Seasoned well esp if you like that salty taste but the sausage added on additional saltiness flavor (not complaining I loved it) but forewarning for those watching their sodium intake. There were edges that were burnt which was SO good it tasted almost like caramel. So you get that salty sweet flavor burst. -Cocoa Hazelnut Croissant very good airy & not overly sweet. -Caramel Almond Pastry only had a small bite because my son ate the rest but it was delicious -Strawberry Cream Cake and Cloud cream cake ARE VISUAL ART.
