We did the long walk around to Fingal Spit, across the sand bank to Shark Island and it was extremely picturesque. Lots of spectacular beaches with the southern ones being perfect for snorkelling due to all the little protected rocky beaches. We spent a sublime two hours exploring the mangroves and enjoying the lush greenery and gorgeous birds. On our way back, we spotted 2 big dolphins jumping and flipping so close to our kayak. Then we saw around 5 just under the Singing Bridge. One dolphin came about 10 metres from us. It was surreal. Excellent experience and a fantastic way to enjoy Hawks Nest Bay. Highly recommended.

They have use recycled water on the course and it really keeps the course in good shape.
