Housekeeping was quick to clean the bathroom during our stay, at our request. The small and thin blanket for a queen bed doesn't make sense for Baguio's cold nights, but Kuya Warren was happy to provide a thicker extra blanket at no cost. Despite these issues, staff was always warm, friendly, and prompt. They even found a way to preserve our freshly-picked strawberries during our stay. That's going above and beyond! I only ordered food once, but the chicken burger with fries and their fresh strawberry fruitshake were delicious! Chicken was juicy, bread was fresh and soft, homemade sauce was yummy, fries were crispy, and the shake had just the right amount of sweetness. The staff , Ms Ella cooked homey bfast ,and attended to our groups request for sumptuous dinner with a garden party set up. Bonfire, fireplace were set up everytime we requested. Fabulous!
