One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I ordered the Richy Truffle Burger, and it was honestly one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The burger was completely bland and lacked even basic seasoning or flavour. The patty was dry, tasteless, and felt like it was just thrown in without much thought. To make it worse, the burger was overloaded with lettuce, making it soggy and wet. There was no sauce to hold the flavours together or add moisture. Overall, a big letdown — 4.5/10. We also ordered the Coleslaw Chicken, which was slightly better. The chicken was crispy, and the flavour was okay, but it was extremely dry. With some more sauce, this could have been a really good dish. I’d rate it 6/10. The Cajun Fries were probably the worst item of the night. Soggy, lacking crispiness, and many of them were undercooked with that raw potato taste — worse than frozen fries — 3/10. The Chicken Strips were surprisingly the best dish of the night. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavour. This was the only dish I genuinely enjoyed — a solid 7/10. We also tried the Maple Shrimp — it was decent, not bad but nothing special either — 6.5/10. Lastly, we ordered their new Dates Brownie for dessert. Personally, I didn’t like it at all. It was way too dense and heavy for my taste. The flavour was fine, but the texture ruined it for me. Overall, I’d rate it 6/10. Service was pathetic. The food arrived extremely late, and we were honestly about to leave. Service rating — 3/10. The ambiance was the only saving grace, especially on the second floor which was well done. Unfortunately, ambiance alone isn’t enough. Overall, a bad experience — 5/10. Would not return.

Restaurant labour is not trained to respect restaurant visitors. They look at you to feel that there is no food on the ground and you are the only one who eats. Damn these impressions, the restaurant management has to train its labour on the culture of not looking at people eating.

Nice atmosphere specially in second floor. Burger patty is so delicious and really different. This is the best part of the sandwich. I recommend cheese stylee fries and the Original CB sandwich. Soft drinks are refillable. Service is very good 👍

I was thrilled to visit Central Burger for the first time. It was an unexpected yet great dine-in experience. The food was good, reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly. There are many burger places in Riyadh but California burgers is special! 1: small menu, they focus on quality and what they are good at. there is no other unnecessary items on the menu. 2: the burgers are fresh, delicious and customizable. 3: the atmosphere is simple, has two sections, singles (men) on ground level and family section upstairs. 4: Cozy and stylish indoor decor, Good atmosphere. Negative points: 1: No lift or ramp for the prams, i saw the Dads carry the prams up and down the stairs (dangerous), especially because the floor is dark and the stairs are black with no guidance lights. 2: This is personal but the loaded fries with bacon and cheese can be very rich especially with the melted cheese. I would advise the regular cajun fries if you're having a rich and saucy burger (personal preference though). 3: weekends the wait is long and there are long waiting lines outside. sometimes up to 30mins!!! Overall, a good burger place! I would highly recommend.

Basically an in n out clone on the food aspect but the place is so cool, it’s vibe is dark with neon lights and spot lights. The services is great and very fast. And the food is spectacular, I imagine this tastes exactly like in n out or even better. And the prices are shockingly good for the quality, with the drinks having free refills. Great for both individuals and family and perfect for friend groups.

I came to the shop and was met with a warm smile from Wikas at the counter. I made my order and right at the end asked for some Jalapeno cheese bites (just a little thing for the wife) and not only did he give me extra, but he also gave me chicken strips on him!!! Great place to order food from. There place for dinning is quite small approximately 12 people no family section. If you are ordering online they are one of the fastest places. There best order is double classic with Hamburgini French fries. The only issue is there burgers taste different with each order sometimes juicy and great sometimes dry and tasteless.

Right. This is one I’ve got to say has left me speechless. One of the best smash burgers I’ve had in Riyadh. Probably THE best. I hope they maintain their high standards. I am a regular with takeouts from section b. Their signature section b burger with fried jalapeños, caramelised onions and beef bacon is an absolute hit! Decent fries but must say their beef burgers steal the show. Cannot recommend enough. Keep up the great food!! Edit - see photos of different times we have ordered. I think this the only Fuddruckers branch left in Riyadh. We had lunch here and the food was great. The restaurant was very crowded but the service remained excellent. I don’t know why the other section of this restaurant is closed. It could easily be utilized to serve more customers, specially during the weekends.

We had an amazing experience at Fuddruckers! Can’t wait to try more items on their menu next time! Overall, the food was amazing and we loved how quickly it was served hot and fresh! The burgers, especially “The Works” is still the best we’ve had. The chicken wings were delicious, generously sized, and affordable. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible, and the pasta (even though there’s only 1 option on the menu) was surprisingly delicious! A must-try! 👌🏻 The salad bar is still a plus, and the 2 legendary cheese sauces (cheddar and jalapeño) were tasty as always! 🧀 However, there are still few things that could be improved: the Nachos appetizer didn’t taste as great compared to other food chains. The garnishing and sauce toppings could look more appetizing as they seem to come straight from the piping tube/bag. The mushroom sauce on the steak also needs some attention, because it looked a bit too thick, likely from too much flour, though the taste itself was still good. We also had an excellent service that night. Thanks to our waiter, Mr. Asif. He was attentive, approachable, and proactive! He even brought extra tissue napkins without being asked and kept an eye on our drinks for refills. Kudos to him! He deserves a recognition! ✨ Overall, Fuddruckers is a solid choice for a delicious meal, with room for minor improvements on the nachos and sauce presentation. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! ❤️

The first time I went I didn’t have a pleasant experience. This was about two months ago. Some lady cashier kept telling me to wait and after ten minutes I just left. The second time was really good. The staff were nice. You can watch a movie and eat in your car with the trays they provide. They have gluten free/keto option which tastes amazing (lettuce burger), the fries were good and so was the matcha shake

We went on Thursday, they gave us electronic token/device for ready notification but after half an hour the order wasn't ready so we had to go and ask them for it. They served many other pick up customers before us even tho they ordered after us. It happened to other customers as well. Burger is small so don't be sure that you won't be hungry after eating 1. We ordered two WBJ burgers and brisket balls. We tried their branch in Unayzah previously and compared both. Both branches were very tasty. We noticed that this branch had smaller portion sizes compared to Unauzah. All our items were tasty and we will definitely visit again. I suggest they add audio connection to the cars parked for car experience if they haven’t already done that.

I asked for a takeaway by using entertainer but they informed me it can be used in dine-in. Then, I decided to sit and eat. It was not crowded. There are open place seating, closed place for privacy and high chairs. It was clean. I wanted to use two coupons in entertainer, they allow by number of people. 1 person can use one coupon only. When I tried to order from main menu. They informed it is not included in offer these r new things. When i tried to order one burger and one chips (side order), again they said it is not included. When I tried to order meat sandwich again it was not included. I got bit frustrated. All these things r not written in entertainer. It says main course only. I ordered smoke us ( was delicious), spicy Houston, route 66, chicken sandwich and tex mex chips. All burgers were tasty but size was bit small. Cheaten was serving us and he was courteous and good behaviour person. My family enjoyed the dinner and i recommend Johnny Rockets.

I'd say that it's too pricey for such a size! I'd rather spend my money in other restaurants than her. Nothing special really. Anyway, I ordered meat with cheese which was really good and it's recommended. The main course was Rocket single which I regret ordering. The other thing was Spicy houten which tasted yummy. Shockingly, the bread wasn't fresh. There is no upper size for Pepsi only the regular size.

I visited JR before 2 PM with my family to have a light lunch. It took nearly 12 minutes for anyone to show up and give us our menu for ordering. Then it took us another 10 minutes of shouting and calling to have someone come and take our orders. I almost had to go to the kitchen to get anyone's attention. The food was average not quite up to par with what JR previously. We ordered a kids burger meal and the burger was super dry. Also, chilli cheese fries which were acceptable and also an apple pie. The apple pie was not warm as it should be but was okay. To get a refill on my drink was a complete disaster. I had to call out several times to get anyone.

It's a nice place to hang out. Typical american dinner style: spacious, comfy seating and moderately colored. I removed one star because the waiter was very slow and unwelcoming and the buns were not fresh. The latter was not a surprise since the place was empty most of the time. We got loaded potatoes for starter which was actually tater tots not french fries. It comes topped with cheddar and bacon bites. The burger was juicy and tasty but the buns weren't fresh (you can see the bread crumbs in the pictures attached).

I was really disappointed with my visit. Everything except the Spinach Chaat tasted bland, completely lacking the rich, authentic flavors you would expect from an Indian restaurant of this caliber. When I asked the waiter, he mentioned that 90% of their customers are non-desi, so they don’t use spices. But the issue wasn’t just the spice level, it was the complete absence of flavor. The waiter also told me that if I had requested more spice, he would have asked the chef to adjust it. But as a first time visitor, how am I supposed to know the baseline level of spice they serve? It should be the waiter’s responsibility to ask every customer about their spice preference when taking the order. Additionally, one female waitress was wearing high heels, and the constant clicking sound was very distracting in the quiet environment. For a restaurant aiming for a fine dining atmosphere, that kind of continuous noise was quite out of place. On top of that, the menu is overpriced for what you get.

Considering the quality of food, service, and ambiance, I found Zafran to offer great value for money.Portions are generous. My ultimate favorite is their Butter Chicken. Twas was so tasty; tender pieces of chicken bathed in a creamy, rich tomato sauce that had just the right hint of sweetness and spice. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with recommendations tailored to our taste and dietary preferences.

We had a lovely meal at Zafran Indian Kitchen. There was plenty of underground parking and good lift to the restaurant area. The food was tasty, although there were not enough options of curries without cream or yoghurt for me. My husband had lamb vindaloo, Indian spice and said it was the best curry he had had in Riyadh and I had chicken Biryiani. Generous helpings and great service

Food quality is average I tried the dinner one day and the breakfast another day we took mushroom omelet SR 43 and the apple with chocolate waffles SR29 and two American coffee SR 16. The taste was awesome, especially the fries known also as (Volcano) which you should try and the burgers. The staffs were friendly. There are two sections for both individuals and families. Families can have a partition or they can stay in the open area. The price is acceptable compared to other restaurants in Riyadh.

The best meal I got was Mexican burgar, as you can feel the orginal tast of meet.The hot dog was good and Cuesadilla but the chiken insid it was little salty, and one thing I like it was the frensh fries, it's like home made (fresh not frozen)

The beef burger is good and it has a lot of onions . They have a very familiar sauce and their fries were good and tasted a little bit like lays chips. You can also get extra sauce . The line is very long but it’s pretty fast . I love the packaging it’s so cute . The staff are very nice and gave us or food very quickly. Best burger everrrr!!! 🤩 I highly recommend it. Just one tip, ask for less lettuce, as they tend to add quite a lot. Also, I suggest going for at least the 2x2 burger, because with just a single patty you really don’t get much of the beef flavor. If you’re planning to dine in especially at night, be prepared for a wait since there’s usually a queue and they don’t take reservations. And whatever you do, don’t skip the Cali fries, their sauce is absolutely incredible! 😋

Unfortunately, the food was not served hot — it was clear it had been ready for a while but was brought to us late. The burger was just okay; it might have tasted much better if served fresh and hot. The Cali fries were also cold, so I’d rate them 2.5 stars at best. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

I would recommnd this restaurant to burger lovers. I have two comments where owner need to look at for improvement: The burger Bun were a bit cold need to be reheated or defrost before serving. The soft drinks has not steam. So the sweetness are very obvious.

I went to this multiple times in 2024, I always had the same opinion for ordering the following: Never mind burger: I believe that the meat they use is not good quality giving a strange taste every time I eat it, which applies to all their burgers. Chill-out burger: this burger contains truffle sauce, not bad but still not a thing that you want to eat from a specialized restaurant. The fries were very good at an unbelievable price I am very happy that we still have a restaurant like this 😍

Tasty and affordable burgers and milkshakes! Our total for two persons was SAR75. Shakes are also good - very thick and creamy. My favourite was - chocolate one very rich. Strawberry one was a bit with off, it had more of a strawberry jam flavour. Burgers are absolute best! Also you can choose reg fries, sweet potatoes fries or mix of two. The view on the outside seating is stunning (overlooking at Kingdom tower), great place for a weekend family burger trip.

Tried the chillout burger and it was 8/10. Love the softness of the burger, the meet was juicy and felt fresh. They use the same meet in all burgers however the sauce is the difference between them. The fries was classic 7/10. And the service was fast, my order was fresh and ready in 5 min. They have indoor and outdoor seating area, which is good. You might find some challenges in finding a parking, because of the area is crowded and mostly either you’ll park on the street side, or in the neighborhood .

I've been hearing crazy reviews of this place and the photos are super tempting so I couldn't wait to try. I ordered the Slider and Fries. I don't know if it was because it was a home delivery, but the slider was not up to my expectations - it was a big soggy and had lost the crispiness. The bun was not at all exciting and looked sad. The chicken was not juicy and seemed dry. I did not enjoy it. But the fries were perfect. They were still crispy and fresh (you normally expect soggy fries in a delivery!) So, looking at the prices, I don't know if I will give it another try. 😔 Edit: I got the chance to try the Dave's Bites with spice level Reaper. As an Indian with a high tolerance for spice and heat level - take it from me - this is EXTREMELY spicy! While you will manage to calm your tongue after about half an hour of soothing it with cold milk, sugar/honey, chocolate, and everything you can put in your mouth; nothing will prepare you for the INTENSE BURNING in your stomach that you will feel hours later (at least that's my experience). I was super uncomfortable and wondered if I will have to go to a doc. And guess what, the burning continues elsewhere after you go to the toilet. Verdict about Reaper: * 🚫 If you cannot tolerate spice, DO NOT try it. * ⚠️ If you can and want to try it, do not eat it as it is, but eat it with the buns and with loads of sauce to cushion the spiciness. * 👎🏽 TBH, the spice and heat were not even enjoyable. There is no flavour to it, unlike pepper or green chilli. And then came the chicken. Let me tell you, they have seven types of spicy flavors that make you love fried chicken. The coating was crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the meat was juicy and tender. It’s been 2 years since I’ve tried Bird, their service and atmosphere has and still is amazing, but the food quality dropped a bit. Bird was the best Nashville style chicken in Riyadh, now it’s one of the best but not the best. The burger is a bit dry, but their fries and mac and cheese shine. The customer service is pristine and so is the atmosphere. I’d recommend Bird but I hope they revisit the quality of their food.

This restaurant was amazing! The staff were super nice and funny too! I came here two weeks ago and would go again, this is officially my favourite restaurant in the city. Also I recommend you to order bird box with the hottest option, since it's not that hot! It's actually quite mild, the staff might say it's hot but it's not hot at all! A new experience in Riyadh, u get to stay at your car and being served. The idea counts, but the service was too slow actually. I planned to do this thing for my friend’s birthday which what they’re known of doing, but they took forever that they’ve ruined the surprise. They even asked us to get out of the car and go to the restaurant itself! I felt like I was being tricked. I made a reservation earlier and talked to the worker and confirmed that it should be brought up to the car! It doesn’t worth what you pay for. Food is average. Will I comeback again? No

Service was pleasant and fast (it was 4:30pm), burger wasn’t that spicy but delicious with the perfect crunch and not heavy or oily. The sauce and chips were better than I anticipated. Very expensive and very overrated. The quantity of fries is really less and the size of the burger is really small and not worth paying 25 riyals. It wasn’t even spicy, they sprinkled some smoked paprika over the fried patty to call it spicy. It came with one packet of ketchup to cover up for fries and burger which I think did the needful because the serving size was so small. There was too much sauce inside, the patty was slipping.

Was asked by a friend to join him in a quick look around a burger restaurant and what a pleasant surprise! Outside was ok but could do with a redesign and think about its attractiveness however once inside it’s a great atmosphere and visually pleasing. The decor is fast casual and with the big screens lit very well, we only tried the burgers but the service was polite and the fast. Burger was well priced for what you get and the taste was very good. Will be back to try the rest of the menu soon

I went to this place on the 6th of June 2024. I ordered the G double smoky burger and french fries. The G double smoky burger I didn’t like it as a whole, especially with the price that had been presented to the customers, I mean 72 SR for a below-average burger, but the one thing that’s good about it is the black cherry sauce it is one of the best sauces that I have ever tried. The fries have a good quality and have been cooked perfectly.

Went to this burger joint based on a recommendation from a best friend. It is nice, we ordered G smoky burger and it is delicious and the black cherry sauce inside the burger was great. The burgers are really not that special not well spiced and its hard to distinguish between them. Ive had the angus mushroom and the clasic onion and really I couldnt find any difference between them. I cant deny that they are using fresh ingredients but the burgers are really bland. The fries are average and actually are two types the meal fries are thinner than the one used for the chicken fries or the bacon fries. To same price point there is alot of more trustworthy competitors providing better products. Other than that the staff are professional and quick in service and the store overall is clean and tidy. I wont come again unfortunatly.
