I made it clear to her that i was changing an infant and was within my rights to use the toilets, she shouted at me that she has a disable badge and that people like me are wasting her time. I walked out of the place in shock and upset as no mother wants to deal with situation like this while out and about enjoying the weekend. I walked around town all afternoon thinking of what happened and how rude it was. No staff was there to support me or formerly apologise about opening the door.
