I have tried to go through the drive thru on 2 separate occasions recently. The first time, no one answered at all and there was only 1 car in the parking lot. I drove off and saw the employee in the window as I went by. She just looked at me. Wasn't helping another customer, but couldn't even acknowledge that there was a customer in the drive thru. I tried again today, and after a couple minutes of waiting in the drive thru with no one acknowledging me, I said hello and the woman said "go inside if you want service." I thought that was very rude. It's not easy for me to go inside, as I have a small child. I understand if you're busy and understaffed, but at least put a sign in the drive thru or acknowledge the customer that's sitting there waiting, in a nice way.
