Honestly this shop is going down hill shocking. My last few visits have been terrible. But the one I am most disappointed with. was delivery to my house. It was a large order 5 pizzas and 5 sides. Not in any other KFC we've ever been to. Table next to us also complained about half full pots of rice. Sunflower has been part of Merthyrs high street for more than 30 years and while it’s changed ownership a few times it still serves up good old fashion chip shop cafe grub.

This place has recently been given a bit of a face lift. Looks clean and modern. There normally is a wait here but this is the case with most Subways. Once you get the food there is seating available if you want to eat in. Its hard to go wrong in a Subway. The food was good value and tastes great.

I visited the Merthyr Subway on February 24th and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by the staff. I requested a gluten-free roll, and the staff member immediately changed gloves, wrapped the tray, and oven with paper to ensure my order's safety. Their willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly memorable. From start to finish, the staff member was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this Subway location for their exceptional service and attention to customer needs!
