Excellent quality meat — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell the chef knows how to handle good cuts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that the portion sizes, especially for the ribs, are big on the small size of the dishes. Otherwise, everything was spot on and definitely worth trying!

The steak sandwich was a little bit salty to my taste but maybe it’s just me. The ribs was great, great portion for its price. Atmosphere is superb. It’s a great place to have lunch and chill a bit. Will try the brisket next time and the steaks.

I have ordered a wagyu rip eye steak, the 3 rips, cheese fries, and steak sandwich. All are tasty and should be tried again. The lovely guy Abdullah was welcoming, he answered my call for booking and serviced my table 😍

Abdullah the guy from Kenya he is the best in the restaurant. I had a diplomatic guest with me today for lunch. Abdullah helped with food choice and offered free welcome drink and he was waiting for us by the entrance and hosted us in good shape. I was eager to try this well-known local brand, reputed for offering quality BBQ meats at a premium. Unfortunately, the initial impression fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, no one greeted or seated us, which is typically standard at higher-end establishments. We later learned from one of the friendly and apologetic waiters (an African gentleman) that the manager—who was supposed to be at the host stand—was not at his post. It made for an awkward start, especially after seeing him casually chatting with colleagues from a neighboring restaurant while we as guests stood unattended. Oddly enough, when he did eventually stop by our table and I mentioned the food was good but that there had been an earlier issue we could discuss after the meal, he showed little interest or concern. He never returned to follow up or address the matter. Such dismissiveness is disappointing, particularly at a venue positioning itself as a premium dining destination. On the bright side, the food was well-prepared and flavorful. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, the brisket tacos were tasty—although the brisket itself was slightly dry—and the brisket fries followed suit. Onion rings were delicious but a touch too oily. The mojito was excellent. The smash burger was equally fantastic. However, portions felt small considering the high price point, and the waiter assigned to our table (an Indian gentleman) seemed to be in a rush when taking our order and clearing the table, which made us feel somewhat unwelcome. At this price level, hospitality should be just as important as the food. While the dishes mostly delivered in quality, the overall guest experience did not meet the standard one would expect. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues. Guests aren’t just paying for good food—they’re paying for a memorable experience.

Had dinner at Sultan’s Steakhouse and it was a great experience. The steak was flavorful and cooked just right, and the sides like fries, vegetables, and mashed potatoes were fresh and tasty. Good experience at this nice and big restaurant. Staff were very friendly and nice. Service was fast and done greatly. Good was good and had flavor to it. We tried multiple dishes as below. Sultan’s Salad - very tasty and delicious, especially if you like the sweetness in the salad 9/10 Kifta with cheese - good and had a lot of flavor 8/10 Fillet steak - we had it as medium well so can’t judge it well - 8/10 Porterhouse steak - 4/10 Amazing service and we were given complimentary tea and dessert which were really good Pistachio ice cream dessert 10/10 - mouthwatering an delicious

Extremely delicious food and sizable portions. Nice environment and pretty good weekday lunch specials. The only negative thing is that the staff was too serviceable: hovering around our table, moving plates around every time they came to the table, and asking if everything is alright too much.

Shawarma House in Sulaymaniyah is definitely one of the best spots if you’re craving flavorful shawarma and Middle Eastern food. The food is always fresh, tasty, and served fairly quickly considering how busy it gets. That’s actually the only downside — the place is usually packed, especially during peak hours. Because of the crowd, the toilet often has a long queue, and the overall atmosphere can get a bit noisy at times. Still, the quality of the food and the variety on the menu make it worth visiting. Just be prepared for some waiting if you go during rush hours.

Not sure if this is a fair review, but we went for breakfast on a holiday and the place was absolutely packed. It was noisy, the service was very slow, and the food was just average. Maybe other branches would give a better experience. Ps. I usually home-order shawarma, gathering boxes, and fried chicken and they never disappoint 👌

I waited nearly 20 minutes for the food. It was extremely crowded and I mean extremely. No system, everyone is just screaming to each other. The food was great but nothing special. There were not even pickles inside the shawarma, just 3 slices on the side.

My family and friends traveled 9.5 km / 40min to check out this spot after seeing the reviews, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The shawarma was exceptional, boasting a juicy texture, and the avocado juice was sweetened with honey instead of sugar. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, although the wait for the food to be prepared and delivered was a bit longer than expected. The outdoor seating arrangement was fantastic. I recommend this place for shawarma lovers!

Superb. This place is very famous in Saudi Arabia especially in Riyadh. Came here and tried several items and everything was superb. The arabic shawarma plate is a must try, the broasted chicken is super delicous, crispy chicken sandwich is good. Another must try item is the Fatteh Warak Enab (vine leaves Fatteh), this dish is just Outstanding. They have plenty of options in their menu. Everything you might want to eat is available here. The service is somehow fast and the ambiance is nice.

I noticed that the price of cold drinks was unexpectedly high compared to the regular market rate, and an additional charge was added for ice cubes, which felt unreasonable. As always, serve by our Kabayans'😎 So as usual, its like we're on our own country. We enjoyed the foods though the steak is a little bit dry, but we have a lot of condiments available in the table so its not a problem. The free coffee after it is also nice😅 Im not sure about the others Xp but we had a great time to catch up here with my friends so its good.

Very disappointed , i used to like Brisket , the food was not that much , the fries are greasy and glued together , also , when you order a taco there suppose to bring with it a guac and sour cream , but no , the guac you have to order it for 6 riyals ?? And the sour cream? Will its not sour or cream , it was water with yogurt 🙂,, and the white pasta has no flavor and dry 🙂 we didn’t eat it

The truffle pasta was great but the brisket was dry and barely had any flavor. The portion size was okay for the price and we had to use plastic utensils to cut the meat.

First time trying this place. Service is perfect, food is really great, and prices are reasonable. Interior is simple, not a lot of decorations like other modern sit down restaurants. I recommend getting Sweet Potato Fries( was really surprised of the taste, I rarely enjoy sweet potato fries), Frita Burger and Lokal Shrimp. I’m giving them 4 stars because I wanted to get Rocky’s Ribs but they told me it wasn’t available. Also they only had one restroom for males

Very nice place. Smoked BBQ Burger was really nice and tasty. Buns were soft and crispy on top. Really good portion size of sweet potato fries. The Rib was really juicy moist soft and tasty. Spicy chicken burger (coal chicken) was really moist juicy and crunchy.

From Miami to Riyadh. The place is nice and quiet and not crowded. The menu is limited only 5 kind of burgers 2 chicken and 3 beef. We only tried the beef burgers and they taste normal. Nice, small menu. Food was so good. Especially the chicken burger. I don’t recommend the ribs because I’ve had better. It was a little tough. Great customer service. The blue drink (I think it was called pacific margarita) was good.

I ordered Frita Burger and Lokal shrimp as a side. Burger size is good but greasy and sweet which was not described well in the menu. Shrimp is overpriced compared to its quality, the flavor also tends more to a thick honey. Overall not really bad, but they should revisit the prices

YUMMY!! Both burgers were really tasty. The fries were on another level🤤 I don’t really recommend the chicken poppers, they are super spicy to the point you cannot sense the remaining flavors. All in all, I’d come back for sure.

The place looks great but the ventilation was a bit smoky indoors and the smell will stick to your clothing. It is a new concept where 2 restaurants are combined together. Chef's is specialized in brisket and Jazzar is a turkish restaurant. We went there to have dinner and we ordered from both places. Both are good and the service was a bit slow. Prices are slightly higher than other similar places but worth it

I visited during the National Day offer which was advertised as unlimited meat for 95 SAR. Before visiting I confirmed through WhatsApp and again with the cashier that the offer included ribs and they both assured me it did. However, when the order arrived it included a burger sandwich, appetizers, another sandwich, and only a few small pieces of brisket. Since I’m on a keto diet and don’t eat bread or fries this was disappointing. I tried to speak to the waiter but unfortunately there wasn’t much attention given. Thankfully the restaurant manager, a very professional Jordanian gentleman, handled the situation perfectly and bring brisket and kebab which I truly appreciated. The food itself was delicious and the meats were flavorful as always. I’ve visited the Jeddah branch several times before and always enjoyed the experience. I just hope future offers are communicated more clearly to avoid any confusion. Overall great food and excellent management response

In love with this restaurant! We ordered their duo box with bacon cheese fries for 160 SAR and it was outstanding!! The burgers were full to the core and the meat was very well seasoned, cooked and juicy. A bite into the burger makes you scream “ummmm”. Finding a parking is incredibly hard however, finding a table is pretty easy. They have a good amount of seating both on the ground and the first floor. Definitely will visit again.

Amazing food. Hands down some of the best beef and beef brisket burgers in the city. Tender, juicy, and flavorful. You won’t regret the price at all. Service is quick to bring your orders, so patience wasn’t an issue. An extensive menu ensures that multiple visits are required to get the full taste. Despite absolutely perfecting their food, there are some things that could improve, for example: 1.) The EPOS and ordering line, it’s two lines and they can’t extend that far. I’d even suggest switching to a menu at the table ordering system, especially since the kitchen is right in front of you, the time taken for the waiter to give the order will be quick and highly efficient. The customers will also be alleviated from standing in line, especially during crowded hours. 2.) The atmosphere. A little more effort into the architecture and design could go a long way! Perhaps playing more into the wooden, cowboy-esque aesthetic could be fun. Now all critiques aside, I must emphasize the quality, consistency, and flavor of their food as absolutely amazing. If you’re ever craving good beef, go to Chef’s.

The food is very tasty, and it has different flavors. My favorite was the honey mustard, and the sweet and spicy flavor, but all of the flavors are worth it to try that will surely come back and will recommend to my friends and colleagues. The place is aesthetically pleasing that is instagrammable, American vibes. It's somewhat overrated, with prices that are too high for the value offered. The portions are small, the burger is average, and the Philly steak is unremarkable. Overall, the cost versus what you receive is below average.

They serve great quality of Philly cheese steak, its juicy and the meat so tender. The truffle katsu taste so good, I ordered it medium, the meat so tender with amazing truffle sauce with it. I tried their rare fries too and its delicious. However, the portions are very small and thats the only bad thing about it. Its worth the visit.

I ordered wagyu burger it was delicious, and Philly cheese sandwich was normal and rare fries also normal. Totally I would say the restaurant is ok except the price was a little high.

They have nice decoration 4 tables for dine-in (due to COVID-19 purposes), the staff were not educated on gluten-free orders nor cooperative. I ordered Rare fries 2/10 double cheeseburger 5/10 and the tenderloin steak 6/10 the price was over but to be fare the stake cooked well, the stake’s entrecôte sauce was good. I wish they improve in future. The best part 👍 they refunded the amount when they asked about my review. Thank you Rare.

Orderd Rare burger, hot dog and steak fries. Steak fries is a big disappointment! Strange sour taste and meat and quality is really bad. Burger is okay nothing great. Hot dog is good however its really small and overpriced compared to the size. Similar to kids meal size. I advise the owners to look into the quality and portions.

Staff & service are amazing. Despite the tiny dining space, still feels warm and cozy. Prices are very very reasonable. However, quality can be improved especially the ribs. Other than that, I highly recommend to try it out especially burgers.

I recently visited Slow BBQ and was impressed with the quality of the meat. The brisket was absolutely on point—tender, flavorful, and clearly their specialty. The quesadilla was good, and the brisket sandwich was decent, though not as memorable as the brisket on its own. Among the sides, the fries stood out as excellent—crispy and well-seasoned. The coleslaw was fresh and enjoyable, while the mashed potatoes were just average. Since sides help complete the overall dining experience, I think there’s room for improvement there. It would also be nice to see a dessert or two added to round out the meal. That said, I’ll definitely be going back for the brisket—and I’m excited to try the short ribs next time!

Hands down one of the best barbecue restaurants in town. We’ve tried the Brisket and Ribs along with the sandwiches and all of them were well prepared and delicious. Even the fries were great. The owner’s brother was very friendly and hospitable. The place has only two tables to dine in so that’s something they can work on. Do not order from the app! We have bought meat from them in store many times and it’s always great quality. However, this evening we decided to order from the app. We ordered at 4.15pm and were given a 120 minute delivery time. 2.5 hours on, no sign of the delivery and no one is answering the phone! We have no idea what time the delivery will arrive and if it will even arrive in time for dinner!

I went in with high expectations, I was hoping to see more meat varieties (Canadian, American, New Zealand beef cuts - also grass fed vs. corn fed options) but the selection - for tenderloins - was limited to Australian corn fed. Don't get me wrong the cuts were really good but price was exaggerated at around SAR 225 per kilo!

The only place to get high quality meat in Riyadh. And it is only here you can request them to slice the meat, shabu shabu style (very thin slices for grill and steamboat). The wagyu burger is very oily, avoid it.

A very good shop for quality meat cuts including burger patties, steaks, burger and condiments. You can find some good quality of sauces and other stuff to support your grilling passion. The bakery however needs improvement.

Went there on a Friday afternoon for lunch. They recently opened so they don’t have many diners yet. Food was really good the music level was perfect where you can hear it yet you can engage in conversation with your party. Update: we went there recently and the service was really bad and slow ! Even though not so many people were there and they didn’t have many waiters and also the food came late. Their steak was good though we asked for medium well it was more like medium to medium rare. They removed the baby octopus and scallops dish which was actually tasty. Overall I’d avoid coming to visit if their service would continue like this.

The place was nice with lovely decor and the staff were friendly. We came in for lunch and ordered the bacon as appetizer and it was delicious. It’s rich and has a flavor similar to beef jerky with a nice sweet tone. It’s complemented nicely with the pickles. The margarita pizza was nice, nothing special. We ordered the bone in strip loin steak as our main course. Unfortunately as it is cut on a hot plate it cooked above the temperature we would like becoming well done when we ordered it as medium. I would suggest ordering it much less than what you expect to avoid this. Their fries were nice and the assortment of sauces were a nice addition.

Celebrity chef and chic restaurant. The service is excellent. They always serve you with pleasure. I went alone during dinner time yet the waiter still let me have a comfortable coach with 4 seater. Menu composes of western food mainly. I tried the Burke bacon..the taste is special but it is a bit stiff. The lamb sausage pizza is ok. Could be better if the meat is less salty. Ambience is perfection. Signature Bacon is a must try, i dont know but its the bomb. Love the risotto with chicken but not impressed with the other dishes. But will definitely come back for the bacon 😄 Excellent service too.

Food would be 1 star and Service inclusive recovery a 4 star. Sadly none of our dishes was even close to acceptable except the ice cream. Scallops and octopus were frozen somewhat too long, way to heavily seasoned and overcooked. Signature bacon was simply sad. Vanilla ice cream was good. Waiter tried his best.
