Horrible experience. The service was not good. Our order took too long to be served to us. They gave us the fries first and then made us wait about 20 minutes before giving us our boneless wings then about another 15 minutes before serving our burger. The taste of the food was below average. Asian zing boneless wings were too sweet and Parmesan garlic boneless wings just tasted horrible and extremely salty. The spicy brisket and chicken crunch sandwich was flavorless. The brisket was too tough and bland while the chicken was flavorless. The food was overpriced and low in quality. Presentation of the food was ridiculous too. The fries was mediocre and quite possibly the only decent menu item.

Family-Friendly: The restaurant is suitable for families, with a menu that caters to both adults and kids. The Not So Good Part: 1. Limited Sauce Availability: Some sauces may not always be available, which can be disappointing for those with specific preferences. 2. Crowded: It can get quite crowded during peak hours, leading to longer wait times for seating and service. 3. Parking: Good luck finding a parking in this mall. Specially on a weekend.

I visited this branch with my friend, and honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve had at any of their branches. The table was dirty when we arrived, the staff were unfriendly , and the service was extremely slow. There were no restrooms available to wash our hands—they just gave us wet wipes instead. We asked for a knife and had to repeat the request to three different staff members before finally getting one. We also ordered extra fries, but they didn’t bring them until we stood up and went to remind them ourselves. For takeout, they packed our food in a cheap bag—not even their usual branded bag. When we asked for everything to be put in one big bag, we waited forever even though the bags were right in front of us—and the staff member we asked just ignored us. Even the wings we ordered were dry and didn’t taste as good as they usually do. I actually like Buffalo wild wings as a restaurant, but this branch was extremely disappointing. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had with them. I’d rather go to Wingstop next time.

I’ve been a regular visitor to Catch 22 and have always appreciated the atmosphere and variety on the menu. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to my usual expectations. I ordered the salmon, which turned out to be quite bland and lacked the flavor I’m used to from this place. Even more disappointing was the timing — it arrived almost 35 minutes after the appetizer and the rest of the table’s main courses, which made the experience feel disjointed. I understand that delays can happen, but the combination of the long wait and the underwhelming dish made this visit less enjoyable than usual. I hope this was just an off day, as I’ve had much better experiences in the past

Exceptional service and delicious Food. We didn’t expect this. We ordered salmon tartar which was perfectly made, mix of apetizers and Burger with fries. Shrimp catch 22 is must try, calamari as well. Food portions Are big, interior is interesting, and staff people Are so nice. Especially our waiter Niros. We will for sure come again. This place is really must visit in Riyadh.

I had been to another branch of the Catch22 at The Zone, which is why I came to this one again. It's a trendy and dynamic cafe with very tasty food, a wide selection of drinks, a broad variety of dishes and excellent staff. A big plus for having their own ladies' room.

My only complaint is that another customer rushed to our table to tell us to “relax” and shushed us with his hand. Find a new place that’s good and nice ambiance. Kinda reminds me of the old ones. The food is average but it’s not bad and we enjoyed it. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake came out pretty good and yummy. Maybe we will try another burger from the menus.

Hands down the best burger in Riyadh! Black Tap in KAFD delivers an amazing experience — from the retro NYC-inspired vibe to the juicy, flavorful burgers that are grilled to perfection. The meat is top quality, and the toppings are fresh and balanced. I also tried their Crazyshake — it’s massive and super fun! Service was friendly, and the place is very clean and stylish. For me nothing new or unique taste their burgers but i like their fries. I suggest to review the saltyness of their sauces and chicken there something off on the taste. Their service staff are good and polite and their athmosphere is good enough and attractive for me. All in all im full and the quantity and prices are valuable

I’d recommend this place. We got the Buffalo burger (delicious but a little spicy) and the Barn fries (fries with two sauces and a whole chicken patty, cut into chunks, on top). The fries were the best deal for sure, and if I went back I’d get just fries. It was super busy, and if you want a table you have to order them give them your number and they will call you when your order is ready. In that case they wait til you have your table to make your order, which I appreciated so it would be fresh. Great decor, nice service, good fresh food, and a comfortable place even for women to eat. Lots of parking as well.

Loved everything from burgers to wings. The Buffalo burger was one of the best I've had, and the Nashville Burger was also amazing. Maple and Spicy Wings were very flavourful and saucy. Just the right portion sizes. It was very busy when we visited after Asr, so all the limited seats they had were all taken. Overall, it's a very cosy place with great fast food. Highly recommend 👌

I had the Barn Fries and the Buffalo Burger 🍔 . Both were very delicious and I highly recommend them. The restaurant was a good environment but it was not large enough to accommodate many customers. This location gets a lot of customers so if you want to eat there you will probably need to order and then wait for them to call you when a table opens up. Because of this I give them one less star ⭐️ . They really need a bigger location. One other thing is that the price for the burger was a bit high. The Barn Fries 🍟 are a good price though. I recommend you give them a try. 👍🏻

It’s been 2 years since I’ve tried Bird, their service and atmosphere has and still is amazing, but the food quality dropped a bit. Bird was the best Nashville style chicken in Riyadh, now it’s one of the best but not the best. The burger is a bit dry, but their fries and mac and cheese shine. The customer service is pristine and so is the atmosphere. I’d recommend Bird but I hope they revisit the quality of their food.

This restaurant was amazing! The staff were super nice and funny too! I came here two weeks ago and would go again, this is officially my favourite restaurant in the city. Also I recommend you to order bird box with the hottest option, since it's not that hot! It's actually quite mild, the staff might say it's hot but it's not hot at all! Really great experience. I went with a friend; he got a bird bacon sandwich. It was so great, it was greater than the Fuddruckers bacon sandwich, and I got the bird meal, and it was so filling I still have some of it left.

The staff was really welcoming and very polite the food was also great i tried there medium spicy tender which were quite good i tried there slider which were also really tasty the honey mustard sauce was amazing thanks again for the really welcoming and polite staff .

I’m a regular at this restaurant for its high quality food and taste. The okra salad we normally order, had an unusual taste and texture to it; a sand-like crunch and an unpleasant earthy taste. And upon visual confirmation with the waiter it was soil. I am disappointed, disgusted and doubtful regarding the restaurants hygiene and food safety. I don’t think I will be coming back in the near future. The front of house staff were friendly and understanding.

I ordered the Sourdough brisket Sandwich, the baby rib, and the special chicken wings. The brisket sandwich was actually a cheese sandwich with brisket (almost no meat) The rib was below average. And about the wings, the only good thing was the wings seasoning. The food presentation was excellent

A spacious burger place with medieval decor. It's spacious and fairly lit. Menu is very simple. We ordered salad, appetizer, couple of burgers and ribs. The plates came so quickly to the point that burgers came before we even start the appetizer. This is really good, just ensure to tell them not to bring the main dish till you finish the starters. A general comment, all portions are very smalls with NO sides. Yes! If you like fries with your burger you have to order it separately. That's a real bummer since it's not cheap. On the bright side, we liked every plate and sandwich. My problem is that I went there hungry so despite my taste buds enjoyed the different and sometimes strange (but well thought of) flavors. I didn't have the time to appreciate them because it was just couple of bites...

Moreover, the staff is helpful and the ambience is very modern, comfy and cozy. Consequently, lots of vibrant and Instagram worthy pictures can be clicked. Good seating arrangement for dine in. Therefore, very convenient for a small group of friends. However, please note that they do not have separate section for females/family.

I was really surprised and disappointed to find out that the restaurant doesn't have a restroom for customers. This is a basic necessity, especially if you're dining in. It made the experience uncomfortable and inconvenient, and honestly, it's something that would prevent me from coming back.

We recently visited this fast food restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations due to some miscommunication and confusion during the ordering process. To start with the positive, the Filipino staff member (receipt shows the name Jeffrey) who assisted us was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, there seemed to be a lack of clarity when it came to explaining the menu. For example, when we asked about the taco options, he mentioned there were “three,” which we later understood to mean three flavours. He also mentioned that each order comes with two tacos, which was clear enough. At one point, I inquired whether we could mix flavours within an order, and he confirmed that we could. However, when it came time to place the actual order, there was significant confusion. He seemed uncertain about the number of orders we were placing and asked if we wanted four in total, which wasn’t the case. This back-and-forth made the process unnecessarily frustrating for what should have been a straightforward order. I did express my frustration, hoping for clarification, but instead of resolving the confusion, he went ahead and placed the order without addressing the concerns. This left me feeling that the order wasn’t fully understood. In the end, we received three orders with three side dishes (one curly fries and two onion rings), which felt excessive for just two people. It resulted in additional charges—two taco sets with the same flavours (42), plus an extra order of onion rings (6). It seemed like a simple misunderstanding that could’ve been avoided with clearer communication and attention to detail. We later learned that mixing flavours in one taco order is not allowed, contradicting what we were initially told. This inconsistency was disappointing and led to both confusion, extra cost and extra food that we could not take away as we were going to the cinema thereafter. Overall, while the staff was polite, better training on the menu and communication would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant! The outside seating area is wonderfully spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was nothing short of delicious 🙏🏻🙏🏻 We tried the honey mustard chicken 🥗 , chicken/beef burgers 🍔 , mix Nachos and their mojito 🍷🍹👌🏻 They have some screens available, perfect for catching up on Ramadan shows or catching the excitement of live football games while enjoying your meal. Another beutiful feature is the outside seating area's wonderful view of the dancing fountains. With shows every 30 minutes, you can enjoy that while dining outside.

Honestly underwhelming experience and not worth the hype. Went here twice and i was genuinely disappointed. The chicken itself is good the wings and the strips . They are nice , crispy and juicy . The main show is the sauces and they were underwhelming not that much flavor nor spice . Even though I tried most of them💔 . The fries though… different story they are top tear 👍🏻

The taste was very good, and the staff was polite. We ordered boneless items and a combo. For the boneless, 2 flavors were allowed, and for the tenders, 1 flavor was allowed. The drinks were refillable ( if ordered combo or even separate in both situation its refillable ). Even if order boneless separately, still can select 2 flavors. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The restaurant is incredible, the service is above ordinary, chicken wings with bones and without bones are on point, the fries are unique and tasty, it desserives a 5 star. But the meat that they use in their burgers has a unpleasant taste and texture, it wasn't up to the point for the rest of the orders shamefully.

Wings are ok with a variety of flavors, some sauces on the menu weren't actually available. I couldn't understand the claim that they were local and it was ambiguous. I believe they just translated everything as is and added that Saudi sauce.

They offer three major items (chicken, shrimps and burgers). For their chicken and shrimps they have a vast selection of sauces (which you can try before ordering them, something they do offer it to you and which is highly suggested to do). All of their items ( and I have tried almost all of them) are tasty and well made and their service is friendly and fast. The prices are on the high end but still reasonable. Parking is available and 90% of the time easy to find space.

Good place in general for fried chicken. I highly recommend that you seperate the sauce from the chicken as u may not like a particular sauce. Btw, i dont think they have a good collection of sauces as Buffalo Wild Wings. I was better off with Ranch sauce lol. Prices are a little high too... I wish they had a ketchup machine. As i had to use ketchup bags wich took me time... I was very hungry that day lol.
