Big portions but not just quantity over quality - the food is cooked well and very reasonably priced. I've also done Brunch and that was very good value for money.

We received really poor service from the start. Mixing up & forgetting drinks orders more than once, and the same with our food order. The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of staff in. However the staff were not attentive at all & it was hard to get their attention for extra drinks orders. No one came over to check if our food was okay, or take the plates away after. We had to request the bill twice, at this point we were the only table left in the restaurant. Sadly we didn't really enjoy/ rate the food either, but the service really didn't help the experience. (Also a different table was complaining that they had paid for bottomless brunch and the staff were too slow with refilling their drinks/ felt like their table was just ignored).

Everyone for the match was using that bar with the one bar staff. Took forever to take drink orders and took even longer for the drinks to arrive. Bar staff ALL had a bad attitude slamming drinks down on the table and rolling their eyes like everything was a bother (apart from the young girl with dark hair working that day - she was so lovely). Sunday dinner was LACED in pepper, could hardly taste what was what - made the food inedible (although the beef was delish). Brought out extras which we didn’t ask for and expected us to pay for them instead of bring the extras we did actually ask for. Asked for a sticky toffee pudding which was stone cold and rock hard with hot sauce poured over the top? Again this was inedible. Eventually asked for the bill and everything was all over the place even though we had told them what each person had for each bill as they insisted on doing separate bills, again this seemed like a bother (we didn’t ask them to work it out as we are a bunch of grown adults) and it took forever to sort out. We just wanted to leave. Literally wouldn’t bother going unless you want to wait a life time for drinks and want your taste buds burnt off by the taste of pepper. Also the toilets are absolutely VILE - these need sorting ASAP.
