We did have to park a few blocks away for our stay. Our room was small but clean. The TV didn’t work, there was no closet, and the shower was open right to the room. Rooms do not have a fridge, coffee maker and the hair dryer was missing. The living area has been turned into a restaurant so there was no where to sit other than the front patio next door. If you needed anything, you also had to go next door for drinks and ice. The location was great but there was live music being played next door and it was very loud. You expect breakfast to be included at a Bed and Breakfast but it’s $15 for continental style. We went somewhere else to eat. We paid a lot for our stay and it just lacked so much. I would rather have stayed in a chain hotel, very disappointed. Pictures on the web site are not up to date. The outside was pretty but the inside common areas are not the same at all. But the room has two mirrors in it!! We were in and out on the weekend of July 4th the inn was fully booked we didn’t run into many guests. We didn’t eat breakfast at all but there was a diner around the corner right on the bay!!!!! They also had a very nice bar within the INN but there wasn’t any staff there but it was super cute. Door were shut while we were there! They are a 3 star hotel and in my opinion of always staying at 5 star accommodation they did everything that we needed.
