(원문) The store is poorly resourced and managed. Spent over 20mins at 8.30am this morning stuck in drive thru. Several cars before us had been parked up for quite a while. When we finally got to the pick up window there was no one in sight. Eventually a staff member appeared and we requested a refund as who knew how much longer we would be waiting for our order. We were told that they couldn't give us a refund as that particular EFTPOS machine wasn't working so we requested a cash refund. The customer service girl was very apologetic however the manager was not. We felt very sorry for the two staff that were working on a busy Saturday morning.
