I was genuinely impressed by the level of elegance and the incredibly respectful service. From the moment I arrived, the valet took my car and luggage with such professionalism. Then I was warmly welcomed by Al-Otaibi, whose generosity and kindness truly touched me.
I was honestly in a bad mood that day, but the staff completely lifted my spirits with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The suite was luxurious, and to my surprise, they had prepared a beautiful birthday setup for me — it was heartfelt and unforgettable.

I stayed at Fairmont Riyadh mid Sep 25, my 5 days stay at the hotel cant be more perfect. After a long time i see a stnchronization of service from concierge to the room. Wonderful food, spacious rooms and above all every one at the hotel is there to support you with SMILE. Special thanks to Mahdi at check-in and all the rest including room service, valet, restaurants etc. 5 star rating to the hotel and great go to place. Note it is near to all local amenities.

We visited the restaurant late at night and everything exceeded expectations. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently polite and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite staying quite late, we were served graciously and without any sense of rush. Khalid, the waiter who attended to our table, was highly professional and enhanced the overall experience. This is by far the best restaurant visited so far in the Kingdom. Food brought me straight back to Italy, absolutely delicious. The pasta itself is sooo good, truly impressive. Staff: outstanding service, a big applause to all of them! They are kind, attentive, make you feel welcome and special. Restaurant is also nicely decorated, and location is fabulous.

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh is a luxurious and opulent hotel located in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The 52-acre property features stunning architecture, including a grand Arabesque lobby, stately double staircase, and a ballroom adorned with chandeliers and frescos. The hotel's manicured gardens are filled with swaying palm trees and 600-year-old olive trees. It has hosted heads of state, Saudi royals, and high net-worth individuals.
This Eid I decided to spend it by staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. 🏨🌟
I am pleased to have done so; they’ve offered a great experience in terms of space, well-maintained rooms, great service, excellent hotel staff, exquisite restaurants with delectable food, and much more.
On our first day we stayed, it was quite empty due to all the celebrations, so our room had been upgraded to a Club Executive One-Bedroom Suite, which was very spacious. Soon after being in our room,
we were greeted with a honey cake with fruit slices on the side, along with complimentary sweets, which were beautifully assorted inside a small golden box. To mention, we were considerately offered more throughout our stay.
The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and patient, offering us anything we needed and doing so generously, especially one housekeeper that went by the name (( Mohammed Alauddin )). He was very kind and wished us a happy Eid with a big welcoming smile.
When coming, definitely check out the pool, as the view is absolutely stunning from the poolside. Beside it, you’ll find an Italian restaurant by the name Azzuro, and on the level above, a Chinese restaurant called Hong.
The restaurant located inside of the Ritz Carlton specifically (🇮🇹) Azzuro, had absolutely delicious food, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to have a stay here.
⚠️ On the downside, I’d like to mention that the all-day menu was quite underwhelming, at least in terms of what we had ordered.
We got the Ritz Carlton Cake,
which was very dry and lacked in flavor. In addition, we had the assorted cold mezze; however, we did request to switch the Fattoush with Batata Harra, which had an excessive amount of sauce, and most of the dishes looked and tasted like canned food.
Besides that, my overall experience staying here was very positive and I would definitely choose to come again. ✅

Great customer service, lots of smiles and authentic, sincere service. This includes everyone from the reception and lobby team, to the concierge, room service, laundry, breakfast and dinner team.
Sitting in the lobby area waiting for a ride, Mohamed Ali was kind enough to offer me a refreshing drink - this genuine gesture really lifted up my day!
I also had a brilliant massage at the spa with an amazing therapist!
Room service food is also delicious with a wide variety of healthy options. The room is also impeccably clean with such a comfortable bed, all thanks to the house keeping team working their magic in the background. Oh, and I love the vast view from my room!

Amazing service, the attention to detail, always willing to help, etc. in a nutshell, they agave a solver attitude, nothing is a problem. Which is rare and amazing.

Room service food and breakfast are good, lots of options, quick, on the pricey side as expected.
The rooms are clean, no noise, full of amenities. However they are quite ugly 😂 I guess in line with many Rita Carlton but it is getting seriously outdated. Also all rooms are copy paste of the others so can get quite monotonous if you are coming every week.
Location is what it is, but can walk in 5min to Via Riyadh which is great

We attended Breast cancer month afternoon high tea in October.
We were very disappointed by the service. We waited 40 mins until we were served any food or drinks. We were not offered any tea and coffee until our afternoon was almost finished. There was a slight accident by one of the waitstaff and my friend had a dessert all over her dress and shoes. Then the hotel electricity went out twice during our visit. Was expecting much higher service. Very Disappointed.

It’s the Four Seasons, and I must say I’m truly impressed with the young Saudi staff at the reception—proud of those talented young men and ladies.
The only area that needs improvement is the lobby, which doesn’t reflect the same elegance as the rest of the hotel.

I was very excited to try the Saturday brunch since i came to Riyadh, but sadly i had a little disappointment on the sushi rolls since they were dry from sitting in the counter for long period of time, other type of food were good but very cold (room temperature cold), but when i eat noodles i will expect it to be at least warm. Anyhow, I wouldn't say i didn't enjoy the sashimi platter they served for the table, nor their outstanding drinks and dessert. Overall it’s a good experience the staff were very amazing they offered my baby a drink which she loved. Might consider visiting again.

The King Crab Maki didn’t have much tastes and dry.
The quality of meat on the beef skewers were very average.
The Teriyaki Salmon was over-cooked and the skin was not crunchy, although, the glaze on top was very nice.
The only thing that wow me, was the coffee cheesecake with banana ice cream, superb execution, delicious, fine-dine level.
Overall it feels a restaurant with fine-dine instagram-able exterior but not a fine-dine kitchen.
I really like the service from this Lebanese lady with short curly hair (excuse me didn’t get her name). She’s warm, welcoming, and very attentive.

With a minimum charge of over 100 SAR per person, you’d assume the service would reflect that. But when we asked for the table we chose to be cleaned, we were completely ignored.
Honestly, for a hotel of this level, I expected much better. It’s not just about the ambiance or pricing — basic respect and proper service should come standard. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.
Something are quite amazing, but there are a couple of things that are beyond unbelievable that honestly ruins the experience. I've been staying there every week for the past 5/6 weeks, and I lost track about how many time I had some crazy loud noises in the middle of the night. Every time they say is a different thing, regarding some external contractor out of their control, but to be honest this has gone beyond crazy, it's happening almost every week. That's very unfortunate as the hotel infrastructure is amazing and the staff is incredible.
It was my first trip to Riad and we chose the St. Regis for our 2 days trip. It was the best choice we could make I guess. It was a phenomenal Hotel, extremely luxury inventory and breathtaking suite/room. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, absolutely comparable to best hotels in Italy, when it comes to quality of the food, absolutely best host - friendly and warm welcoming employees. My recent stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional. Huge and special thanks to Maha Albalawi for going above and beyond — she helped me arrange a surprise and was always there to handle any issue with professionalism and warmth. Truly a luxury experience that exceeded all expectations!
I had a very disappointing experience at the St. Regis hotel today. I dropped off my car with the valet and asked twice for a ticket (and/or if they need my phone number) he told me both times it wasn’t needed. When I tried to leave, they suddenly insisted on a ticket and claimed they gave me one, which simply didn’t happen, also asking me to check my bag as I might’ve forgotten that they gave me one!! (they were simply gaslighting me).
I asked to check the CCTV footage to resolve the situation (I was 100% certain and wanted them to see it), but the managers refused to help and said they don’t have access to it. Eventually, they gave me back my car, but the entire experience left a terrible impression. I expected much better service and basic respect, especially from a hotel of this caliber.
It used to be my fave spot in the capital, but not any more. Highly not recommended.

We’ve stayed in many hotels throughout our travels in the U.S. and the Middle East, but Mandarin offered the best service we’ve ever received.
Our butler, Mohamad, and our housekeeper, Shahid, went above and beyond every single day. They made sure our room was spotless and beautifully organized — even taking the time to tidy our clothes when we were in a rush. And there was a lot of attention to detail details, Even to our charging cables how they wrapped them and keep them organized for us . That level of care and attention is truly rare, and we’re so grateful for it.
We also want to thank another Mohamad from the lobby, who helped us with our bags and greeted us with such kindness and professionalism every time we came or went. His warmth and positive attitude made us feel right at home.

I had a wonderful dining experience at La-Brassarie! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that the ingredients are fresh and made with care. My personal favorites were the Japanese Cuisine.
The crew deserves special mention as well — they were all friendly, attentive, and professional (Jam, Moris, Marcy and also the night shift chefs) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. The staff made sure we had everything we needed with a smile.

We visited the Julien by Daniel Boulud restaurant as a couple and we had the delicious menu, which was well worth the spending. Each of the ten (10) courses were well presented, creative and tasted excellent. The restaurant deserves a recognition in Riyadh, as there are not that many restaurants with this level of perfection.
Everything was perfectly arranged and tasteful balanced food, together with the wine selection. Service was smooth, efficient and ever-present.
It was well worth the spending of $ 500 US for us as a couple.

My personal opinion
From the moment you approach Café Boulud, the French-chic exterior immediately sets a romantic and charming tone. The staff were gracious and welcoming, a complimentary bread basket with butter and delicate mushroom arancini — a refined start to the evening.
However, the overall ambiance was disrupted by unexpectedly loud shouting from the kitchen, as the chef was firing dishes — a detail that detracted from the otherwise elegant setting. Additionally, while the staff were polite, there was a noticeable lack of familiarity with the menu; the waiter needed to reopen the menu to confirm ingredients upon inquiry.
I paired my meal with the Crimson Royal, which proved to be an excellent choice.
The hamachi ceviche was the star of the night. The mixture of mandarin and lemon brought just the right balance of umami, brightness, and acidity — beautifully complementing the freshness of the fish.
The black cod was perfectly cooked, served on a bed of white beans and lentil purée, lending the dish a comforting depth.
The duck confit, while flavorful, was overpowered by bold ingredients — sharp Dijon mustard, overly salty lentils, and soft textures throughout. The duck skin needed additional searing to bring a necessary crunch and contrast, carrots and kale provided a touch of freshness, but were not enough to fully balance the plate.
The Vacherin dessert lacked harmony — the elements didn’t come together and felt more experimental than refined.
This visit may have coincided with an off day in the kitchen.
However, for a restaurant of this caliber, consistency and attention to details are key.
Would return for the ambiance and hospitality — perhaps for breakfast next time.

Very nice hotel and ideal for business travel. The staff is very supportive and always has a helping and and more or less reads our support need before you can express it. Absolutely astonishing is how they treat repeating guest. I am coming here for a year now and the staff always welcomes me with name and knows my preference even after a 4 weeks break of visits.
The service in the executive lounge is great and it is open 24h, so you can have long working sessions or wait in a comfortable area before heading out to your night flight.
The only downside is the offered upgrades of rooms, as the junior suites are not made for working in the room and some rooms are still smoking rooms.
Our team's recent stay at the JW Marriott Riyadh was amazing, and much of it was due to the hospitality shown by the staff.

This is first time that we stay in JW Marriott, Riyadh. Our stay was so enjoyable, we would definitely return for our future Riyadh visits. The suite was so clean, tidy and superb. we had breakfast and the restaurant atmosphere was amazing and you may have all choices of breakfast. Anyways, every thing is beyond expectations.
The front desk associates were nice outstanding and conducted themselves very professionally. I would like to pass my appreciation to AbdulMunim, Nada, Abdullah and Daliya.
I went to the hotel, and at check-in I paid the full amount.
The next day, I checked out and everything was fine.
However, about three hours after checkout, there was another attempt to charge me the same amount. A staff member from the hotel contacted me and said they tried to withdraw the payment. When I asked why they were charging me again even though I had already paid, he couldn’t give a proper answer and kept saying the transaction was declined—which is not true, because the payment was successfully processed on the first attempt. And it doesn’t make sense that I could stay for a full day, check out, and no one would notice if I hadn’t paid. He said he would get back to me, but of course, once he realized I had paid, he never followed up or apologized.
Such actions are unacceptable from a Marriott hotel. This is not a one- or two-star hotel, and the staff should first check the system properly, and second, they should contact the guest before attempting another charge. This behavior is unprofessional and damages the hotel’s reputation.
Also, it’s clear that they didn’t send me the usual post-stay survey because they knew I wouldn’t rate the stay well after this incident. Unlike other hotels, no survey came through, so I decided to share my review here. Anyone staying at this hotel should be cautious about potential extra charges after checkout.

We started with the Greek salad and pumpkin soup which both were fresh and flavorful. For mains the salmon and grilled shrimp in spicy sauce and feta cheese were outstanding.

• Pancakes: crispy, but the taste was average.
• Sourdough sandwich with avocado and soft-boiled egg – it was delicious.
• Egg shakshuka: we asked for it well done, but it arrived undercooked by mistake. When we mentioned it, they kindly replaced it right away with a smile.
Payment is done through a QR code on the table, and you can easily split the bill equally if you’re in a large group.

Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t scream “business lunch,” but the soft afternoon light sparkles on the plates, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The music is good, the vibe is warm, and as is often the case in Riyadh, the welcome is friendly and the staff genuinely caring.
Whatever excuse you need, find one — because the food here is simply outstanding. From the makki rolls to the beef skewers, the velvet miso soup, and please, the crème brûlée — everything is rich in flavour, beautifully balanced, and perfectly presented.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about the food, it’s not exceptional but it’s good. However, the service can be inconsistent, and that’s the only thing that brings down the overall experience.
I’ve visited three times:
First visit (weekend): Service was amazing and everything ran smoothly.
Second visit (mid-week, friend’s birthday): Unfortunately, we were ignored, and three different servers kept coming and going without coordination.
Third visit (work dinner for 35 people): Dealing with management beforehand was stressful and required a personal visit to sort things out, but once the event started, the staff were attentive and did a great job.
Overall, it’s a great restaurant with delicious food and lovely vibes, perfect for outings with friends, couples, or colleagues.

We ordered the Mediterranean Shakshuka, sausage & potato omelet, Urth Club sandwich, and chicken sliders. Presentation was visually appealing, and the flavors were consistently good.

Next came the duck salad, and honestly, it was delicious I could eat it every single day. Everything about it was perfectly balanced.

this was our 3rd visit and honestly the ambiance and food here are some of the best in riyadh. the steam dumpling plate, chicken prawn wonton, and string long beans are a must order. the sweet and sour chicken is also an excellent main dish.
i’d personally skip the mushroom hand-pulled noodles and the wan noodle soup, they’re not really worth it.
we did run into a small issue with the service. one of the staff misunderstood our order, we asked if the soup was enough for 3 people (we were 5 in total) but he took it as us ordering 3 soups. when we spoke to the manager he wasn’t helpful at all and even argued, saying it was our mistake. luckily another manager stepped in, was very understanding, and offered to cancel the dish for us.
aside from that, the experience was great. definitely a must try spot in riyadh, just make sure to double check the order with the waiter to avoid any mix ups.

They have a lot of new dishes now and we tried the truffle ribeye, the smoke ribs, the wagyu lasagna, and the prawns dynamite. I’ve tried the prawns dynamite before last 2019 and it was my personal favorite before and until now because of their big and juicy prawn and it’s very delicious. Their truffle ribeye is legit. Their smoke ribeye is the best, there’s no greasy aftertaste. Their wagyu lasagna is beefy and tasty. The place has soft lighting and comfortable music. It was luxurious and elegant experience at a fare price. They have two floors, We tried the 2nd floor last winter of 2019. The staffs were attentive. 1st time I tried Truffle Steak - Creamy Spinach & fries they were good but the quality of the Truffle disappointed me it wasn't fresh & it wasn't good quality Truffle in Jar!! I thought it will premium!
But honestly the Steak/ meat quality was very good.
2nd time I tried regular Steak was more than perfect but the eggplant appetizer was just ok I think the fried onion did match the plate itself
So the conclusion the quality of Steak is amazing but not with Truffle try it with there recommended sauce I forgot the name of it but it was way better than TRUFFLE!!!

Then we tried the truffle pasta, which was really good, though just a little bit salty for me.
The highlight for me was definitely the Protein Lovers pizza — I really liked it! The crust was thin and light, and the meat was fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend trying it! For dessert, we had the Crème Brûlée, and honestly, it was one of the best .
The restaurant had a warm, cozy atmosphere and nice decor.

Well, I've definitely had better Lasagna, but the tiramisu is quite good especially in terms of portion.
The Lasagna: like bro, please, lets find a way to fully heat the dish if its precooked. Im not asking for a lasagna from scratch especially on a monday in a practically empty restaurant, but at least half baked and cook off on demand, i'm being realistic I think. Flavor is good, littke on the dry side and could have a little more filling and sauce, and will emphasize on the "lukewarm" center of the dish.
Tiramisu: pretty good i must say, could be taller instead that wide and the presentation could be better, but the texture is on point, it would have reached traditional level with a few fixups but yes, well done on that.
Service: lovely Joan is the right amount of friendly and straight to the point, not overdoing the hospitality and very respectful, also the managers visit to the table is extremely presentable and well standing. Service wins the race here for standard.
I like the setup, the decor and colors: comfortable.
Will give it anothwr shot on a busier evening and will update this review if needed.
It’s a good place. I like the staff, atmosphere and the food too. Would not recommend bee-sting pizza or the lasagna but the truffle pasta and other pizzas were nice.

It was a really nice restaurant, especially the service. I don’t usually talk about quantity, but you can see in the first picture how generous they were the appetizers were on the house. After that, we finished our food and honestly everything was good except for one dish. We asked about it and told them we didn’t really like it, and they ended up giving us dessert on the house too. Honestly, they were super sweet.
Went to Spago with a friend for the omakase experience—aka “chef’s surprise,” and surprise us it did! The place has a cozy, dimly lit vibe that says “romantic dinner” but we were just two friends awkwardly trying to identify raw fish by name.
The food presentation was nice—not over-the-top fancy, but thoughtful. Portions were just right, ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were genuinely good. It’s not the kind of menu I’d normally choose if I were ordering à la carte, but I still enjoyed the overall experience.
A solid spot if you’re looking for something different without getting too adventurous. Would go again (but maybe order myself next time 😄).

Due to the weather, we preferred to sit at the indoor tables. We ordered a variety of dishes. The start was with the Villa Platter, which consisted of several small dishes to share, such as vegetables chips, truffle ricotta, spicy feta, roasted eggplant, and labneh Kalamata, then we shared the wild mushroom soup with thyme, crème fraiche, and porcini dust. my wife ordered beetroot & citrus salad but she did not like it. then our main course was served Greek lamb shanks with orzo which is one of my favorite dish ever, and Pasta Al Tartufo, Also, I will not forget the delicious eggplant parmigiana which consist of layers of baked eggplant, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with basil and olives oil.

Everything is fine, but I noticed that there is a problem they have, which is the lack of attention of the waiter to customers, as every time I need service I wait for a relatively long time to attract the attention of the waiter, Also they did not thanking me when leaving the restaurant.
The restaurant is considered one of the expensive restaurants. It cost me 800 riyals to dine and enjoy the romantic atmosphere. Pre-booking is preferred, as they have special events every Monday that I look forward to attending soon.

The Crab filo, the crunchiness and the crab special flavor will let you ask for more
For sure the beef kushi and the tenderness of the meet is a must to try, and also the pumkin stuffed with beef cute presentation and yum tasting
If you are into raw, then you must try the marinated yellowtall and toro marinated.. the texture with the sauce and spices kiss I can say, are amazing!!!
And for sure the yellowtail sashimi!!
And for sure may favorite salad is the baby spinach, classic and full of flavors ..
For the mains you have wide delicious options that I have tried but my favorites were the kimchi rigatoni which one of the chefs selection, and the mushroom takikomi 👏🏼

What we ordered:
• Appetizers:
-The arugula salad was absolutely delicious.
-The calamari was very good.
-The eggplant rolls were decent.
• Pizza:
The Burrata pizza was flavorful and one of the highlights of the meal.
• Pasta:
We tried two types: one of their signature tomato-based pastas, which they mentioned is one of the best in Riyadh — and I’d agree it’s probably the best item on their menu.
The second was a spinach-filled pasta. Unfortunately, this one didn’t work for me at all. I’d rate it 1/10. The flavor reminded me of a traditional Saudi dish called mantoo, but the filling lacked depth and seasoning.
• Fish:
We didn’t order salmon, but another type of fish that tasted similar to tuna. I personally didn’t enjoy it much.
• Saffron Risotto:
This was a miss. The texture felt undercooked and lacked flavor. There are several places in Riyadh that serve much better risotto.
Now to the two major letdowns:
1. The ambiance:
For a weekend night, the atmosphere was unexpectedly flat. There was either no background music or it was barely audible. It felt unusually quiet — to the point where you could clearly hear conversations from nearby tables. We actually felt sleepy and ended up leaving early.
2. The birthday request:
I had informed them ahead of time that we were celebrating a birthday for one of the guests. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged it, asked about it, or made any effort to make the moment special. The service was far below expectations, especially for a weekend dinner, and we ended up continuing the celebration at another place.
While a few dishes were enjoyable, the overall experience didn’t match the energy or service we expected from a place like this on a Friday night.
We went for late lunch without reservation. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated however, reservation is recommended specially in the evening.
Food menu includes good variety. We ordered soup which was good and can be shared. The spinaci salad is yummy. Also the meat ball is tasty. For the main we tried the salmon and the scalopins Limone and both are good.
For dessert the chocolate fondue is so so yummy and it’s one of the best in structure and taste and is highly recommended.
Service is excellent and staff attentive.

But two little things about two orders if may I Suggest to do about the corn salad 🥗 that they have hard ones “crunchy ones” inside it. If they remove it will be much better.

It is my first visit to Agio. I have a great dinner with my friend whom is a frequent visitor to the restaurant and highly recommended me to try it with her. We ordered INSALATA DELL'ORTO 👏🏼, VEAL LIMONE, 😋, TORTA DELLA NONNA 🤤(highly recommended to try it, the dessert is delicious and not that sweet). My drink was CHAMOMILE ICE TEA which is also really good 😌. The Agio team is so welcoming and friendly, special thanks to Rody, Hamazh and George. Also to the chef Filippo( I hope I spelled his name correctly) for making delicious food 👏🏼definitely it will not be the last visit.
This is not my first time visiting Agio, and it never disappoints. The place has cozy vibes, delicious food, and great service.
Don’t forget to order the Pizza Diavola if you’re a spicy pizza lover. And if you like lemon, you must try their signature Limoncello Lemonade, I just wish they offered it in a single cup instead of only the big bottle!

I’m honestly so impressed! I work as a health inspector and our servers Serus and Psim were both outstanding. Serus really stood out with his attention to food safety, wearing a hairnet, asking about allergies, and handling everything with great care. Super clean and professional.

It was a comfortable experience to stay at Crowne Plaza RDC. The hotel facility - although not ultra fresh and modern - is well maintained and cleanliness is top-notch. From Saudi standards of hotel, this is indeed very high standard. The hotel is grand with adjacent conference facilities and a small pool in the backside.
The staff are friendly and warm, and recognized my IHG Club status instantly for an upgrade to club floor room. The rooms are clean and well equipped with all amenities and a work desk. The TV software and interface though was a little slow and lack of printed menus for in-house dining made the experience a little desirable. Sleep level overall was comfortable, and they had provided variety of pillows for all preferences.
Cleanliness is top-notch and Mr. Omar kept the room fresh each evening before I arrived back from work.
Breakfast was great with good variety of salads, hot items as well as fruits and the restaurant is grand as well. The club lounge at level 5 offers a good retreat with a more executive feel and serves breakfast, afternoon tea and evening light meals. There is also few work desks, printer and a small meeting room in the lounge. Excellent for business visit or holding small meetings in the comfort of your hotel.
For my one-week stay, I can say that the service was very good. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. When we accidentally left some of our items, they managed to find and return them to us. The people there are very honest. Special thanks to Lhiane for communicating with us and helping recover our lost equipment
This is like a hidden jewel in the desert that’s put in plain sight … it’s a beautiful hotel, the service is simply amazing, and it is so spacious. Not sure how they did it but it looks bigger on the inside than from the outside.
Rooms are quiet, relaxing and have all the modern amenities. The food was delicious, served sooner than expected and of high quality.
If you are coming to Riyadh for business with the Ministry of Energy than this is the hotel for you, it’s within walking distance to the Ministry so you don’t feel like you’re in a rush to get there.
It’s tied to a convention center so like I said earlier it is much bigger than expected, but you’re clearly getting your money’s worth.
All I can say is if you’re coming to Riyadh then consider this hotel for your stay.

Not bad for an older hotel that has maintained its standards. I stayed two nights in room 736, which had been recently refurbished and was clean and comfortable. The room was approximately 30 square meters and felt a bit tight, but this didn’t negatively affect the stay. The food was okay, but breakfast was particularly good. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment in the lobby and other areas, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. Pleasant and professional staff contributed to a nice stay that met my expectations.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days during a training camp with my team. The service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the security guards. The food was high quality with great options for athletes and those on a high-protein diet. The hotel was clean, although the gym was a bit small, it had all the basic equipment. The furniture was a little dated, and you can tell the hotel is older, but everything was well-maintained. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn’t accessible for wheelchair users. Still, the food and customer service were outstanding!

The staff is very nice, and both the food and reception are excellent. The cleaning staff is also good, especially on the first floor. However, the room is old and small. I requested a larger room—especially since I have IHG points—but it's always unavailable. The small room is inconvenient, particularly since I stay for long periods (around 40 days each visit). Despite that, the food is very good.

One of the best restaurants I have visited in the city of Riyadh. This branch is perfect from the location itself into the ambiance, staff service and of course the food. I and my friends visited this branch during weekend and we enjoyed their weekend lunch offers.

She was friendly and attentive and didn't complain when I needed more drinks or milk etc. She also brought fruit for my son who is a fussy eater.

The atmosphere is cozy, with a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the evening. It’s a great place for casual gatherings, and the setting is definitely inviting.
The food, however, is just average — nothing particularly special, but decent enough for a light bite while you chill. The main downside is the service. It’s noticeably slow and needs significant improvement. When you’re there with a large group or planning a big gathering, it becomes even more frustrating. The staff and the management need to be more attentive and cooperative, especially when customers bring in a good number of people.
Sage Lounge has a lot of potential because the atmosphere is genuinely enjoyable, but without better service, the overall experience falls short. I hope they work on training the staff to be more responsive and welcoming.
If you’re planning to visit, go with the mindset to relax, take your time, and enjoy the shisha and the company. Hopefully, in the future, the service will match the good vibes of the place.

This place didn’t just open strong - it got better. I first stumbled into it about a year ago, on what I later realized was opening night, while staying at the Ascot Hotel. Doing the classic traveler move: “Let’s see what’s nearby and doesn’t require an Uber… or a camel.” Sage & Sirloin was just a hallway away - like a steak-scented mirage.
Even then, the vibe was solid - like you’d accidentally wandered into the Riyadh location of your favorite hangout from the US or Italy. The burgers were juicy, the shared appetizers vanished faster than small talk. A year later, the place has gone from “great first date” to “we should move in together.”
The food has leveled up from really good to model-attractive and delicious. Hats off (and forks up) to the team.
Inside, it’s a choose-your-own-adventure of ambiance: chill shisha lounge? Check. LA harbor-meets-London Soho energy with snacks and a low buzz? Absolutely. It’s like every room has its own passport.
Even the music volume has found its groove - no more yelling over your sliders or whispering like you're in a steakhouse confessional. And the staff? They've clearly mastered both the playbook and the improv.
They know what they’re doing - and they’re doing it really, really well.
I love this place, especially its hidden location, which keeps it from getting too crowded. It’s an ideal spot for couples looking for a more private and relaxed atmosphere.
What truly sets this lounge apart from others in Riyadh is the music — they play English tracks, creating a unique vibe. The ambient lighting is also perfectly balanced, both indoors and outdoors, adding to the overall charm.

This place is amazing I almost can imagine being in Fiji 🇫🇯 my favourite tropical island. A secret garden restaurant hiding in the middle of Riyadh on the ground floor of the Ascott Hotel. I tried the Ramadan Iftar at this restaurant, and it was decent. Some of the dishes didn’t quite meet our taste, but the team promptly replaced them. First off, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking! You get this incredible, panoramic view over Riyadh, and we timed it perfectly to watch the sunset from up there. It was pure magic! 🌇🌅 The ambiance from the towering height and the evolving sky was truly unforgettable.
However, while the view was certainly a highlight, I have to be honest about the service. For a place with such an iconic setting and reputation, it felt a little... below expectations. It just didn’t quite match the ‘magical’ vibe the location promises.
As for the food itself, it was nothing particularly spectacular. It leaned a bit more towards a standard hotel buffet feel, somewhat blend in flavor, and nothing really stood out or ‘touched’ me in that sense.

So, while the incredible views and that stunning sunset are definitely worth experiencing, set your expectations for the food and service accordingly. It’s a view to remember!

I was really disappointed with my visit. Everything except the Spinach Chaat tasted bland, completely lacking the rich, authentic flavors you would expect from an Indian restaurant of this caliber. When I asked the waiter, he mentioned that 90% of their customers are non-desi, so they don’t use spices. But the issue wasn’t just the spice level, it was the complete absence of flavor.
The waiter also told me that if I had requested more spice, he would have asked the chef to adjust it. But as a first time visitor, how am I supposed to know the baseline level of spice they serve? It should be the waiter’s responsibility to ask every customer about their spice preference when taking the order.
Additionally, one female waitress was wearing high heels, and the constant clicking sound was very distracting in the quiet environment. For a restaurant aiming for a fine dining atmosphere, that kind of continuous noise was quite out of place.
On top of that, the menu is overpriced for what you get.
Considering the quality of food, service, and ambiance, I found Zafran to offer great value for money.Portions are generous.
My ultimate favorite is their Butter Chicken. Twas was so tasty; tender pieces of chicken bathed in a creamy, rich tomato sauce that had just the right hint of sweetness and spice.
Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with recommendations tailored to our taste and dietary preferences.
We had a lovely meal at Zafran Indian Kitchen. There was plenty of underground parking and good lift to the restaurant area. The food was tasty, although there were not enough options of curries without cream or yoghurt for me. 70% Italian! Generally great experience. The pizza was a highlight, especially the Salami Piccante, which was excellent. The Margherita with Buffala (Buffalini) was a bit on the soggy side but still had a nice flavor.
Unfortunately, they didn't have Carpaccio on the menu, but Shibin recommended the Bresaola with Parmigiano and Rucola, which did the job. The Burrata e Pomodorini was satisfying, though it tasted more like frozen mozzarella.
Mustafa, one of the staff members, was very welcoming and genuinely interested in feedback. He even treated us to dessert and coffee, which was a generous gesture I truly appreciated.

We visited Eataly today for iftar, we had an amazing experience with delicious food, the staff are so friendly and professional, as you can see in the video the way they serve the black pepper is so funny and nice, the manager Amer also was so nice, he made sure twice that everything was perfect and we had a small chat with him about the lovely market in their restaurant.. so recommended, you should try it.
We went to Eataly for a friends' reunion. Great choice. We tried their pastas and everything was delish. In addition to that, their focaccia is the best i've had. The service was unmatched, Mr. Palas was very attentive and kept checking up on us. Will definitely come back!

A lovely fine dining resto that is perfect for your date with your special someone, friends & family for any occasion . Like one of the best fine dining japanese resto i had visited in riyadh as they have in their profile free to laugh and love together with their soft music although a bit expensive but worth it. The food are palatable and drinks are exquisite plus those cup of cappuccino and cheesecake ..oh i love it; but mind you guys better to reserve earlier because the house is packed most of the time specially in the evening. Anyway thank you to sir. melvin for the good service and touring us around the whole resto. Maybe i will be back to try the garden view in the ❄️!

This restaurant is beyond standards from the service to design it has an inside and outside sitting, so beautifully designed to make you comfortable while enjoying the food and the artistic decoration. One of the best Japanese restaurants... Once you get in, you will be greeted with statues of Samurais. The open air area is great for gatherings and to enjoy the meal on a nice weather day. There are meeting rooms available as well... The food is delicious and they serve authentic Japanese cuisine that you will enjoy for sure. The location is also great, right on Tahlia Street and next to many landmark hotels.
It was my first time dining in, and will not be the last infact I went back the next day!! It's good for small gatherings, it's more lively and vibrant at night. For our dinner we had the spicy edamame, crispy crab gyoza and prawn gyoza and both were delicious and to die for. For Sushi we had Maguro, Sake, O'style Ginger Salmon Sashimi, Rainbow, Salmon Avocado Maki, Dynamite Prawn, Spicy Salmon Maki and all were fresh and delicious; I highly recommend these dish. Their cocktails were strawlicking and out of this world! I highly recommend the Shi Bonsai and Kana Chi. Even though the restaurant has limited selections/choices of raw sushi, it is totally worth the visit. My salutations to the Chef for the amazing fine dining experience we had.

Authentic Italiano. From the ambiance (so many beautiful and classy people), the service, and most especially the food.
We were waited on by 3 Filipinos (so sorry to forget your names), but they are jewels of the restaurant. They're so attentive and know to explain everything in the menu... the host was excellent in his job.
We ordered 5 dishes, 5 drinks, and 5 desserts (we didn't share. We wanted to savor our own food ourselves), and they're shown in the photo uploads.
Will definitely come back.

I had high expectations when I made a reservation for myself and my family at San Carlo Cicchetti Riyadh, but unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot. Upon arrival, the man at the reception was unprofessional and quite rude. Despite waiting patiently for our turn while he dealt with a group of teenagers without a reservation, he completely ignored us when a woman approached him from the side. Instead of acknowledging the order of arrival, he chose to assist her first, which was both frustrating and disrespectful.
Just as I was about to express my concern, a very polite and professional tall lady from the staff noticed the situation. She stepped in, checked our reservation immediately, and guided us to our table with grace and efficiency. Her attitude saved the evening and was truly appreciated.
Once seated, the experience greatly improved. The food was outstanding—elegant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service at the table was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and the overall ambiance was stylish and refined.
While the initial encounter left a poor impression, the professionalism of the lady and the quality of the food and service more than made up for it. I would return, but I hope the front desk staff receives better training.

Amazing setting, even better food! Best fresh pasta and that is coming from someone that is not a not a pasta fan. The restaurant was totally full at the time we left which was 21:30 on a weekday which say a lot about how good the food is and how popular SCC is.

We were group of 6 and they gave us table that is clearly not for 6 people. When set menu started arriving, waiters started making it confusing. We felt like we were forced to finish quickly with our food. They have also tried to bring all the food at the same time but table was too small to fit everything but they didn’t care much. For them was fine. We ended up not knowing who’s eating what.

The food at San Carlo Cicchetti Riyadh is absolutely amazing — one of the best Italian dining experiences in the city. I highly recommend the Rocca salad, baby calamari, Margherita pizza, penne arrabbiata, Spanish ricotta ravioli, and especially the veal Milanese — it’s a must-have!
That said, the service wasn’t as good as it used to be. It felt slower and less attentive than previous visits, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Definitely worth visiting if you’re a fan of authentic Italian cuisine.

My sisters and I came for dinner, and it was strange that we were served our food by ourselves as if we were at home? The waiter, Artem clearly knows nothing about hospitality. He took our order without showing us the drinks menu. we kindly ask about drinks he gave it to us and leave straight away without checking again.
Later we tried to follow up with him our order but he didn't even look at us as if we were invisible which was extremely insulting. He made us feel uncomfortable, like he was acting arrogantly or didn't like us (we didn't come to impress each other, we came to eat) - the Asian waiter continued to take the full orders.
When we asked for the bill, Atrem insisted we pay through Apple Pay, but I insisted we pay by card. DO NOT FORCE YOUR GUESTS to pay like that and leave it up to them to make their own choices.
I know it was rush hour, but you should take care of your guests or try to get some training before starting work because this is not a professional hospitality. It's sad to see such a beautiful restaurant lack professionalism in service, and it was an unpleasant experience.

We were expecting this place to be good because the exterior itself gives that vibe and…..yes! their food didn’t disappoint.
We ordered caesar salad, shrimp and chicken biryani, butter chicken (of course 😆), various naan, kids burger and alfredo pasta. Man, we didn’t have any bad thing to say about any of them. The portion size was enough and the food attendant who assisted us was very helpful.
The only slightly disappointing experience was when we first arrived. The lady at the entrance was not very welcoming to us about the seating arrangement. But it was quickly resolved so we just let it go.
Overall, this is a restaurant we would recommend and one we’ll definitely return to.
Menu selection for the special festival, Navaratri, could be improved by including more dishes in place of some unlikely options. We also missed having juices, tea, or coffee after the buffet. Meals should be milder in spice instead of tasteless.

Keep an eye out for their weekly specials. The weekday sandwich meal is highly recommended as it comes with soup/ salad bar, drinks with free refills, and dessert.

The plates were okay all tasting fine.
We’ve been to 4 piattto branches, and having good experiences in them all.
The problem we had this time ruined it for us and makes sure we never come back to this specific branch.
We ordered the plates and they came almost 40 minutes after. It was late but that isn’t the problem. The problem is the plates arrived cold, so much that you can’t even eat it without having them reheated.
Having told the waiter he just apologized… that sorry won’t heat the plate. A waiter is supposed to raise the complaint to the supervisor who then comes and finds a solution.
When the supervisor came he just said it’s very crowded. You don’t find an excuse behind the issue but a solution.
Can’t blame the waiters rather the person in charge of them who needs to train them to handle the customers better.
On top of that we asked for some simple modification to the plates. All weren’t taken in consideration. When I say no tomatoes in the sandwich it’s not very hard to transfer that message to the chef.
Extremely disappointing when the food is good but the service ruins the experience and leaves u frustrated.

The restaurant was extremely hot — I had to change my seat three times just to find a spot with decent air conditioning. Then, when I went to get salad and soup from the salad bar, I was shocked to find everything warm and not properly chilled. The soup was left uncovered and cold, which was very off-putting.
On top of that, the staff took a long time to bring me basic things like plates, knives, and forks. I had to ask twice before they finally brought them, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Unfortunately, this was the first time I truly regretted coming to Piatto. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and food quality moving forward.

The Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel is a modern and polished accommodation located just a 4-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport. While the hotel does not offer a free shuttle service, it provides convenient access to the airport without being disrupted by airplane noise. The hotel features newly renovated rooms and suites, two restaurants offering international cuisine, and a Starbucks for guests' convenience. Additionally, there is an indoor pool and an outdoor area where guests can enjoy Sheesha.
This has been a great experience here at this establishment. I ate twice at the Market Place restaurant and it was so delicious. April and Marial were my servers and they have given some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. They remembered me always made me feel so welcome. The restaurant was very busy and they took time to stop and make sure everything was ok. They are true professionals and make the experience so memorable. The manager Aya was also incredible and she puts great effort into customer service. I saw her on multiple occasions attending to so many guests and providing world class service. I have to compliment the chefs as well since my food was prepared perfectly! I want to sincerely thank everyone and will highly recommend this hotel and restaurant for my colleagues when they visit Riyadh. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with staff who were professional, welcoming, and attentive to details. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept, offering a quiet environment that made rest easy despite being close to the airport. The beds were comfortable, and amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and modern furnishings added convenience.
Dining was another highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both international and local options prepared with freshness and variety. Room service was timely, and the food quality exceeded expectations for airport-area accommodations.
The location was ideal for travelers, with quick access to King Khalid International Airport. Despite the proximity to the airport, the atmosphere inside the hotel felt calm and relaxing. Overall, the Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel combined comfort, efficiency, and hospitality, making it a strong choice for both short stopovers and extended stays.
Every day after work, I look forward to having dinner at the lounge, thanks to the wonderful hospitality from Jesabelle. She always makes the experience warm and welcoming. I also appreciate Anwar from housekeeping and Kelvin + Roni from Laundry Services for always being so helpful and attentive. All of them truly make my stay enjoyable.

During Ramadan, guests can enjoy an immersive Iftar experience at The Louloua Ramadan Tent with a lavish spread of traditional delicacies from Saudi Arabia, the Levant, Morocco, Egypt, Europe, and East Asia.
We had our American Breakfast at 56th Avenue Diner, and was very pleased with the experience. The food was great overall — the fruits were fresh, the omelette was nicely cooked, and the portions were generous. It was a hearty and satisfying meal. Great way to start the day! Thanks to Ericka and Shiela for a great dining experience! Kudos to Irfan for leading his team well.

Had a 1 week event here. Our group coordinator Ms Mariem Boudidah was so helpful and reacted with swift response for every requests and assistance needed. The coffee man Mr Yahya was the most welcoming person with soft spoken words when offering his arabic coffee to the guests. F&B staffs (Gemmalyn & Terrylyn) took care of our meals with precision. Overall a great experience in this hotel. Highly recommended!
I visited a friend at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya and was really impressed. The hotel looks elegant and modern, with a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were polite and professional, and everything was clean and well maintained. A truly classy place in the city!
I visited Hyatt Regency and honestly, the experience was beyond amazing From the moment you walk in, the staff welcome you with such class and professionalism. The gym is super clean and well-organized There’s a fantastic jacuzzi, sauna, lockers, and even a nice pool area. The equipment is limited as expected in most hotel gyms but it’s more than enough for a complete workout. Everything is spotless, the service is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding.
I highly recommend the breakfast at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. it’s an elegant blend of taste, presentation, and balance. The meal includes perfectly fried eggs, crispy bacon, sausages, fluffy pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, granola with yogurt and jam, a cup of fresh berries, and warm drinks with artisanal jams. Everything was fresh, beautifully served, and truly satisfying a perfect start to the day!

Location is good and rooms are nice but very basic. Hotel feels old but nice that you can walk to some cafes shops and restaurants. Nothing wrong with the hotel but I would expect it to be more luxurious for a 5 star hotel.

I recently had to visit the Marriott Hotel DQ for work as I was coordinating with a guest staying at the hotel. During that time I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laila who was incredibly helpful and professional.
Laila went above and beyond to support me and ensure everything related to my guest’s stay went smoothly. Even though I wasn’t a hotel guest myself she treated me with kindness respect and efficiency which I truly appreciated.
Her warm attitude attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference and she left a very positive impression on me. Laila is a great example of excellent hospitality and she represents the Marriott brand wonderfully.

I would like to share my experience regarding our recent stay, particularly concerning the “POOL” attendant named “Edam or Adam”. While we were enjoying our holiday, he approached us to say that the manager wanted to speak with us. To our surprise, the manager seemed unaware of the situation when she arrived.
It felt as though our fun was interrupted without just cause, and this left us feeling quite uncomfortable. We respect hotel policies, but we believe some flexibility could enhance the guest experience. It was particularly disappointing to feel that our enjoyment was met with scrutiny, which we perceived as impolite.
Additionally, we were informed that we would need to pay extra for our friends who visited us at the pool, which was unexpected. They had traveled a long distance to see us, and we were not fully aware of this policy. We attempted to negotiate this charge since we were checking out the same day, but unfortunately, there was no leeway.
While we understand the importance of following rules, we hope that management can consider the feelings and circumstances of guests more compassionately. This incident affected our mood, and we believe that a more understanding approach would greatly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We appreciate your efforts to enhance guest satisfaction.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit, it truly feels like a second home. The staff are consistently friendly and professional. The front desk team is always welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth every time. I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The check-in process with Khaled from the Front Desk was smooth and welcoming. Then I had my massage with Shamah, it was honestly the most relaxing and amazing massage I’ve ever had! I also want to thank Kelvin from In-Room Dining for the great service, and Onasis, the restaurant supervisor, for being so kind and the great service.
Completely enjoyed my brief stay at Marriott DQ in Riyadh. Excellent staff, especially the room attendant, Rasas.
The morning buffet was awesome.
Will plan to stay here again should my travels bring me to Riyadh in the future.
