Pancake Pantry is a popular breakfast and lunch spot in Gatlinburg, known for its wide variety of flapjacks. Established in 1960, it has been serving hearty breakfasts for decades. The restaurant offers an extensive list of breakfast items including buttermilk pancakes and unique flavors like Caribbean Pancakes, Swiss Chocolate Chip Pancakes, and Sugar n Spice Pancakes.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the sweet potato pancakes—so good, I barely stopped to take a proper picture! The cinnamon syrup made them even better, adding just the right touch of warmth and sweetness. For lunch, we had The Continental with homemade chips. I opted to keep side since I’m not big on sauces—it had a sweet and tangy flavor that wasn’t quite my thing, but the sandwich and chips themselves were fantastic. My husband went for the hamburger with homemade fries, and both were a hit. Overall, a great meal with a few personal taste preferences in the mix!

One of the best breakfast spots! Pancake Pantry completely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. The service was truly world-class—friendly, attentive, and with perfect timing of food. everything came out exactly when it should. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Every bite tasted amazingly and was made with care. Honestly, this is one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever visited, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Founded in 1961, Pancake Pantry is a must-visit classic. We waited about 20 minutes as a party of seven, but service was quick once seated. The place is big, lively, and a bit loud, yet conversation-friendly. The veggieburger was mild and could use a little more flavor, but the Swiss Chocolate Chip Pancake were absolutely delicious, fluffy, flavorful, and easily the best I’ve had. Portions are generous, and sharing a pancake and a sandwich works perfectly for two. The fries were crisp and tasty too. Definitely worth the wait for the pancakes.
Harsh S — Google review
The pancakes were really good and didn’t taste bad at all. The omelettes were okay but not the best. The atmosphere was really nice and felt like a wooden diner. The waiters were obviously in a rush but that seems reason since it was packed. The waiting time wasn’t that long only around 15 min.
Yaniv — Google review
The crepes were AMAZING! I had the wildberry ones - outside of the taste I really appreciate how big they were, it was definitely very filling and worth the price. Alisha was amazing, always made sure to check if we needed anything, I especially appreciate anytime I don't have to wait for a drink refill when I'm at a restaurant haha.
Kristopher W — Google review
Absolutely loved this place! It has that perfect cozy mountain town vibe that makes you want to linger over breakfast. The place is spotless, and the staff are friendly and efficient. A must-visit spot if you’re in the area and craving a comforting, quality breakfast!

It has been years since I have come for a visit. Always bring a friend to try the delicious breakfast. My friend had the sweet potato pancakes, which she loved and the sausage patties. I had the gluten free pancakes which was a first. They were okay. I just don't like regular syrup because of the processed ingredients in it, so I only ate one out of the huge portion given to me because of the syrup. The turkey sausage was good too. Before I came I saw on their online menu there was a gluten free crepe option, which when I asked I was told no there was none.

The food was pretty good overall, my wife did not like her hash brown. The atmosphere wasn’t awful, but more on the moderate side being that it’s right on the Gatlinburg strip. The servers and waitress were nice

The Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg KOA Holiday is a standout campground located just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and downtown Pigeon Forge. It offers easy access to popular attractions such as Dollywood, Splash Country, The Dixie Stampede, and many more. The campground provides a variety of onsite amenities including swimming pools, a basketball court, and a lazy river for families to enjoy.
Loved our 6 night stay here! We had one of the patio sites with the paw pen and it made our vacation with our dogs more enjoyable. The staff were always so friendly! The whole campground was very clean and well landscaped. Only negative is the roads inside the campground can be a tight squeeze for larger rigs, especially the corners. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this KOA to everyone!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff was very nice as were all of those who were camping around our site. The price was very fair for the length of time we stayed (two weeks). Our site was very nice, very level and offered a beautiful patio. This KOA was in the perfect location in Pigeon Forge that it made it perfect for getting to all of the tourist attractions that we wanted to get to. Everything seemed to be within just a short 5 minute drive from the campground. Our only huge complaint is that you can pick the general area of the campground you want to stay in, but you're not allowed to pick the specific site you want as KOA feels the need to put you wherever they want you. We heard this from several other campers and read it in many of the reviews as well. However, we decided to give it a try and we were lucky enough, this time, to get what we felt was probably the best site in the entire campground. However, this is the biggest reason we would consider not returning.
Craig N — Google review
This was our 4th year staying in a cabin here. The cabins have always been extremely clean. Lots of activities for kids on property. Fully stocked store with everything you might need. Great location close to Dollywood and The island but there is enough to do at the campground, you don't need to leave Lazy river/pool/hot tub is a huge plus with kids. Haunted House is legit.
Sarah P — Google review
We loved this campground and will definitely stay here again. The upgraded patio was amazing with pergola, lighting, fire ring and loads of seating. Perfectly located adjacent to Trolley station, we never needed a car. Staff was friendly, lots of activities for kids. We had ample driving and camping space. It was not tight as some reviews have mentioned. Loved it!
Wanda J — Google review
Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Each cabin had their own are to sit, fire ring and front porch. The bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and I loved to see them escort the RVs into their respective spots. We didn’t bring ours this time but great to know there is that service for next time. Totally recommend this KOA.
Cherie E — Google review
The campground is very nice with lots of things to do, especially for kids. The location is great too, but the layout is terrible. This is not a big rig friendly campground. We have a 45’ 5th wheel and had to upgrade in order to fit. Tight roads and small spots mean cars overflowing into the driveway. Maneuvering nightmare for a big rig. If you can fit, def go here. If your over 40’ call ahead and confirm your spot will be 1) easy to get to and 2) large enough for your rig. Final issue was it being next to a very busy road. Constant road noise.

The Le Compt Hotel and Convention center was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Very large room with full kitchen and elderly friendly bathroom. It's not far off the main drag through town...just a few blocks. The grounds are lovely and has a large parking lot by the Convention center. They have a good breakfast and plenty of seating. They even stored my mobility cart during our stay. Would be glad to stay there again.

Its a good koa, campers, rvs, tents or rent a small cabin. They have a salt water pool thats heated and a hot tub thats available way longer than the other places. Shower facilities and restrooms its just a nice change of pace from the hotel scene or the overly priced house cabins in the area. We enjoy it!

Camp Riverslanding is a family-friendly RV park located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. It offers full hookup sites, trolley service, fishing, a playground and more amenities than any other campground in the area.
We had a fantastic 3 nights and 4 days camping at this beautiful campground by the river for our 10th year wedding anniversary . We have been to pigeon forge many many times and have never felt so peaceful and relaxed as we were staying at this campsite. It definitely beats staying in a hotel not knowing what your laying down in. The campsite was breathtaking and the bathrooms to shower in you had your own bathroom with toilet and shower. Very very clean and well maintained. It always smelled good with good cleaning supplies and they were there all the time cleaning when we walked in. It is a beautiful bathroom to with new tile looks like. We would highly recommend this place. We have now made it our home away from home. Teresa that worked in the office was so friendly and made us feel at home.

Sites are a little small but this is the most quiet and clean campground I've ever stayed at. The bathrooms are private and nicer than my own bathroom at home. Each bathroom is large and contains a toilet sink and free shower. The laundry facilities are clean and easy to use. You can pay with a credit card or set up an account. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.

We stayed in the beautiful Farmhouse and we love it. The house is cute and very roomy with lots of space. Its definitely bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. We loved sitting on the screen porch where you could see the river and out front in with a mountain view. Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful. The campground facilities and pool we also very nice. The game room is small but had something for everyone. The dog park was nice for the dogs. We saw ducks, geese, a crane and a groundhog while there, which the kids loved. We enjoyed tubing in the river the length of the campground. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.

When I tell you this was the BEST money we’ve spent! We had a day pass to use their facilities and the service was AMAZING. From checking in to the pool service, it was so nice and relaxing. Very clean too. The food is pretty good and the drinks as well. My favorite part? It’s ASD certified we had so much peace knowing our son was safe and having fun! We will definitely be back !!

This was our first visit here. It was an amazing spot to camp. We stayed on site 84 right at the pool and bath house. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The washers and dryers were used by a lot of people. The staff was so accommodating and kind. Family friendly atmosphere and really quiet. We have no complaints!

Location locations location. 13 minute walk to Dolly Stampede which was worth it. This park is located right close to many walkable events. Great full hookup sites. Good shade. Very nice laundry
Roger — Google review
Absolutely LOVED our very first camping trip with our new camper and Camp Rivers landing was the perfect place!! We had a spot directly adjacent to the pool, and it was very convenient and refreshing. My ONLY complaint was I wished I would not have gotten so close to the river, as a new camper I was very uncomfortable with the slope we were on and I would have felt better with a curb or something to stop my RV from going into the creek had I bumped it wrong while hooking up.
Ronald L — Google review
We loved staying here! It is walking distance from the main strip, they have everything you could need and are very friendly! We dont own a camper but really enjoyed having the opportunity to rent out a camper for the experience. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this park to everyone!

I can’t wait to come back! We came for a mini vacation from Ohio. Very clean outside and the shower rooms were very well taken care of. The cleanest I’ve seen at a campground. Everyone was so nice. We can’t wait to come back and see everyone again! Thank you for a first great experience! Five stars all the way! Thank you for having us!

Stayed in one if the RV spots up on the hill, which was quiet. Spots down below are closer to road noise, and have no tree cover. Staff was great. Bathrooms up on hill were clean and well maintained. Kids really enjoyed the pool and splash pad. The chaos of Pigeon Forge is too close, though. Unless you are in the area for the activities on the strip, or Dollywood, I'll head up into the hills more.
Tony J — Google review
We stayed in a RV there. Nice clean modern restrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Good location, to Dollywood and the area but a little noisy from the road traffic. Nice pool and splash pad with a hot tub, arcade room above the laundry for the kids too! We had a great time and would stay again.
Gay H — Google review
We stayed with the family here a few years ago about a week before Christmas and had a really fun time. The park was clean, and quiet. The staff was great, and the Christmas lights and decorations around town were beautiful. We returned about a week ago, and again it was quiet, peaceful, same great staff and some very noticeable and super upgrades to the RV sites. The park is in a great location and has easy access to the main road. The online booking and check-in is really easy and you receive confirmation emails that contain lots of useful information.

We had a great time camping at Riveredge RV Park. The campsites are very nice. Most of the campsites are paved. We will definitely plan another trip. We were here for labor day weekend and enjoyed ourselves so much we booked this trip. We will definitely be back.

We camp at this campground at least once a year. It's very well maintained, clean bathouses and good sized lots. It's located right before heading into Gatlinburg so the location is convenient to get to shops and attractions.

Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ in Cherokee, NC, is a delightful full-service campground that offers an idyllic escape into nature. Located along the serene banks of the Ravenfork River, this park is a haven for fishing enthusiasts eager to catch trout stocked weekly. With a variety of accommodations available—from tent sites and RV hookups to cozy deluxe cabins—there’s something for everyone.
This place is older, but its got the best spot on Raven Fork and trees for shade. Keeps is cool in the summer. It's also under new management, so I'm excited to see how he will fix it up. New dryers need to be first. Take it from a mom, we need working laundry facilities. Staff is amazingly kind and attentive. Wild Bill and Ms. Kate are super friendly. Definitely 5 stars for service, because they are all helpful. Lots of kiddos running around. Great place if youve got only one, because they can make fast friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family and I have been coming to Yogi in the Smokies for the past 13 years, and this year was by far the most fun and best trip we’ve ever had! The staff truly made our stay memorable. Cindy and Mary in the office were so welcoming, friendly, and made our trip extra enjoyable. Ron, Charlie and another staff member (whose name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond when our power didn’t work as we were setting up at our campsite—they came right away, took care of it immediately, and were so kind and caring throughout. These staff members were wonderful and really added to our positive experience. The campground itself was perfect—the bathrooms were spotless, the activities were fun for the whole family, and the mountain views on the river were absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Yogi in the Smokies, for making this trip unforgettable!
Brittany M — Google review
Love it there. I've been coming for about 18 years. I do feel like the prices have gone up drastically over the past couple years and that it's a little high priced for a camp ground now. If they go up more I hate to say it but I may look into some of the other camp grounds in the area. The staff are awesome and was able to resolve any issues I had although I do feel that one lady there is a little to old to still be working there. She was very sweet though.
K00laid K — Google review
We booked this campground for a last minute, end of summer vacation getaway after reading about it on the Jellystone website. We drove 4 hours to get there. This place did not align with what the website advertised although the campground was nice, clean and the river is beautiful. Let me explain the low stars: Upon arrival, I checked in at the store and was greeted by staff that I assume were having a bad day, they were not very welcoming. The directions to the site left us moving a large camper around in very tight spaces to come in at a different angle than the lady at the check in said in order to get it into the site correctly. We had young children that were excited that there would be Yogis' birthday celebration from Thursday to Sunday, as advertised on the website, only to be told that they would be doing it on the Saturday only. The web site advertised that there are movies in the evenings and we were told when we got there and asked, that this is only done on Friday and Saturday (weather permitting, which it did not, obviously no fault of the staff for the weather). The activity center / craft area is only open from 1000 - 1630 with lunch from 1200-1300. The ladies working it were nice but they did not make the atmosphere fun and lively. They would answer questions and get items requested but otherwise sat there or played with their own children. The free crafts were okay at best ( something printed on paper and almost dried out markers) and the other crafts were expensive for what was provided. There is rock painting, which seemed to be a hit but you needed to bring your own rock and it washed off as soon as the rain hit the dried paint. The activities itinerary , dated April instead of August, was not followed. I guess if I had asked, the ladies would have given me the stuff to do the craft with my children, but what about the children who did not have an adult with them? There is great potential for the craft / activity area if only a little initiative were there and supplies were stocked. There is a basketball court but you can only use the balls from 1000 - 1630 if they are available. The " heated" pool was freezing , perhaps only heated to a tolerable temp on weekends? The arcade cost 0.50 to 1.00 per game and was enjoyed by my children. I do find the prices to be a little high for the games though especially for the price to camp there. The prices on the items in the store can't be counted on as it may change when you get to the register. The lady checking me out acted as if I was the one who changed the price tag on an item... I do not have the habit of carrying around a price tag machine in my pocket so I was a little offended by her comments on the price difference that I had no part of. The cable is extremely grainy at best and the wifi worked only for a few hours during whole time we were there. I would like to comment on one store staff member by the name of Donna who was very friendly and welcoming when she was working! Thank you for your sweet smile and attitude Donna! Overall, even though the campground did not align with what the website advertised, we did have a nice time there and will probably go back again. In the future though, I will make sure that we do not need to shop in the store, that we have plenty of crafts and activities ourselves and bring a mini projector to have our own movies by the campfire at our own site. The campground is shaded, it is clean, quiet and the river is well worth the trip, just do not go expecting what the website proclaims for the children.
Virginia T — Google review
I planned a trip away for my husband birthday and unfortunately it wasn’t what I was expecting. The lady that we checked in with on Thursday was very nice but there was a blonde haired lady was not nice at all. I sent my husband to put on a load of laundry and this lady refused to give him change unless he had $10.00 and then she would give him a roll of quarters. I don’t feel like we should have had to do that just to get change. They had 6 dryers but only 2 would work and we had to dry our clothes on high 3 times. We were also set up beside a pop up tent and I watched one of the grounds keepers go to the tent while the ppl were away and stick his head inside look around and then zip it back up and drive off. Not weird at all. Lol The power flipped off and there wasn’t a message put up on the app to tell us it had went off or come back on. But we knew it went off because we were there. Nobody could tell us anything at all. Honestly the place just wasn’t kept up to the standards that I had heard they once were. Shower house had dead spiders everywhere. Pool was already closed and I’m not sure what they are calling a splash pad because all I seen was a blue and orange thing that shoots water out the side and it was closed as well. We just didn’t have a good experience at all. Would not go back if someone paid for it.

We absolutely LOVE Yogi in the Smokies! The staff is always pleasant, the activities throughout the day are great for the kiddos and we have never had a problem with the bathhouse! We normally go for my oldest daughter’s birthday in October and they never disappoint! This year we will be attending for 4th of July and my youngest daughter’s birthday and we can’t wait!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my children while we visited the surrounding area. We tent camped along the river which has some rather nice roaring rapids that make sleeping at night so much better. Yes, the kids activities are minimal and they could do a little better but this is a very rural mountain town in the middle of nowhere so expectations weren't sky high. We were there to sleep and eat, not for the activities so we found everything acceptable for my kids. The heated pool is slightly lacking but it was nice to have a pool on such a hot day. There are a lot of bugs and ants here so be prepared for that; my tent is roof mounted so I avoided a lot but they come down off the trees as well. Overall decent stay, customer service is ok but I've had worse. I promised the kids we would come back next year so we will be back.

Great memories wonderful place. Good for some family that has kids. They have a game room and another building for the kids to play in. I would hardly recommend this place to the families that have kit's. We had the campground to ourselves almost. Really nice people really clean bathrooms. I would come back any time. I want to go back now. Thanks a lot for the great experience. Been coming there for 40 here's, and this was the first time here. Thanks, thanks so much.

Nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Foothills RV Park & Cabins is a charming retreat just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. This inviting park features cozy furnished log cabins and rustic camping cabins, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway.
We stayed in one of the small cabins. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in is easy, staff is friendly, and the grounds are pretty and safe. It has a pool, although we did not use it. I dare say this place is probably the cleanest place in Pigeon Forge. If there was a speck of dirt in our cabin to be found, it is because we brought it in on our shoes! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our recent stay here. This was our first time and we will definitely return. The prices are very reasonable. We stayed in one of the camping cabins. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed having the AC and a refrigerator, which is something not offered by all campgrounds in camping cabins. The bathrooms were immaculate, the cleanest we’ve seen at any campground we’ve visited. We appreciated the quietness of the cabins even though it is located right off the parkway. The owners are friendly and take extra care to ensure guests are well taken care of. They even blew leaves off the driveway leading up to our cabin after a steady rain which doesn’t sound like much but it made walking around less tedious and much less slippery. The pool was clean as well. The extra mile they go to here make this a wonderful place to stay. The location is good for getting out and exploring Pigeon Forge but is also convenient to Gatlinburg.

This was such a nice clean RV park, ran by the nicest people you could ever meet. They were helpful giving us places to visit during our stay. The pool was immaculate clean, as were the shower/ restrooms. Thank you for a fun affordable stay.

A diamond in the ruff, this place exceeded expectations. Bathhouse is awesome, laundry facility is well maintained, reasonably priced, uses quarters. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All the RV spots are asphalt, anything over 30 feet may have some issues. Pretty steep hill at the entrance and parking a large tow vehicle is tight. Overall a great experience.

This is a hidden gem in Pigeon Forge. It is a small campground but it is family owned and super clean. I can't say enough good things about this campground. The campsites are level and have full hookups. The restrooms, showers, laundry, and pool are as clean as any I've seen!
Michael D — Google review
We spent 4 nights here in a camper. I really liked the location because it seems up high from the road but enough vegetation you don’t hear much of the strip or neighboring campgrounds. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, as well as laundry room! I hate to gripe but the water pressure for the sinks in the men’s bathroom was so low it was like washing your hands / brushing your teeth with a dribble water.

This rustic campground in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, offers RV sites and cabins with kitchens, baths, bedrooms and TVs. It also has a heated pool and playground.
We stayed here over Christmas . We had an rv site and cabin. The staff was awesome making sure we were sited close to each other. The restrooms were always clean and stocked. The grounds were clean and sites well kept. The cabin stayed warm and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is another camper who had 3 dogs that were completely out of control. She was an older woman with a sheep dog and 2 smaller dogs (one black one white). Her larger dog got loose and ran onto our site trying to attack our dogs. Even when they were on a leash they were lunging and very aggressive. Hopefully she is not a long term resident.

We recently took a vacation to Pigeon Forge and rented a cabin at Alpine Hide Away. We had stayed at this campground before, so we were expecting things to be wonderful. Upon arrival, everything “appeared to be great.” The first thing that we noticed when we entered the cabin was a strong smell of urine. Then we realized that every step we took across the floor the lights would flicker on and off. Then we found that the TV was broken, the fridge was on the fritz, and the two-burner stove they provided to cook on inside wouldn’t work! Just wait it gets better the ceiling fans won’t work and the air conditioner stops working! We called the office and they did try to sort of fix things. They brought in a new TV and a small stand-up air conditioner. They set the unit on top of the fridge and ran a huge pipe out of the kitchen window. It stopped working in the middle of the night. It was 100 degrees in the cabin. We went to the office the next morning and told the male worker that we wanted a full refund. They did refund our money but I was infuriated that they never even bothered to apologize or show any compassion towards our grandchildren in our situation. We instead got a lot of attitude! We told the man we were leaving to get some food for the grandchildren and he said the AC and things would be fixed by the time we get back. We go into Gatlinburg determined to have a good day but instead, I get a phone call saying that we were being made to leave. I simply refused. I refused not because I wanted to be a problem but because we had nowhere else to go and could not afford to go anywhere else. The property manager yelled at me over the phone refusing to give me the property owner's phone number. When we got back to the cabin ended up with a window until but not before we ended up in yet another confrontation. When we first arrived there the male office worker was told that family was coming to visit us for a cookout out and we didn’t know for sure what time they’d would be there. I asked because there is a visitor's rule about signing in at the gate. He said it was no problem and not to worry about it. I said okay and thank you! When my family arrived Margie the property manager let them in the gate. When she found out that it was my company, she threatened to call the law on them to be removed because they didn’t sign in. That was 5:30 and the office closes at 5:00 This resulted in her yelling and arguing with me in front of everyone.. She was angry and trying to be spiteful because I had called the owner to get things resolved earlier. I even found out that she had gone around smearing our name telling other campers that we were the problem. God bless the owner because he was kind, compassionate, and genuinely acted like he cared that this had happened to us. He doesn’t live there so I’m sure he doesn’t see how poorly this campground is being run or how it’s going downhill. As it stands right now I would not recommend staying there It was a nightmare! They need to do some serious maintenance and replace the property manager with someone who knows how to handle the job ! I

A cute little gem nestled between the hills. They had all that we needed. Their Wi-Fi was just a little sketchy due to their location. This is the perfect little place close by to everything in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The campground staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The campsite was nice and quiet with flowers everywhere, the little saltwater pool.

I stayed in the cabin rentals, if you want something close to pigeon forge but want seclusion from the hustle of the city. This is the place to go! We stayed in cabin 4 cozy tiny cabin with walking distance to bathroom, Showers were clean, (bring soaps and towels. None provided) bathroom is 25 feet or so from cabin so easy access, (check photos) I love this place. Going to recommend to family and friends ! Thank you Alpine Hideaway for an unforgettable weekend getaway for me and my girlfriend.

Thanks again for another easy and comfortable visit. See you again soon! Amazing quiet for as close to everything that it is. Convenient to anything you'd want to do in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Clean showers and bathrooms. Room to move around the campsites. Hosts were great during the booking and late check-in process. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend!

I went in very happy to try something new on vacation. I noticed a sign that was talking about how EMTs, firefighters, police, etc. are eligible for a discount. I figured I would ask if there is a discount for nurses. The desk attendant said “no, because nurses don’t have to work outside or on the side of the road” with an attitude. I understand not having one for nurses, but my profession shouldn’t be down played. Love the great customer service(not). I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

It’s been a couple months, but I remembered the great time we had here on a Valentines trip. Quiet and quick to walk into, the aqua massage took so much tension out of us from days of hiking and exploring. We felt like new people! A very good alternative for price or if you don’t like people in your personal space. I also left my phone in a chair and didn’t realize until we were halfway down the strip! When we came back, it was still there! Thanks to the nice calm man working there for a great experience all around!

Went 11/11/23 @ 11 am. I asked the lady the cost, and she pointed to a sign like a Neanderthal instead of speaking to me. She looked sloppy and unprofessional in her Buccees hoodie, so we left to go to the OTHER Spa down the road in the mall.
SAFE R — Google review
Walked in and was not greeted. Ok no big deal. Stood at the counter and since she still didn't care to speak to us we discussed which option we would like. My husband told her 20min sessions for each of us. Then I saw they did a military discount and as I tried to pull out my ID she said sorry but I already rang you up and I would have to do a void transaction to change it. I was ok do that, because mind you she hadn't even told us a total when I said oh hey I have an ID. She was rude so we left and she had to void the transaction anyway. Do not spend your money here!
Captain S — Google review
Was charged for $13 more than I should have been. They would not do anything about it. I asked for a 10 min ($20) Then realized 20 min was only ($30) The lady did not VOID the 10 min and instead just added another 10 min. Knowingly charging me $40 for 20 min massage. (When it’s only supposed to be $30) Extremely rude and did not care. I asked if more time could be added to compensate for her stealing my $13 and she said NO. Basically TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE as this was a FAR from relaxing experience. Talk about a SCAM Unethical practices.

Wow! I'd never heard of these aqua massage machines but now I want one in my house - so convenient - you get in it fully dressed but without shoes. You can adjust how much pressure the jets spray and also the pulse pattern. You can pause the spray so it stays in one spot like your shoulders or calves. the lady attendant was very sweet and explained how the machine worked - it was nice to get the bottled water afterward, too - highly recommend!

Restaurant
Log Cabin Pancake House is a charming family-owned restaurant located in downtown Gatlinburg. This rustic log cabin eatery is renowned for its wide variety of pancakes, crepes, omelets, and waffles. The menu also features homemade biscuits and sausage gravy. Established in 1973, this establishment offers the finest home-cooked Southern food and serves breakfast all day. From classic fluffy pancakes to creative options like butterscotch chip, there's something for every pancake enthusiast.
Every time we are in Gatlinburg, we have to stop here! We have been stopping here since the late 80’s! It brings back so many great memories and nostalgic feelings! The food is always cooked to perfection and delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu (well, we have only tried breakfast items). It is like a well oiled machine. Even if there is a line out the door, it moves quickly. Servers are always quick and attentive. We love how they have a parking lot! The parking lot has saved us the last two trips by having a wheelchair. There is no issues with wheelchair accommodations there! Check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

This was our first visit here and we will definitely be back!! My husband had an omelet & said it was amazing! I had pancakes & eggs. We also ordered a seasonal fruit bowl as a side. Everything was delicious! Our waitress was friendly & attentive. Even when one of her tables was seated with a big party. Service didn’t change! We got here early and had no wait to get in. When we left the line was out the door. I understand why! The log cabin feel was nice!

My hotel had a review that included a comment about the great Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin down the street so I decided to try it. The place is popular and there were several groups waiting for tables. I was added to the wait list and within 8 minutes my table for one was available. I ordered an egg and hash brown skillet that came with two house pancakes. My food arrived fairly soon and I decided to start by trying the pancakes which were tough to cut with my fork and they were barely warm. Then, upon biting into the eggs and hash browns, I noticed they were not quite room temperature. I flagged the server who immediately called the floor manager over and asked if I wanted everything remade? I asked for just a reheat and they responded very favorably wanting me to be pleased. Within just a few minutes I had new pancakes and well heated eggs and hash browns with Pico and cheese on top. I was impressed with the very attentive server and the manager who also checked on me twice. The only downside was that even the second batch of pancakes were tough to cut and really had little flavor except for the added bananas I had ordered as an add-on. It bothered me that the word pancake is in the name of this restaurant but it didn’t seem to live up to its name. I know that when a batter is over-mixed it can create toughness. I personally like fluffy flavorful pancakes. The coffee was good with a pot brought to the table. I know restaurants can have occasional kitchen problems and I was impressed with Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin’s fast response to my request.

Had a late brunch here and it was amazing as always. The place looked very different without all the school flags on the ceiling, but it looked good, more mountain feel. Tried the fried bologna with fried eggs, soooo think & delicious. The pancakes were fantastic. Great service too.

One of the best pancakes you can ever have. We had the blueberry pancakes and Pancake Royale (royale sauce with banana) with veg omelette. All were delicious and we would recommend. The service is top-notch and even during busy time, they checked time to time for any assistance.

My Boo has eaten breakfast here every time he's been in Gatlinburg. It reminds me of a country store type restaurant, minus the items hanging from the ceiling and walls for sale. Not a fancy place more of a homey vibe. Overall the food was good and plentiful. It was served hot, which is very important to me. A hidden jewel of a restaurant. I would eat here again.

Nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg, The Peddler Steakhouse has been a beloved dining spot since 1976. Its rustic yet refined ambiance and proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park make it a popular choice for both locals and tourists. The restaurant offers an array of delectable options including grilled beef, chicken, trout, and a robust salad bar that comes with every entree.
We made a reservation, wanted a table overlooking the water. We arrived a few minutes early and they seated us right away. Our waitress had just seated a table of 16 people and we thought I we'd have to wait a while but she was in to of her game. She had the large group plus 4 smaller tables and never missed a beat and still had time to chat. Rare find these days. Ordered an Old Fashion (good choice). Hubby had the salad bar and said it was the largest and one if the best he's ever had. Had the ribeye with a side if fried. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. Fries were typical steak fries. Our waitress visited several times and did not let the large group take away from her other customers. Loved the atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back.

We came here for a nice date night, and it did not disappoint! We got a filet mignon with a baked potato and a New York strip with steak fries. Both were cooked to perfection. We also got dessert and devoured it in minutes 😂 Our servers were super sweet and did an amazing job. I would say the only disappointment was they don’t have mashed potatoes on their menu, I made my own out of the baked potato so it was ok.

Been coming to Gatlinburg since 2013 every single year have never tried the Peddlers steakhouse before. Not quite sure how this has happened but wow…… Reservations are strongly recommended. We reserved a few weeks back and got a window seat Creekside within the first 10 minutes of being there a black bear came down and walked the creek as seen in the photos in the short video. The salad bar was very heavily variety. I can honestly say that the smoked oysters and anchovies were the freshest I’ve ever had anywhere. The waitress and the staff was very friendly everything including the staff was very clean and in order and organized. The bathrooms are so clean you could eat in them. I ordered a 12 ounce ribeye medium, and the Wife ordered a 14 ounce New York strip medium. Let me tell you and all the reviews I’ve ever done which is very quite extensive over 10 states and probably 150 different restaurants or steakhouses. These are by far the best steaks I have ever eaten. If Gordon Ramsay was eating at the peddler, he would clap. This is a true gem and I cannot wait till next year to come back and revisit it again. PS I am trying to get reservations again before we leave. Fingers crossed. Bravo to the management and staff of the Pedaler truly, this was the most favorite restaurant in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area.

We spent the later half of the week in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and were so excited to eat at the Peddler before heading back home! We LOVED every part of our meal here. The salad bar was amazing and had so many choices! I overfilled my salad a couple times, but it’s hard not to when you like so many of the toppings offered! The 12 ounce ribeye was the best steak I’ve ever had! It was cooked perfectly and had such good flavor! Every one in my family absolutely loved their meals as well. Service was amazing and super attentive! We loved watching how quickly the staff bussed empty tables in order to have a smooth turn-over for people waiting to be seated. Beautiful scenery too! We will definitely make this our “go-to” place the next time we visit the area! 😁

Just wow!! From the service to our food! Our steaks were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Not overly seasoned so you can actually taste the meat. The salad bar was great, even close to closing time. The fired green beans were also great. Our new go to place while in town.

My husband and I made reservations about 3 weeks in advance and were extremely excited about The Peddler Steakhouse. They did not disappoint! The atmosphere 👌"chefs kiss". We reserved a late night table seated by the riverside which was lit up. During dinner we saw bears walking along the river and it was so cool. The steak was phenomenal!!! I definetly recommend getting reservations though, it was busy. Don't skip dessert!!!
Jessica W — Google review
We were extremely fortunate we got one of the last unreserved tables for the 5 pm opening, so definitely call and make a reservation because it is worth eating here. The food is delicious. They bring the steak to the table and you select the style and size you are interested in. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The shrimp was amazing. The meal does come with a salad bar and you will not go away hungry. They do offer the salad bar as a separate item, it is a standard one with your vegetables, toppings and salad options not one that is more buffet style with meats. The staff is amazing.

WARNING! PLEASE READ: Stayed at this location on 1/23 & 1/24 for a business conference i was attending at the next door casino. On the first night I didn't get to the room until late. When I went to bed, I pulled back the covers to find several large stains on the sheets (see photos). Ended up not sleeping in the room that night due to the dirty bed sheets. Next morning I address it to the front desk, who is apologetic, offers to change rooms, but eventually decides to just have housekeeper to go clean my room. She tells me I'll have to speak with manager about a partial refund, and they wouldn't be in until that evening. So I come back to front desk that evening to speak with manager and let them know what i found, who immediately goes full defense mode and claims that my bedsheets weren't dirty and that there was no problem and I was making up the issue. Even when I showed him the pictures, he denied it saying that he had the bedsheet from my room. He goes into the back and brings out a sheet and shakes it at my saying "see it's clean" and I take it and within a few seconds I locate a very visible bodily fluid stain the size of my hand, and he denies it as a stain and says that they hire a third party to clean the sheets and that despite the stain, the sheet is clean. He then proceeds to tell me (before I even mentioned anything about it) that they would not do any type of refund and that they had changed the sheets on my bed and that the problem was resolved and that if I didn't like it to go get a room at the casino at 3x the cost. I told them that just because the casino charges 3x the cost for a room doesn't mean that they should be screwing over customers and not cleaning rooms and that the expectation of sanitary bedsheets is a reasonable expectation. Now I travel for work, have stayed in 5 star hotels and have stayed in $30 roach infested hotels. I can say with certainty that the $30 hotels i have stayed in took better care of keeping clean beds than the $95/night i paid at this dump. It wasn't even that big of a deal to me, I just wanted to let them know that somebody forgot to clean the room and ask for a partial refund/travel credit since I didn't even get use of the room (and has been a non issue the few times this has happened at other hotels) but these leeches just vehemently deny any wrongdoing and try to bully you into compliance because the other closely hotels costs me. Trust me, you'll be much happier at one of the other, nicer, establishments close by. I will be contacting Wyndham and the local health department about this issue.

Horrible experience. There were 3 people at the desk when we arrived. The woman was the only one who was nice and had any sense of customer service. The younger guy at the desk and what I assume was the owner were both extremely rude and unhelpful when your reservation was booked incorrectly as a smoking room. We needed up booking a room at another hotel. Would not recommend.
Megan B — Google review
Room smelled of smoke, burn hole in bedspread, air conditioner didn't work very well, outside trash was overflowing, wasn't emptied the 3 days we stayed, wasn't very clean inside and out. Owner/manager wasn't friendly and very rude when you complained. Continental breakfast consisted of fruit loops and waffles. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I really liked how it was an exclusive experience, we were the only ones in the spa at the time. They gave great explanations and made us feel very comfortable! Hot stones are a MUST. We also did a facial and we were very impressed by the ingredients used. Addie and Kendyl were very talented and knowledgeable at what they were doing, and happily answered any questions. The building was clean and well kept, with amenities provided. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, we will be back!

My boyfriend and I just had a wonderful couples massage experience there. It was our first time experiencing a massage with hot stones and it was so relaxing. Both of the massage therapists were very professional and friendly. I’ve never had a massage with such great deep pressure that wasn’t too much. We also had a 30 minute facial after it that was very nice. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We both had a wonderful experience! 😊

My wife and I got a couples massage here today and it was absolutely AMAZING! Sarah and Robin were fantastic and very very good at what they do. They focused on our problem areas and we left there feeling so relaxed and taken care of. We will definitely be coming back in the future! We would give them 100 stars if possible.!!!!! V

My new husband and I got a couples massage on our honeymoon in Gatlingburg. It was his first time ever getting a massage and the massage therapists were extremely nice, informative, and talented. I was so relaxed I even fell asleep multiple times. Scheduling was easy and the price was very reasonable for similar services in the area.

We had the Couples Fox Place Experience and it was incredible! The spa was so quaint and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Every part of the service—dry brushing, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, and facial—was perfectly executed and left us completely relaxed. A truly rejuvenating experience. We will definitely be back!

We knew we wanted a couples massage during our vacation, so I called 4 places beforehand to make an appointment. Fox Salon and Spa was the first to call back. After chatting with them about what we were looking for (swedish for husband and prenatal for me) I was able to schedule online through their website. Brooke and Addie were simply wonderful!!! They hit all the target areas and we felt so relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend making a stop here during your vacation!!

I could say so many things about how great my experience was here. My gf ended up booking here for my 30th birthday. To say my experience was anything short of amazing would be a lie. I enjoyed every moment of the full body massage and facials that we received. I also left my birthday necklace that was a birthday gift at the spa. They literally mailed it to me the next day since we had to leave early. I will definitely be returning. They deserve all the business in the world. Thank y'all so much . Y'all made my first massage ever a success.

Guests can enjoy the serene surroundings and indulge in relaxing massages or other treatments. Whether it's a romantic getaway or simply seeking relaxation, the spa offers top-notch services to ensure a rejuvenating experience.
This massage here at Serenity Spa is one of if not the best massage experiences I have ever had. The ambience is very calming and relaxing with electronic tea lights, dim lighting, and tranquil music along with refreshments. Staff are very professional and friendly. We had the couples massage with the Himalayan hot stones as an add on. Our masseuses were Leigha and Heather and they both had soft hands along with refined technique. Also, the spa is equipped with more advanced equipment including a heated massage table. Our masseuses asked for our preferences (including level of clothing) on the massages and followed it without judgment. The couples massage is comprehensive, covering us from head (scalp too!) to the feet and everything in between (except abdominal which I specifically requested to avoid but it doesn’t seem like they do that anyways). The cost is a little steep especially once you factor in taxes, but if you want a massage on your trip here, this experience will not disappoint and may even exceed your expectations!

We absolutely loved our couples massage! We had never had a massage before but wanted to try on our honeymoon in Gatlinburg! The prices were expensive but comparable to every spa around. Amber and Emily were very helpful and made sure to make us comfortable for our first massage! The spa was beautiful and very relaxing! We enjoyed the heated massage tables, lemon water, dark atmosphere, and relaxing music!

My husband surprised my mother, 5 year old daughter, and I with a spa day. He scheduled us for manicures. Amber did all three of them. This is genuinely the best manicure I’ve ever had. She took her time and it was worth it. All three of our manicures are perfect. She made my daughter’s first manicure one to remember for sure! Thank you Amber! If we come back, we will definitely book again with her.

Heather and Kora were amazing. Heather did my deep tissue massage and worked out so many sore spots I did not know I had. It felt so good. Kora did my facial/massage. It was amazing and made my skin feel so soft. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I decided we wanted to get a couples massage the first day of our honeymoon. We called all around and Serenity Spa got us in immediately. We loved the Himalayan hot stones, serenity treatment, and aromatherapy. We also loved that the beds moved for more comfort. Heather and Chelsea did an amazing job.

My sister, sister in law and I came here together on our big family vacation the other week and had a great experience. I believe we all worked with Emily and Heather, both of whom were friendly, personable and did fantastic work. I wish the salon was a little lighter though, it feels so disconnected inside. I remember before the remodel from the fires a few years back, it was all very light tones and wood / faux wood interior. Now it’s all white walls/counters and low lighting. It just feels cold, not warm and welcoming anymore. However, I do enjoy the massage tables and how they lift/lower in 2 places instead of using bolsters. The watermelon water after the services was also a refreshing experience.

No hot tub no swimming pool working the entire time we were there. They would send someone out to fix things and they leave without fixing them. We were in the bear bliss cabin. Zero out of ten in my opinion. Will never rent from fun zone again! No blankets for the extra couch beds. No working lights in the pool or hot tub area. Some were flickering inside the pool area which is dangerous. Lights in hot tub not working yet they were very hot if your feet touched them.

Haven't even stayed yet and this is outrageous all those fees. Just one night we wanted to stay and it went from 83 a night to 460 with all the fees ect. That Is false advertising to me really. That is just robbery honestly. Maybe some people can afford that amd are ok with that as im.sure they are amd they sell alot but that's just horrible. Some ppl just want a night away on a budget this is not the way to go for that. I wont be booking here that's for sure. No thank you. AND THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS YEA NOPE 🙅‍♀️ READ THE REVIEWS GUYS BEFORE SPENDING ALL YOUT HARD EARNED MONEY U SAVED TO STAY.

By far the worst place I've ever stayed. In bear bliss cabin for 2 miserable days. Upon arriving we find drugs, food, and ashes everywhere on the porch. Light as you walk in flickering like a strobe light. No working pool, no working hot tub. The pool lights making noise and flickering inside the pool, the pool was so cold and a layer of scum on the top that no one could even use it. First day into half of the second day we had no working hot tub at all. Angie the so called host sends out a so called maintenance lady that caused even more screw ups than she fixed anything. After she left, still no pool, no lights at all on the back porch, the pool room or in the hot tub. We attempted to get in the hot tub because it had finally gotten warm. But to our surprise, the round metal piece at the bottom that is holding the wires in and keeping you safe was now overheating and burning my guest. We found the cabin to be in filthy condition. Black mold on shower curtains, the coffee pot was gross, the porches had mold, and holes through the wood. The fan in the upper bedroom is actually going across the top bunk bed and when my sister tried to sit up from the top bunk, the ceiling fan hit her in the head due to it overlapping the bed. Open outlets in the upper room. Some of the arcade games did not work correctly. They are all plugged into the wrong outlet and when you turn them off they crack and pop really loud. Food and dirtiness throughout the furniture. No blankets for any guest that was not in an actual bedroom. Growing 3d mold on the pillows, sheets on some beds had hair and pee stains on the mattress covers. Broken sink, toilet paper holder and towel rack in the upstairs bathroom. We found cockroach in the cabin, and they were not a tree roach either. It was a house roach. After reporting the drugs found on the back porch, I immediately reached out to Angie the host. She sends out her cleaning services. Only for a lady and a very young child to show up with the very young child holding a garden rake and telling us that she (the very young, maybe 10 year old girl) was there to clean up the drugs. Of course I was not going to allow that to happen, so I had to politely tell her we had already taken care of it. They leave. Of course the cabin did need cleaned in the worst way, but not by a 10 year old child. Especially sending her to clean up drugs. After all was reported to Angie, she was only willing to give me back a small piece of what I paid for this very expensive cabin. She couldn't care less about how absolutely disgusting the cabin was, nor the roaches we found, nor the drugs or the child there to clean them up. Even the theater seats were sticky and no batteries in half the remotes in the cabin. Luckily we had brought some for our flashlights and breathing machine. This is the absolute worst cabin I've ever rented. After leaving I'm now covered in a horrible rash from God knows what there. I'm still grossed out and have taken multiple showers to assure the dirtiness from there is completely gone. STAY AWAY FROM BEAR BLISS!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE NOT A VACATION. A big thanks to VRBO though for doing there best to make this right, seeing how Angie the "host" just wants your money. Oh and the only time Angie would respond back to me at the beginning was when she thought she could get more money out of me. Even when I had to call her on the phone, she was always coughing and so much noise going on in the background that I could barely hear her. Very unprofessional all the way around. And she tried to lie about what things were being reported and she caught herself up in her own lies. Thank God for screen shots and witnesses. BEAR BLISS CABIN IS DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR YOUR PUTTING YOUR HEALTH AT RISK. IT'S A NIGHTMARE NOT A VACATION. THE HOST IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT.

I rented a cabin 1 year ahead of my vacation, which was supposed to start the day after Christmas. My family and I get into town, and have an hour before check in. We stop to grab lunch, while I was walking into the restaurant, I get a phone call that we would not be able to make it to the cabin. I asked what was I supposed to do for lodging. She said to find a hotel. We went to a hotel and got 2 rooms. They had an indoor heated pool, kitchenette, and it was nice. The next morning I worked with the hotel to reserve another night because I wasn’t sure what was going on with the cabin. The lady promised me that she would get us in the cabin that day. If I canceled, they were not going to refund me…even though it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get to the cabin. She gave me a myriad of excuses on why I couldn’t get to the cabin. I contacted them all day to try and get there. She kept promising me I would be able to get in by 4. While I’m at Publix loading up food, she texts me that she can’t get a call through. My call wouldn’t go through either. The signal was clogged because there were one million people that had ascended into the mountains. She texts me that we won’t be able to go to the cabin. My heart is crushed and we’d lost the hotel room. They should have been considerate and allowed me to stay at the hotel, even offered to pay for it since I had already paid them, and let me try to recoup some vacation. Instead they were selfish and completely RUINED our vacation!! I had 7 people with me and that size group is not easy to accommodate on the fly. Their customer service is poor and their professionalism leaves much to be desired. I understand that issues can arise. They should have policies in place for when that happens. They should have a relationship with a good hotel that has their CC on file that they make sure no family ends up without lodging in the mountains in winter. They should not trap guests by non-refunding threats when it isn’t the guests fault they can’t access the cabins. They did refund me for the stay, however the cost of the trip superseded what I had paid because we had to find last minute accommodations for 7 people. We ended up eating out every meal instead of being able to cook. My kids were absolutely miserable with having to pack and unpack. What was meant to be a relaxing family vacation turned into a National Lampoon’s Vacation from Hell.

Rented from fun zone cabins. Had a wonderful time. Rented the cabin,Bear Bliss. Only a couple of the games worked. Which was the reason we rented the cabin, was for the games. The cabin needs a good cleaning. Fans very dusty, and just needs a good deep clean. The on site pool, I believe the heater isn't working well. As the Temp was not at 80, as they said it was supposed to be.overall a great get away. Very private place.

Absolutely amazing view. Very clean, indoor pool, game room, hot tub on the deck you can enjoy the view and I feel the same 🥰!! 4 beds Plus the sofas on each floor pulls out. They also had a clubhouse you could walk to. overall the entire experience was wonderful.

I DO NOT recommend staying at these cabins. We drove 11 hours and checked in after 9 pm. Our cabin was not clean upon arrival therefore I had to purchase cleaning products myself to clean the cabin. I called customer support the next day to ask for a partial refund and was only offered a refund for the cleaning service. I also put in a request for the cleaning staff to still come out to clean the floors and hot tub. I was informed that someone would call me when they were coming out but I never received a call and no one showed up to clean.

Nestled in the scenic Smoky Mountains, River's Edge Treehouse Resort offers a unique camping experience with eco-friendly treehouses for overnight stays. Located by the picturesque Cheoah River near Robbinsville, North Carolina, the resort provides cozy cabins with forest-view decks and a riverside fire pit. Each treehouse features amenities like memory foam king beds, satellite TVs, and modern appliances. Guests appreciate the charming vibe and covered parking while some note road noise from nearby traffic.
We spent our anniversary here and loved it. Very charming and peaceful. We stayed in unit 1 for two nights; unfortunately due to rain we weren't able to fully enjoy the property. We went sight seeing late Friday and was pleasantly surprised when we returned to have the room tidied up. The treehouse was very clean and there were lots of little details that were much appreciated. We also encountered a fox pulling into the property Friday night. We can't wait to stay again.

This is a very nice getaway if you're looking for a more quiet stay while visiting the smoky mountains. I looked at some other reviews complaining about checkout time, the views, and other things that are completely within the customers realm to figure out themselves. 11 am checkout is way more than enough. Each treehouse has pictures and unique descriptions about its build. With that being said, the ammendities provided are definitely considered a great service from my end. Room service was always keeping my trash empty and the lady was nice. Couldn't ask for a better location, most of the best scenic spots are within a 15 - 40 minute drive. Only reason for my 4 star is because of the price. I do agree with another review, I just dont see the value of the nightly fee in all of the above. I could see anything under maybe $200, but nothing more than that. Also, my fault for not calling or doing more research, but for a 2wd, the unpaved and somewhat steep entrance can be a bit tricky at first, but started to nail it after the first few days. If you want some more private time and a more natural experience, I would definitely go here rather than your average hotel.

The perfect place to wind down after a few frenetic runs on the Tail of the Dragon - far cheaper than resorts closer to the Tail. Blissfully peaceful and right in the woods. It was really clean, well-kept, and had all mod cons, including strong wif-fi. The complimentary coffee was also great. I booked just an hour before I arrived, and apart from a slightly delayed door code e-mail, my stay went without a hitch. There is no one on site, but the owner's telephone number was answered promptly. Very glad I rode the couple of extra miles south from the Tail.

I absolutely loved staying here! I loved the secluded and charming feel of the treehouse and the property in general. The string lights around the deck and fire pit area added such a magical touch! It was furnished with everything we needed. I love that there was coffee provided in our room. Check in and out was easy and fast. We also loved that there was covered parking under our treehouse along with towels for wiping it down.

We stayed in the White Pine & absolutely loved it! Super cozy. Room service daily (which surprised us!); secluded and perfect for a marriage getaway! My husband especially loved that he had a place to park his car our of the elements AND they provided car washing supplies! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
Carol A — Google review
We had a wonderful stay! The cabins were beautiful, clean, and well thought out — complete with a comfortable bed, microwave, mini fridge, and gas grill (with utensils included, which made things so easy). The grounds were well maintained, and even though the cabins were relatively close together, we never heard a neighbor. It truly felt like a peaceful escape. We couldn’t see the “real world” from our cabin, but if we needed any convenience items, they were just a short drive away. While you can faintly hear traffic outside, it was completely silent once we were inside. Whether you’re looking to unplug and reconnect with nature or prefer to stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable, this place offers the best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

AMAZING VALUE!!! Why get a hotel when you can get a treehouse! All the amenities, but extremely quiet and private. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just went on a week long road trip with a different hotel every night and this was our favorite, and not even close to the most expensive.

While some are nestled in the woods, others are conveniently located near downtown. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the mountains and appreciate the tranquility away from city life. However, it's important to be cautious as bears may roam around, so locking doors is advised.
My friends and I rented one of these cabins for the weekend recently, we all had a great time. Do make sure to lock your doors there are bears and they can open handles of vehicles.

This was a very beautiful cabin with some really great views, and pretty close to town and the tourist attractions around. I hate to subtract stars from the rating of this very beautiful cabin, but when we arrived there was trash piled high in and all around the trash cans outside, they're lucky one of the bears we saw wandering around didn't get ahold of it. There was dog hair covering everything inside. My wife went to take a bath in the upstairs jacuzzi tub and roughly half way full and water started pouring out of the ceiling in the bedroom on the floor below. And as far as cookware, there was only 1 very small pan to cook in, it took them 2 days to bring us pans, by then we had went in town and got our own. Plates, cups and silverware was all there, just no pans.
