The staff they have now are incredibly rude and always seem angry about having customers. They tell you waits up to 30 minutes if you order anything other than Pretzels or Bitz to get you to order something else. I've been here three times since the mall reopened and 2/3 times the change was wrong. Their employees are rude and can't even perform basic services. We ordered their “mini meal” which had listed a drink option, pretzel bite option, and with each pretzel bite option a specific sauce was listed (e.g. pizza bites was paired with jalapeño cheddar dip) When the meal did not have the sauce in it, we asked for the sauce with each meal. The female staff insisted that it did not come with it. We then asked to pay for the two sauces that were with the meal. We were informed there were not specific sauces per meal. I then read the sign to the staff to get the specific sauce listed. Throughout the experience a female staff threw up her hands multiple times. Increased in voice volume and rate and was agitated. The male staff member was uncomfortable but able to remain calm. Overall very condescending and confusing experience.
