We were hungry n tire so we picked this place for its authentic vietnamese restaurant name. I called ahead asking if the have pho. The staff answering the phone didn't speak vietnamese so i instantly recognized like others vietnamese restaurant that it may be name in vietnamese but no one speaks the language. The person on the phone saud they have pho n other vietnamese food. We arrived there after driving over 30min to the unknown area. As we entered the door it was a small n crowded little space restaurant. The manager or owner was this white woman...i was expecting an asian person. She said that the wait for table is 1 to 1.5 hours. We were disappointed. We decided to order take out. When we came back in asking about take out to a staff waiter. He said we have to ask the owner. I have never seen a business that a wait staff can not decide on take out order lake this. Maybe this is how things work. The owner came and spoke to us. She said they dont have pho and we could only order from the appetizer menu only n the fried noodle. Their menu Change each day n no pho today. We were hungry n disappointed n left. For this experience i would not want to come here even if the food is good cuz of the lack of service interaction n the place wasn't as nice looking.
