity for the ship is around 90 guests however for most of our trip there were only 20-30 which made for a great quiet experience. Our room was immaculate with premium fixtures and spotless. King size bed with a spacious balcony, shower with very strong water pressure and a comfortable bath. Included all standard hotel amenities. Internet is spotty at best - don’t expect to be connected during your stay. We found this to be a benefit to disconnect and relax in the beautiful scenery. You are greeted with an extensive buffet style lunch, followed by ‘free time’ to kayak, jump off the inflatable slide, relax in the pool/spa or sauna. After this they have happy hour and a cute cooking demonstration followed by a 5 course table service dinner. After dinner you can fish for squid, watch a movie, relax in the pool, play table soccer and billiards or take part in the nightly poker tournament. The mornings start with tai chi at 6am followed by a light breakfast between 6;15-730. Be prepared to wake up early! You then go on an excursion to the local island and go on a bike ride, see a bit of the local culture and then enjoy a secluded private beach. Lunch is again served when you return and the rest of the day is quite similar to the previous. By the second evening we were having such an incredible time, we asked to extend another night for the 3 nights / 4 day itinerary. Teddy was very accomodating and made this happen while we didn’t have to change rooms and could continue to enjoy our trip. The food was all incredible and some of the best we have had in our month long stay in Vietnam. We never once felt hungry over the 4 days - they definitely feed you plenty. Throughout all activities and parts of the day the service was outstanding and really made our trip an experience of a lifetime. Standouts were Teddy, Gin, Alex, Tyler and Luck (who never stops smiling!), however this is doing a disservice to all the staff who were all incredible.
