Beer is awesome food tasty. Heavy metal music all the way which is a bit too much but it’s a short trip so I don’t mind much.

Micro brewery. Have a couple bars and this is the most famous one. A lot of good beers. A must if you're interested in beer. Difficult to get a table, but you can have the beer outside as well. Beer cost aprox 6 €

Loved the beer here. I had a doppelbock and a stout and they were great. The place was quite crowded when we arrived with what seemed like a local crowd. Though we're are visitors and speak very little italian, our server was very friendly and helpful and explained the beers and menu in English. We ordered food and it was delicious and reasonably priced. I particularly liked my wife's veggie burger. It came on a striking black bun. I would be a regular there if I lived in Milan.

Nice craft beer spot. Plenty of beers on tap with a good range. I stuck mostly to pale ales. Food was ok, the burger nothing special compared to other places I went too. Good pitstop for any beer lovers.

The selection of exotic beers for the lambic or geueze aficionado is world class. An incredible selection of high quality are hard to find offerings. A premium price but exceptional beer. The food is great though the burgers could use a more generous helping of sauce and cheese. Overall, highly recommended. Lovely staff.

Good selection of beers. We were made to feel most welcome even though our Italian was limited. We ate here twice, first time we had the mixed meats and meat balls, the second time we both had burgers. I had the Cuban smoked one, probably one of the tastiest burgers I have had. (If you really don't like pink in the middle beef ask for it to be well done).

Lambiczoon is home to the best sour beers and hamburgers in Milano. Now owned by Adriana and Manuel, Lambiczoon continues to be my favorite pub in town. I am eternally grateful to Lambiczoon for getting me into the exciting gueuze beer category.

What a delightful experience in Milan! This bar/pub is run by incredibly friendly staff who will help you pick if your drink if you are foreigners like us. We are from Wales and are visiting for the week. Such a fun place with loads of characters and free snacks and nibbles with drinks! A truly unforgettable experience! Grazie for being so hospitable!

Burgers are original are very good, with high quality meats. The choice of draft beers is very interesting, oriented on lambics of course, but not strictly, and waiters are always ready with suggestions. Very enjoyable music. The only negative note is about tiny spaces. The pork chips must be tried at least once!

Birrifico was great. The staff spoke English. The venue was very clean. They had a nice selection of beers. I tried the asteroid IPA. Dinner could be ordered after 6: 15 p.m. The laboratory was clean as well. Grazie de mille!

Came back to Milan from a 6 day trek in Aosta valley, we had a great experinece here! There was a jam-session of blues music when we arrived, and the atmosphere was so nice. Great selection of beers and whiskies, the burger was very good, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will definetly come back next time we are in Milan.

Nice pub with a variety of craft beers close to the central station. They also offer some food but that’s more a snack than a meal. Friendly staff. A little bit overpriced but still okay. It gets really crowded on the weekends.

Fantastic selection of beer. A DJ rocking beats makes this place really fun. It's very crowded but there is a reason places get crowded. It is well worth waiting for a table. Grab a drink at the cash register while you wait for a table to open up.

Little Milan magic ✨ I called Birrificio Italiano to ask if they could surprise my sister on her birthday while she was there having a Negroni and a bite. They went above and beyond — a cake, a candle, pure kindness. No exchange, just heart. True Italian warmth. 🤍🇮🇹

A great place for beer close to centrale and viale Brianza. This place had a great selection of draft beer and short eats perfect for business aperitivo. Remember to book a table incase you want to be seated inside during winter and outside during summer. It is a bit above the average beer places around the area in terms of prices and experience. You need to order short eats and are not complementary.

Almost died from poisoning. Went into a bar, had a few pints of beer and ordered fish & chips. Couldn't sleep all night, started shaking by morning. Ended up spending the whole day with a fever, constant nausea and vomiting - felt like I wouldn't make it. Most likely it was the fish - it tasted really bad and smelled a bit weird. I do not recommend this place. Service was mediocre, they left me outside for 30 minutes and didn’t take my order. The beer was okay.

A great place for beer and burger, the joint is located in a nice locality close to Navigli. The choices of beer were great and the starters. Special mention on the fried zola with fries was awesome. You can order directly from your table using the QR code on the table. They show football matches in case you are interested.

Watched an Arsenal football match here. They were very accommodating to find it on tv & put it on one of their projector screens. Definitely a football bar. No frills, good beer selection, decent food.

In my experience, we ordered 7 hamburgers, but two of them came very late despite we ordered all of them at the same moment. So we had to wait for all. Anyways, hamburgers and beers were delicious. The staff was a bit unorganized. The portions of beers could be a bit more.

The Baladin beer needs no introduction, it is perhaps the most famous Italian craft beer and this is their pub in Milan. The place is beautiful and welcoming, for the most part it develops in the tavern, which however is well cared for. The beers are known, crafted but also a little too popular at the moment, however the styles are obviously well defined, excellent hops, all balanced. Always a pleasure get a short tasting. The place also offers good cuisine. In Milan, this place could not be missing.

Very good quality beer served in wine-ish glasses. Prices are a little steep for the quantity you get served from tap (tall wine glass - not pints) but the quality of the locally made craft beer makes up for it. The atmosphere is between cozy, hipster and slightly posh - the staff was friendly.

The Burger was good, but... the service is incredible slow

I travel around Europe a lot for work. I am pretty accustomed to feeling out of place in bars, usually because I'm in a place where I don't speak the language. Therefore it's rare to find a place like Baladin where I am made to immediately feel at home. The staff was genuine and caring. The beers were excellent and the food perfect. I am happy to know such a place is waiting for me on my next trip to Milan.

Two important things to consider this place. First, good craft beer starting at 4.5 euros, one of the cheapest places around Milano to have some. Italy-brewed beer is the main focus. Secondly, do not eat food there. The food is quite expensive, we ate an hamburger for 10e, without anything else as side-dish. Not bread, not frites. If you want to have some beers, this is the place, if you want to eat, this is not the place. The hamburger itself was good, all said.

Nice and cozy place, staff was very friendly and beer was not expensive. I recommend the Garden beer if you like Guinness. You should be able to find a free table even at late Saturday night. Went there with a group of 4 people and it was great.

The atmosphere was out of the world! People were really friendly and staff was amazing. I tasted two of their beers and actually amazed. But i wouldnt recommend the burger, the meat taste different and the texture was odd. If you are nearby it would be a mistake not to go.

It's a very happening place especially on the weekends. They usually offer beers at discounted prices like 3-4€ on Wednesdays. Perfect for a group of friends or family; expect electrifying crowd cheers and boos during football matches because inside there's a huge TV for people to watch the sport. Inside is pretty spacious and airy. Doesn't feel gested like other bars in Milan.

Cool atmosphere. They play rock music continuously. The couple the own the place both work there. The service is very good for a busy bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful for customers like me, who don't speak italian. The prices are super reasonable and they have a huge selection of beers and coctels available. I was in the area for business and went back each day that I was there. I definitely recommend this bar if you like beer, sports and bar food(food is very good for bar fare).

It was a good experience. Place is always crowded. They have a different kinds of craft beers. Staffs a quiet nice. Plenty tables both inside and outside. They also have a food to eat and snacks to eat while drinking beer. The one thing bad in this place is the rest room. It’s very dirty and smells bad. They don’t have a separate rest rooms for men and women let’s say it’s public restroom.

(Dec 2013) I’ve just settled in! Wonderful beer cafe with ambiance to die for. 11 taps including one handpump. All craft. Generous servings of aperitivo at 7pm. Beer pricing as per the Milano market. Appear happy to serve samples and plenty of 500ml pour options. I might need to check the emotions in the cold hard light of day but this place is top shelf, at least for Italy, and perhaps only topped by the Football Pub in Rome.

Funky pub. Mostly young people but also families with kids. Excellent selection of tap beer mostly from local breweries. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere

Great range of excellent beers plus the usual suspects along with tasty food to snack on. Far, far better value than many of the 'smart' bars in Milan, cocktails €7 and good beer around €6 for approx a pint. Superb bar, lovely staff.! Great place to relax.

They had 10 taps and 1 cask when I was there. All taps were from local brewery, Birrificio Lambrate, based in Milano. Lots of locals when we were there. Staff were friendly, efficient and could speak English. Not a problem for non-Italian speaking tourists. Just simply order your drinks at the bar. Can pay by card. Had an enjoyable session with their delicious beers. IPAs were good. For craft beer enthusiasts, definitely recommended to drop by after a day of shopping! They serve food as well, so dinner and drinks will work too. Will be sure to drop by again next time I'm in Milano. Salute!

It is a good beer place in this zone. They have some tables also outside. Their panino with roast beef is delicious. I recommend it.

A great place for an aperitivo in Isola, the beer and the shorts eats are awesome. Although they did not have all the beers the options which were there were already quite good. Definitely recommended.

This little pub in the "Isola" area is a place where I like to pass for 1 2 beers, a sandwich and a chat with the nice stuff. The beers are excellent, I must admit, the surprising thing is that the brewing styles are not so defined, today this is a plus, so here you can drink different beers. Very nice then the tap that looks like a church organ.

Tried a few of their Brews, all really tasty. Hibiscus Beer (Pictured) a nice change. Staff super friendly. An all round worthwhile visit.

it was a terrible experience. i booked for a big group so they put us in a different room that was not well maintained (there were flies in the room). the worst part was that they overcharged us more than 100€ in the end just because they did not keep track of what people paid as they were leaving. the food was average, there are many other places that offer better burgers, panino etc at the same price. also the service was slow, they took forever to bring the beers. overall we left angry and dissatisfied and the mood was completely ruined. i will never visit this place again and i recommend that people choose another brewery.

Extensive list of craft beers in fairly basic, 'industrial-style' surroundings. Quite a trek out from the centre, so recommend use of public transport to visit!! Didn't sample the food, so can't comment other than to say reasonable list of 'pub-style' dishes on offer.

I have visited on two separate occasions separated by 2 years, and the pub has always been good. Music, drinks, and some of the staff are proficient in English. A good place to go to stay up late with friends.

Cosy craft-beer cafe with compact changing range of their own beers, plus some basic food. Very friendly staff. Hard to pass by without stopping! Excellent beer well served. Great beer (and other drinks), good music, the location was just near our Airbnb so we were almost every evening there. It was always full, always fun, always a lot to laugh - nice just to relax after a long day and enjoy the local atmosphere!

We visitors this bar late afternoon for a break from the heat. The inside was cool and reminded us of our local brewery back home. The selection of drinks was pretty wide and we had no issues selecting g something to try. Staff were friendly and helpful and the toilet was clean.

Place is in the Navigli where good turistic place. Close to metro station.It is the good place to taste different beers. There are lots of beer type you can choose. There is no sitting place. You can take your beer and drink near the water side by walking. Price are around 5-6€ per beer. You can try when visit Navigli.

A perfect place for having a local, high quality beer

Hidden away place not far from the main rail station with a big range of beers (mainly from the one brewery) and a fridge with more cans from other breweries. The service was very good, staff knew their beer, and the beers I tried were all good. In a city which is notoriously difficult to pin down good craft beer this is a definite contender for the list!

Nice birreria to go. I recommend it. Very good hotdogs and beers. Hotdogs are served with fries which are really good. There were tables outside as well but unfortunately when we went there, there were scaffolds and working stuff which didn't let us feel comfortable and cozy.

I went here to have a Milanese beer. Since they were all from Milan, I was unsure of my choice, but the staff was friendly and helped me pick out a beer recommendation. It was a great success. Good beer🍺 and The floor is both lively and calm.

What a wonderful find in Milan. This beer bar/brewery is very small but serves up a wide selection of beer styles, all very well crafted and served with care and attention. There is table seating for probably 30-40 people as well a few seats in front of the taps. 15 or so taps allow for them to keep varied styles of beer to please all tastes. The night i was in there were people and groups dropping in for a beer as well as others enjoying the delicious hot dogs with various types of meat as well as multiple topping options. If you are looking for a nice place to get craft beer in Milan, this is a great option. You will not be disappointed with the beer or the friendly staff.

Quite a good place in terms of location, ambience and beer. I have visited their other location who h is a bit remote I Giambaleno but this one is closer to the center. The choice is food and beer is quite good. Like the experience overall.

Such an ambient bar and cocktail place to have your aperitivo and cocktails. Their snacks are interesting and tasty. Service is fast and staff is friendly. Try meatballs with tomato sauce, taste is nice and intense.

Good aperitivo place. A tad upscale but the cocktails are well made. When we went they had a special collab with a London bar and their choice of cocktails was amazing. In general, all the staff here serves with a smile and everyone is super friendly - not a given, in Milan.

Love their signature drinks especially Gin Zen, Soul Ellen (negroni), Navy Royal Old fashion, Pears For tears. Kakao is not for me but very refreshing. Rita is a fantastic bar in Milan. Creative drinks, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere near the Navigli. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and the "Instagrammable factor"

This the small bar around the corner from the main Tiki bar. Good for small bites, drinks and chat. We sat outside for a few drinks and sandwich. We were given free nibbles. The service was good but the bar menu was pretty limited. They waiter was helpful and made up a mocktail to suit our desires. It seems to be popular with locals for after-work drinks and chat. Very relaxed.

Featured online and on paper, this joint needs no introduction. The staff is amazing, the owner is a magnificent host, the vibe is awesome and the drink possibilities are infinite. An amuse bouche was kindly brough to me along with tasty and chunky olives and other snacks. A cocktail is around €10 (+€3 for a premium) and a glass of wine is around €9 for an experience you cannot miss out on. They've got a restaurant at the back of the bar and a sister Tiki Bar just around the corner from it.

I recently visited la Birreria Italiana and found their beer list to be extensive, featuring high-quality options. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitstaff were polite and welcoming. However, the food did not quite meet expectations. The supplì came with thr mozzarella almost frozen and did not resemble the images seen on their Instagram posts, and the "Orecchie di Elefante" lacked quality, with its breading falling off the meat. Despite this, the prices were reasonable. Overall, while the beer selection and ambiance were commendable, the inconsistency in food quality was a downside.

Sadly, this used to be a great place to hang out, especially in the Summer. With time I felt the overall quality of the place drop, the prices increased and the beer menu turning from an amazing range of choice to an average one at best, without the artisanal brewery beers that once were the pride of the place. Tap beer is extremely watered-down, especially the Weiss, you can even feel the difference between the taste of a small and a big pint. The food is good, however in busy time they won't allow for any removal of ingredients. The service is nothing special, I've had wrong orders almost every time I've been there lately and the "it's a busy day, sorry" only excuses you so far. Toilets are clean and even cool, design-wise. The entrance has been modified to put one more table near the counter, but it creates a narrow path used both for going in-out of the place and for the cash register, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to get through and throws any chance of social distancing out of the window, if that's your thing. I hope to see this place get back to his glorious past this summer, otherwise it will stay in my "sure, but only if there's no other choice" list.

Nice place. Gets busy so difficult to find seats inside. There is a nice big outdoor seating area though which can seat easily 100 people. They offer pints or you can have a pitcher with is like a litre of beer. They also have proper beer pong tables 6 or so of them so you and your friends can enjoy and play!

Exceptionally bad service. Not very busy during my visit and still ended up waiting 20 minutes between drinks, unacceptable for a brew pub. Ordered nachos to start and steak strips for main course, ended up getting main course without starter, later the nachos arrived with cold cheese, poor excuse for nachos lol. Got so fed up with waiting 20 minutes between drink orders I decided to order two beers at a time at at this point I was brought the check even though I was planing on staying for drinks, left very disappointed. If you come, plan on waiting quite a while for mediocre food and horrendous service, I honestly thought toddlers were managing this place, verry overrated.

Popular hangout spot for university students. Beers are average price but very bitter. Beer pong available to play. You don't come to this place for the beer but you come to just hangout and have fun with friends. Not really a place for older (35 and above) I think as I didn't see anyone that looked that age there

This place is an absolute gem! I tried both the beef and the burger, and they were beyond amazing—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The beef was tender with just the right amount of char, and the burger was bursting with taste in every single bite. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the staff—especially our server. He was not only friendly and attentive, but genuinely went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His energy and kindness turned a great meal into an outstanding experience. Fun fact: we were actually the second Saudis to ever eat here, which made the visit even more memorable. If you’re looking for incredible food and next-level service, this place is a must!

This place is a hidden gem. It is a bit of track but the food is great and also the beer, service and atmosphere are fantastic. I would highly recommend going here. I had the pulled pork and grapefruit ipa and pork belly for starters.

Nice small joint around the corner of isola area. The beer choices are good although limited. It is like a quick beer pitstop. You can buy some chips to munch with beer but not kitchen options. I think the pils is overpriced but the rest are fine.

Great Craft Beer Pub in the heart of Isola Neighborhood. A humble selection of draft beers (7-8 Tabs) and a fridge with different type of cans, reaching the habitual sortiment of crafts, like IPA, DDH, DIPAs, Stouts and Sours. The price range is totally fine, they have a terrace, cause the Pub itself is quite small, but definetly do the job to get you tipsy with fine beers. It's my second or third time going there over the years, as i don't live in Italy, but it is always a good stop. There are many snacks places nearby, wich makes the experience round.

Very surprising to find a mango-ipa in Milano! These guys had it and it was excellent. Also really nice and chatty guy behind the taps. If you appreciate good beer and not only the Porettis and Morettis all the time, you really need to go here. Also the pub seem to have some interesting pub grub all though i didn't have the chance to try it. Recommended!

I recently checked out La Ribalta in Milan and instantly fell for its cool, laid-back vibe. Excited to try their famous Ribalta burger, I dove right in. I ordered my burger cooked medium, craving that perfect pink center. When it arrived, I was excited to finally taste a legit medium-cooked patty in Milan. But man, was I let down. It was like someone forgot to sprinkle even a pinch of salt! Without seasoning, the burger fell flat and tasted bland. Even the bun was nothing to write home about. Thankfully, the saving grace was the hand-cut fries and homemade sauces—they were delicious. The very nice staff, fluent in English, was a huge plus.

It's a very brewery with a lot of different beers, we've tried two of them, both very good! The place is cute and well designed, it's fine for dinner o for a pit stop before eating! Just a suggestion, it would be nice to put in some nuts or chips for beers in happy hour! Highly suggested, I'll come back surely

What a great find in Milan! Eataly is a beautiful 4-floor food paradise, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality Italian food and drink. Everything—from the displays to the fresh products—looks and feels premium. We especially loved the top-floor restaurant, which had a great atmosphere. We ordered a few rice balls and eggplant parmigiana, and both were absolutely flavorful and perfectly prepared. For dessert, we had the pistachio gelato—super creamy and rich.! Eataly is not just a store, it’s a full experience. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just browsing, it’s a must-visit for any food lover in Milan. Highly recommend!

This place is so well-designed — modern, spacious, and super aesthetic. Walking around is actually fun. There are tons of food options, bakeries, and even a big section for gourmet goods and snacks that are perfect for gifts or souvenirs. Wine & alcohol section is next level. So many labels, and some pretty rare bottles too.

The quality of the products was excellent — really fresh and high quality. I wouldn’t say it was the most delicious one I’ve ever had, but the freshness and quality were truly outstanding. The staff were nice and professional. It’s surrounded by many other businesses, so it might not be very easy to find, but I managed to find parking easily on the street.

A good stop for grocery shopping. It's gone a wide range of fresh and dry ingredients. The best part is that, it opens as early as 8am. Good for early morning persons. Just some fresh cooking counters only open at 11.

Best place to buy Italian produce. Variety of wines by region is excellent and so are the fresh products. Also good place congratulations a lunch and they even have a vegan section

I've been here a few times and like it as a beer bar; there's always a good range of craft on tap with a very informative beer board, the staff are happy and helpful and it's just a good experience all round. The layout inside is unusual with the upper level but it's about the beer here!

Great selection of beers on Tap German pils, helles (directly from a good selection of German breweries) English bitter, Irish stout, a selection of Italian craft breweries as well (from IPA to sour) Fair prices for craft beer on tap (from 5,50 to 7 euros) Not often you can find an original Gose on tap as well. Nice atmosphere and great service, didn't have the chance to try the food yet, but they offer some pretzels and Wurstel plates. Definitely a necessary stop for beer lovers in Milan.

This urban-style pub offers an impressive selection of draft beers, extending beyond just IPAs. Last night, they featured two carefully selected Bavarian beers, including a festbier. Their burgers and oven-baked potatoes are of high quality, made with carefully chosen ingredients. For a gourmet pub, it deserves a 4.5 out of 5. Give it a try!

I’m visiting from Japan so am accustomed to good quality service and food/drinks. Just arrived after walking 15 minutes to this bar, “Tap Milano”. It’s 17:45 on a Thursday afternoon (beautiful temperature) and no customers are here yet which is just perfect. However, I’m sure this place will get a good crowd soon and that will also be great but right now I’m 100% satisfied. The guy behind the bar was friendly, polite and really helpful. I’m trying my first smoky IPA. Quite interesting. ;) thanks for this experience. Highly recommend here if you like a good craft beer selection.

Not too far from the main station, this taproom serves a wide range of beers from a single brewery, of which some are better than others but all were okay; the Xmas beer was my favourite. Staff were really good, informed and efficient, plus the "mini aperitivo" was very welcome! Overall I think there are better beer ranges in Milan but this is definitely worth a call to try a few beers if you've not been before, plus it's close to some other craft bars.

This bar definitely deserves high star rating. You can sit inside or outside. Snacks are great and reasonably priced. Toilet is adequate. Owner (or may be a manager) is fluent in English and very kind and helpful. Tried 3 different craft beer (1, 11, 13) they were all very tasty. I recommend if you like modern jazz ambient and cold beer.

The most tasty beer - number “1”. Strawberry ipa is totally something new. You must try. They have electricity outlets near tables for USB cables as well. And here you can try tartare and different kinds of tapas. Cool!

Beers are really good (it is a brewery pub). There are 12 taps which is great + fridge with cans (bunch of them different them the one on the tap). You can order a food which is really tasteful (cheese, dried beef, sandwiches and other). Staff is great and everyone is able to explain the style of beer, food or whatever in english. Tap beer is 6 EUR (some are 5) per 0.4L which is ok here.

An immense variety of brews, some seasonal, gluten free, some super light and fresh! Home produce cheeses and "affettati" served on trays with warm bread. High quality, low prices and friendly staff!

Appropriate place for researchers of other-than-lager brew styles. Kind, specific pub in terms of afmosphere. Bunch of guys came here last week and brought bowl of spaghetti; of course they offered us one plate - was a great evening back then. Totally recommendable, love these community pubs.

Great little brewery, service was fantastic. Only down side was they didn’t have one of their own Italian style beers. All the beers they did have were pretty good, definitely a stop if you’re craving a good craft beer and want to watch some hoops!

As Coloradans, we know our beers. Birrificio Milano is fantastic! We loved everything we tried, with Vola Basso, Mango Mi and La Veloce being favorites. The falafel plate was out of this world too. Friendly service, fun time. We'd love to go back.

Another pleasant beer surprise! A local brewer who really nails their craft. Both IPAs we tried were excellent. Staff were very kind to us and the lady who runs the place is an absolute riot. This had a really good vibe and was a locals hangout.

Googled “sports bar” looking for a place to watch football and saw Carlsberg Øl—sounded perfect. Carlsberg and beer in the name? Seems like a no-brainer. Turns out, it’s just an outdated “Italian” restaurant. Well, the game was already starting, so I asked if they were showing it. They turned on a TV for me, which seemed promising—until I realized they had disco music blasting at full volume. Couldn’t hear a thing from the match. Ordered a BBQ burger and a beer. The burger was way too big—600g of meat, which is just ridiculous. No BBQ sauce, and they threw on the onions I specifically told them to skip. Service was nothing special—took my order and never checked in. Left at halftime with only half my burger eaten—just couldn’t take the place anymore. 2/5—misleading name, oversized food, and definitely not a place to watch football.

Been coming here for years—one of my favorite pubs in Milan. Great beers, good food, friendly staff, and the perfect spot to eat, enjoy a couple of drinks, and watch football matches with family and friends. If I had a loyalty card, I’d probably have enough beer points to buy a Ferrari by now! 😁🍺💰🏎️

Visited while in Milan to watch the formula one, Monza race. They had the big screen and tables set up especially and we were lucky to get one of the tables not booked (was good to get there early) Ordered food and a MEGA PINT which were all good. A few Mega pints later and once the race had finished I staggered out 😂 A good place to visit and enjoyed it with the atmosphere of others also watching the race. Beer 🍺👌 food 🍕👌

Pizza's pretty good, nice dough. Service is quick. Burger is huge and filling. Burger fries are so-so. Sometimes there's a line at checkout, but overall it's a 7/10.

It was nice. The place is cozy and the food (hamburgers and tagliata, strictly for meat-lovers) is good and served in generous portions. I like the idea of the two levels, with a little sofa upstairs to wait for friends before going in the food-devoted underground. A bit noisy maybe, but I guess it’s part of the basic carnivorous experience :)

We are visiting Milan from the US and were encouraged to patronize local restaurants instead of establishments that cater to tourists. On October 15, 2025, we stopped at Carlsberg for lunch. The kind maître d’ showed us to the garden seating, and then everything deteriorated after that. The server tossed the menu at us while he was talking to another patron. He never brought us the requested water and tried to rush us out before we were finished. A manager chased after us, accusing us of not paying the bill. We expressed our dismay regarding the inferior service to the manager as well as to the server. Was it racist treatment? Absolutely. My advice, as a person of color: Go anywhere and everywhere in Milan. Extend respect and expect the same. Walk out if need be. Stand up for your dignity. Do not accept shoddy, racist treatment. Not all ugly behavior is from American visitors.

Great spot with indoor / outdoor seating in the Isola area of Milan. Looks like it was an old industrial area. We only had drinks - €5 for 500ml Menabrea and €7 for a glass of Primitivo. Friendly service.

Great bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Very lovely in the evening under the cover of the glass and leaves. Open through the afternoon which is a blessing for travellers. Great place to sit in the shade with a fantastic range of cocktails, gins, wines and beers. The food looks great and the staff were very friendly, attentive and patient with my terrible Italian. They also speak English.

Bar Frida is a secluded neighbourhood bar with homestyle food and cheap drinks. The risotto and lasagna were both good and the staff were friendly. The outdoor dining area is a big draw - cool and comfortable with a cozy feel.

Amazing tapas style bites with friendly service and a great vibe. Also has a pretty extensive wine list by the glass and their light Pilsner was such a crisp beer on a hot summer day. Skip the octopus and go for the croquettes. So good!

Authentic Italian pizza with great prices, but expect a wait Pizza e Mozzarella offers delicious, authentic Italian pizza at very affordable prices. The place is very popular and always crowded — without a reservation, it’s almost impossible to get a table. Even though we had a reservation, we still waited in line for about 40 minutes. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which is understandable given how busy the place was. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth trying if you’re in Milan, but be prepared for the wait. I’d give it a solid 4/5.

Good pizza but at what cost… it is insanely busy during the evening and the staff is extremely distracted and not attentive. What bothered us the most, is that we asked THREE different waitresses to bring us water, yet no one did for at least 20 minutes… then we had to tell to one of them again. Additionally, we heard that the restaurant is not paying much to their staff, so that is why the prices are so good… don’t know if we believe that 100%, but it’s a very probable reason.

If you’re visiting Milan & like pizza put this on your list to visit! We were lucky enough to get a table on a busy Saturday evening without a reservation. Great atmosphere, absolutely delicious food & quick friendly service. Everything ran smoothly. The place was packed & deserves to be supported. What a find ❤️

I lovvvveeee this restaurant!! I still dream about their pizza. My fiancé and I came here on our first day in Milano after our flight. We didn’t have a reservation but the gentleman host was very nice and still gave us a table right away. I’m not a big pizza person because the pizza back at home is so greasy and I have to be in the mood or craving it to want it but after I had the pizza here, I would have eaten more if I had another stomach. The prices are amazing and I also got a quart of white wine for $3euros! Even that wine was so light and crisp it went perfectly with our pizza. Also, I’m a bit lactose intolerant but felt fine with their cheese. The pizza dough was 🤌😮‍💨 so delicious and everything was just so well balanced. It was just perfect. It’s so good, we went back on our last night in Milano and even took a pizza home to eat the next morning. Even after 1 night and heating it up in the morning was glorious.

A great pizza restaurant close to navigli. Pizzas were delicious, prices were great and I really liked the atmosphere. You should make a reservation since it's very crowded on the weekends. Even if we had a reservation we waited an extra half an hour to sit which is the only downside İ can mention.

Isola della Birra is my absolute favorite place in Milan — the kind of spot you dream of coming back to again and again. They serve the best beer in the entire city, hands down. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What truly sets it apart, though, are the amazing people who run it. Their passion, kindness, and genuine hospitality make every visit feel special. Can’t wait to return — it’s one of those rare places that feels like home.

Beer lovers must try this place. Amazing top quality craft beer!!!, never tasted anything like it. A huge variety of unique Italian craft beer, and some nice food that goes with it. The stuff was really friendly and the place had a nice and quiet atmosphere. It felt like home in way. The place is perfect for people who’d like to chat over a pint of beer (or better two) without screaming over loud music (which is so hard to fide nowadays). guess Italy is not just about wine after all.

Best artisan beer selection in town. No doubt. If you're looking for best italian microbreweries beers, so jump in and check out what's on draught. Many good selected bottles too. Last but not least, they also know how to prepare good pub food. Isola worth visiting.

For all the tourists out there this is the place where you can taste the many Milan made beers. They come from local breweries and the place is cozy and neat. Very close to the Isola district where nightlife is.

I had a great week in the suite room. The location is perfect. The room is super cool; it's luxurious yet still has the classic European style. The bar was good; I met nice people. The people at the reception were very kind. Highly recommended.

My experience at Hilton Milan was not the best. Upon arrival, we parked on the ground floor. At check-in, the front-desk agent (I believe her name was Eleorena) welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. The problem began when we went to the concierge. The concierg which was a tall, bald light-skin man who sometimes wears black sunglasses ( can't recall his name ) refused our request to have our luggage brought up from the car. He lifted his head, gave us a dismissive look, and said: “Either bring the car to me, or wait two hours for the next shift. I’m not going to the ground floor to get it myself.” We understand that guests are expected to pull up to the hotel entrance; however, the manner in which this was communicated was extremely rude and disrespectful. Feeling uncomfortable, we returned to Eleorena to ask for help and reported the concierge’s behavior. She apologized, said she was aware of the man’s behavior, and offered to bring the luggage herself. Of course, we did not want a woman to carry six suitcases alone, so we accompanied her and carried the luggage ourselves. This behavior is unacceptable at an international hotel such as Hilton.

Good stay overall — friendly service and a great location. The lobby looks very impressive, though the rooms feel a bit more basic in comparison. Still a comfortable and reliable option in Milan.

The hotels and rooms are pretty old but ok, location is good next to the train station. Please be careful what they charge on your credit card as they charged more than 4x the price of the room on my credit card and have only released a small part of it. So I have to put effort into getting the money back that they took from me without my consent.

USD 520 The hotel is located in the city center, but unfortunately in an area that doesn’t feel safe at all. Rooms are extremely small, with minimal amenities, giving a very cheap impression. The Executive Lounge was dirty, and the food served was of very poor quality. While breakfast quality was good, the overall service throughout the hotel was far below expectations. Definitely not the standard you would expect from Hilton.

I stayed one night let’s start with the pros. 1. Blazing fast internet. Very good. 2. Bed is very comfortable 3. Location is close to station. For the Cons, 1. the room is old and the desk and chair isn’t quite nice. It’s very basic. The whole hotel is old. 2. The breakfast is mediocre. The food in general was just ok. 3. The front desk didn’t really impress me with customer service. Needs to improve that.

Rooms were fabulous, staff were so helpful and attentive the rooms are always clean and tidy when we would return there was nothing to complain about breakfast was fabulous. Not far from the train station would definitely stay here really friendly for families and solo travelers.

The only reason that may ever i go here is only the place which is so nice but only in autumn or spring. but even in that nice place the fassilities are so less. they could use some fans to circulate the air. but since it is all surrounded by trees, it was so hot and humid like a green house also full of mosqitos. but the main problem is the aperitivo which was really disappointing. quality and taste were awful. it was completely clear that most of the food are old. soooo salty and less quality. also the variety was so bad. many rise and pasta and potato, old salad and pizza, only one dish of meat which has been finished in 5 mins and they did not charge it. I highly NOT recommand this bar. some how staff are nice and toilet is clean. inside is also so weldecorated .

Reservation is strongly recommended! Most table was already booked. Or u can find yourself at outside with your aperitivo plate : ) or sit at the bar. Pay 15€ and eat your various/limitless aperitivo and one coctail (you prefer). I choosed mojito and was very refreshing. Aperitivos were all delicious. If you want to order something from menu you have to wait until 9pm. Stuff at the entrance was extremely welcoming (especially the young lady). Ciao! Grazie! 👊

Hidden gem in the south of Milan. Nice place to have a group gathering. I went there for a birthday, we had aperitivo together. The only disappointment is that there is no sweet treats like other aperitivo in Milan. Apart from that, the staff is nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Would definitely come back again.

During our recent visit to Fonderie Milanesi, priced at 15 euros per person, my companions and I were surprised to discover it was an open buffet. Despite our initial curiosity, none of the dishes appealed to us. However, the interior design and ambiance lived up to the photos, contributing to a cool atmosphere.

Wow! This is a classic cult Milan bistro. Delicious small dishes. Oysters absoluteöy faboulous. The entrecote was excellent and the wine tasty. The ambience is very Milanese chic. Dont miss this opportunity to look at people and be looked at.

The spot is very central and it has very kind staff. I would say it is a decent spot to drink coffee in the city center but the meals are mid and and pricy for what they are.

If you are looking for a good beer, this is the place. Specially in large groups. They have customs glasses and a very good beer selection, specially German beer like Franziskaner, Paten, etc... Food is ok but isn't the best about this place. Open until late and service is Excellent. I highly recommend it.

A very nice bar for those who love to drink beer and get really drunk. They serve beers in special XXXL glasses in strange forms. Thr best thing to do is to go there in grous of 5/6 person and more. The negative point was the bathroom, which was not absolutely clean...

Definitely not a venue for food. Pictured is what they called a Hamburger, heavily salted, no bun, no salad, the fish and chips was equally disappointing. Dishes were brought out one by one, I had my meal finished by the time the second meal arrived. We then had to ask for meal 3 and separately ask again for meal 4. We were charged for 4 drinks each even though we only had 3. Was refunded after questioning the bill. We stayed for drinks as their was a large group of us at the bar, the drinks were good and the general atmosphere of the bar was enjoyable. At one stage the lady behind the bar approached our group of 4 and asked us to keep the noise down, the bar was full at this point of the night and generally loud anyway. Would not return or recommend, only thing Irish is in the name, definitely not in the hospitality or the food. ***Edit to reply to the below*** I was in your bar on Saturday October 19th. We dealt with the woman wearing glasses. Everything I mentioned is completely true. Look at the photo of my food, the photo does not lie.

This pub is amazing, best Irish pub I ever visited in all Italy!! The pork knuckle is fall off the bone delicious, huge, juicy, succulent, lean, & just beautiful!! The staff is very kind & knowledgeable. You’re greeted by the owner & welcomed by the staff, there are no strangers here. They are all very knowledgeable about all the many whiskeys & beers they serve. Ask them to recommend a cocktail or beer & you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best places i have ever been. Great atmosphere, great food and great whisky and beers. The owners and the staff were really friendly and made you feel like home. Ardbeg embassy with big collection of nice whiskys. We really loved the place, from the 4 days we stayed at Milan we' ve been there 2 and i feel sorry for the other 2. A really nice reason to go back to Milan. PS. Don't forget to have a look downstairs in the owner's private collection of whiskys. The best i' ve ever seen.

Disappointing Experience at Mulligan’s Bar I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my recent visit to Mulligan’s Bar was truly disappointing. I ordered the fish and chips and some chicken and honestly, everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The battered fish was soggy and greasy — not the crispy, golden texture you’d expect. The fries were equally limp and flavorless, clearly not freshly made. As for the chicken, they tasted stale, like they had been reheated from the day before (or worse). I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially of Irish heritage this was overall a poor experience

Not so many locations in Milan can offer you Kilkenny))). In reality a very nice pub with good Stout's and side dishes! I would recommend it!

The first thing that amazed me about this place was the retro style and friendliness of the very youthful staff that make you feel at home. Great place to drink craft beer and many varieties served in a mug made of terracotta. Really great food and absolutely I absolutely recommend trying the sandwich with chianina tartar, very large and tasty at an affordable price!!!!

Had a drink a Saturday night while visiting Milan. They have a wide range of craft beers (about 10 to 12) with amber, IPAs, blanche from different countries. The beers were nice and served in pottery cups. The menu gives details on all beers particularities. The price are 6€ (0.4L) for any kind of beer and 12 for a liter.

The place is cute, the personnel too. If you want to eat take a sandwich. We ate gulasch and ribs, but they were uneatable: ribs were raw, boiled, salty, maybe bad cooked in a microwave. We asked to cook more the ribs, they did, but still the meat was raw. The meat of the gulasch was not good, too fat.

I loved the atmosphere and the pricing was reasonable. They speak english! I loved the cups in which they serve wine - I'm not a connoisseur though - as they were fun to drink from. They close rather early though.

Really crowded at lunch and the service is not so fast. Burgers are good and there are also daily dishes that are good too. If you like beer this is a place to be.

Great selection of craft beers from around the world, including Northern monk :) Over 20 on tap including many on hand pumps, no local beers when I was there though. Very friendly helpful staff who all spoke great English, service can be a bit slow at times though and they don't serve pints so order a couple.

I think there are more than 100 types of beers to try: chocolate, banana, strawberries, dark, light,... good food as well but maybe the best thing are the concerts, live gigs for which you need a reservation as they are always full! Came here on my tour of visiting different craft beer places in Milan. They have quite a good craft beer selection,although compared to other craft beer places,the prices are a bit too high. They offer aperetivo,but you would need to pay 6 € additonal. Waitress couldnt explain what you would get for that ("fingerfood" could be chips & olives too) and generally seemes like she wanted to push me into choosing instead food from the menu. Big nice video wall inside. Smells a bit weird inside (maybe from the toilet) and at least one of the two toilets didnt have a toilet seat,which for me is only acceptable at clubs or cheaper pubs.

Beautifully arranged space with designer furniture and awesome books on sale. I really loved that it's located on the first floor of the building, far from the noise of the street. Tasty coffee and awesome homemade cakes and great music. It's a pity that during the weekends you can only study in the separated area.

Pretty good co-working space. Do take note it is more catered towards working adults, so the entry price is steep if you’re a student. But the receptionist was very kind in telling me that the price drops to 10€ (19€ original) from 2pm onwards. So if you’re a student, you should take advantage of that. One coffee and free flow water. The bar prices are pretty affordable and in-line with outside prices. But the quality of the food is not that great. (I had poke bowl) Overall, if you’re a student, there are better places to study.
