Nestled in the forested hills of Mahabaleshwar, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa offers a luxurious retreat with sleek designer rooms and lavish suites featuring Hollywood-glam bathrooms. The resort boasts two restaurants, a rooftop bar, and two outdoor pools where guests can unwind and enjoy the scenic views. With a spa, wellness center, and fitness facilities on-site, this high-end resort provides an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar! From the moment we arrived, the experience at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar was nothing short of exceptional. The service was excellent, truly a 5-star standard in every sense. What stood out the most was the staff behavior—every single team member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I can honestly say I’ve never seen such a lovely and genuinely caring staff anywhere else. The property itself is stunning—nestled amidst nature, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The highlight has to be the infinity pool, which offers breathtaking views and a relaxing vibe that’s hard to beat. This place is 101% value for money. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or just some time to unwind, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unhygienic and unacceptable condition of the washroom facilities at your hotel, which I experienced during my recent visit on 22/06/2025 I had brought guests to your hotel and parked my vehicle in your designated parking area. Upon requesting directions to the washroom from your security guard, I was informed that only one washroom was available, located in the parking area itself. When I visited this facility, I was appalled by its condition. The washroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained — the door was broken, basic hygiene amenities were missing, and the overall cleanliness was abysmal. The environment was so unhygienic that it was enough to make one feel physically ill. When I raised the concern again with the security personnel, I was told that it was a “management issue” and not their responsibility. Such a response is highly unprofessional and reflects a concerning lack of accountability within your team. It is unacceptable for a reputed establishment like yours to provide such inadequate and substandard facilities, especially when your premises see regular visits from drivers, staff, and guests. The lack of proper sanitation facilities does not just damage your reputation — it poses a health risk. I strongly urge you to address this matter with urgency. Immediate steps must be taken to: Deep clean and repair the existing washroom Ensure regular maintenance and hygiene checks Provide additional washroom facilities to accommodate visitors properly I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to prevent such issues in the future. Very bad experience......

Had lunch at the Latest Recipe, celebrating our daughter's birthday. We called Prity in the morning and asked if she could arrange something special for the celebration. She promptly called back confirming the same. We had a party for her the weekend before, so our daughter wasn't expecting a celebration today. Needless to say she had an amazing experience. They had put up foil balloons and regular ones too on the area. There were rose petals decorations on the table which was a nice one tucked in a corner to provide some privacy. The cake was really delicious. Soft, fresh, and just the right amount of sweet. Good thing it was a bento, so we couldn't glutton on it before food. Prity had set up a package for us, that included a 4-course meal. The food here is absolutely delicious. Maringo was incharge of our table and made sure we picked the best items to order, keeping in mind our preferences and dietary restrictions. Rohit and Navanit checked in with us multiple times to ensure nothing was amiss. The service was 7-star. I definitely recommend Le Meridien to all travelers that are thinking for visiting here.

Great food! Beautiful environment! Clean rooms! Best staff! My family and I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a lovely break from the busy city of Mumbai. My 6 year old nephew enjoyed the stay the most. In particular I would like to compliment Mr. Manish at the main restaurant, who is excellent at his job. His service and kindess impressed us. We would surely love to return.

Feedback / Complaint: Our experience at Le Meridien was extremely disappointing. The room services were pathetic — we were allotted rooms at the far corner with no assistance for luggage, no cart, and no proper service. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to the non-supportive staff and zero service orientation. We were completely dissatisfied with both the quality of food and the level of service. Even basic amenities like toiletries were not replaced or maintained during our stay. This was not at all the kind of experience we expected from a reputed property like Le Meridien.

What a place. A marvellous place - Luxury, opulence, sophistication, royalty, soothing to the senses, genuine warmth, serene hospitality, courteous and jovial staff and attendants and overall a majestic experience par excellence. Mahabaleshwar is undoubtedly an excellent destination and in monsoon Mahabaleshwar has it’s another beautiful aspect to showcase - the cold weather, greenery all around drenched with the rainy mist and the fog splattered all over the place providing a heavenly experience. This property is spell binding with tranquil and a zen like experience. Attention to detail - redefined and that of the top draw ! Marvellous property to say the least. All the more remarkable and truly thoughtful experience was its staff - so polite, so hospitable, so welcoming, always keen to help and checking on regularly with the guests on their service and whether the guests are feeling comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make the guests truly relaxed and literally at second home here. Wonderfully and fantastically done property, awesome rooms with luxury of the highest order - the guests feel simply pampered here - at least that’s what I and my family experienced. Gold standard of hospitality and luxury. Wonderful experience while checking in - the staff made us comfortable completed the check in formalities with a breeze while we were relaxing at one of those comfortable couches. Unlike any other place that I have been. Buggy rides were fantastic - to and fro from the lobby area to your rooms. Felt like we were in city within a city ! From the valet, the reception staff, house keeping staff, staff and the chef at the restaurant, staff at the recreation centre and overall staff/ attendants, overall were simply amazing and genuinely hospitable and welcoming. Never ever felt anything artificial or anyone acting rudely or anyone doing their chores just for the sake of completing their duties. Very refreshing approach. Wow !!! Really wow !!! I don’t know the names of the staff members / attendants. But all have been simply magnificent. This reflects management approaching in providing bewildering hospitality with customer first approach. This is what I called truly delightful experience! Highest standards of service as it can be !!! Staff at Chingari restaurant were just so welcoming, comforting and assuring. Even before the restaurant timings, they made me and my family comfortable in the restaurant and checked with us on our requirements. Their chef just enquired with us after our dinner and whether we had an enjoyable and delectable dining experience. This gesture was extremely thoughtful and tasteful as was the dinner ! This place is unlike other 5 star hotels which I have visited earlier. Staff at the recreational centre were extremely helpful and welcoming - Harsh and Kamini - you guys are champion and multi talented - wonderful singers also - very joyful, courteous and very helpful. Kamini helped my daughter with all the art and craft over couple of days and she was very patient and made my daughter very comfortable and my daughter enjoyed doing her art and craft with her learning some new and smart hacks and tricks in the process. My daughter was engrossed with her and that is quite a credible achievement ! I stayed here for 3 days and two nights - August 23 to 25, 2025. This place is just a marvel and with absolute gems in the form of its staff - staff and their hospitality is the crown jewel of this placement . Absolutely a mesmerising and enchanting experience. Nothing like anything. This place has that X factor which places it miles ahead to its competitor. Certainly best property in Mahabaleshwar - I am saying this with some experience since this is my 7th visit to Mahabaleshwar. God bless this place. God bless the staff, attendants, chefs and every other person working here, the management as well as other guests!

I am an regular guest at this wonderful place. Today I am not staying, but still very Happy & delighted with the remote Hospitality extended to me today by the Le Meridian Team just simply for accepting a special request from me & Realistically honoring the request of Birthday celebrations of my son who is currently staying there. Many Special thanks to ASMITA who not only accepted but also executed the request in a much better way then expected.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Le Méridien I recently stayed at Le Méridien, expecting a seamless and luxurious experience befitting a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of mishandlings that left me both frustrated and disappointed. Upon checking out, I entrusted the hotel staff with my luggage, clearly identifying my bags and confirming their details. However, to my dismay, the hotel staff mistakenly loaded the wrong bags into my vehicle. Despite informing them promptly about the mix-up, they failed to rectify the situation, causing unnecessary delays and stress. This oversight led to significant inconveniences. I had to navigate through heavy Sunday traffic to return to the hotel, retrieve my belongings, and still manage to catch my evening flight. The entire ordeal was time-consuming and could have resulted in missing my flight. What added to my frustration was the lack of accountability from the hotel staff. Not only did they fail to apologize for the mishap, but I also observed staff members laughing during the situation, which I found utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. Given the reputation of Le Méridien, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future occurrences.

Beautiful place. Calm and serene. 100 points to the location the resort is built in. Food and facilities are good as well. Rooms were clean. Good place to have vacation with family and friends

I recently had the pleasure of staying at MPG Club Mahabaleshwar, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush, well-maintained lawns and the serene ambiance of the property. The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The swimming pool area was clean and inviting, and I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness center. The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, with plenty of nature trails and sightseeing opportunities nearby. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Picturesque location. Surprisingly a pleasant and cool climate in May’24. Bit warm but breezy during the day and cold misty during night. Staffs are courteous. Rooms are good. In-house Tiger Trail restaurant and staffs are professional and service is good. Overall a good stay experience. Thank you.

Delighted to have spent time at the hotel, where we experienced fantastic service, delectable cuisine, and well-maintained rooms. I would recommend the addition of tree hammocks to enhance the environmental feel. Additionally, it would be beneficial to inquire with customers in advance regarding buffet and breakfast services, especially if they have not booked these amenities during the initial reservation. The overall ambiance was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Almost every alternate year we visit Mahabaleshwar and try new hotels for stay. This time we tried this property. A good property but not enough rooms are maintained, especially the bathroom. I was not expecting after having first impression of the property. We bought 2 rooms and in both the rooms ( Bathrooms ) we faced the same issues. Poor quality of maintenance. But when we reached the reception next day they quick to offer other rooms. Other services and food were good. People are cordial. Hope resort will focus on these annoying factors too.
Shekhar K — Google review
I was very happy with my stay overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and comfortable. The beds are soft and the linens are fresh. I would like to thank Mr. Tariq for his excellent service at the hotel reception. He was very friendly and helpful, and he made our stay very enjoyable. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their hard work. They were all very friendly and helpful, and they made our stay very comfortable.

Evershine Resort and Spa is a stylish and refined upmarket hotel located in the lush green part of central Mahabaleshwar. The architecture resembles a grand Portuguese-era mansion, while the interior boasts bright, welcoming rooms in pale, summery tones. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. It’s located in one of the best spots. What really stood out were the wide range of activities, especially for kids. There was never a dull moment! The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall cleanliness of the property was top-notch. The rooms, common areas, and even the play zones were all spotless and well-maintained. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel like stepping out—the hotel itself offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Highly recommended for families!

What a beautiful resort this is! It’s perfect for a mesmerizing vacation with a blend of high-tech comfort and breathtaking views. The food menu is incredibly huge, you honestly can’t even think of trying everything in one visit and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. On top of that, they’ve thought of everything: a lovely play area for kids, a refreshing swimming pool, and an overall ambiance that makes you want to stay longer. Truly a place that has something for everyone - relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories!

Evershine Resort & Spa – A Perfect Getaway! Thank you, Evershine Resort & Spa, for a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the service was impressively quick. The window views were breathtaking — surrounded by mist and fog, creating the perfect serene atmosphere. This is truly a luxurious gateway in Mahabaleshwar which is close to main market. Rooms are clean and posh in true sense. Service is expectional, especially their Cafe, where all of our accomodation were fulfilled. Food is tasty and there's wide varity to choose from especially the buffet, which is value for money. Resort property is huge and well maintained. All the activites were available along with paid game zone which has competitive pricing. I highly recommend this resort who wants proximity to main market and luxurious stay !
Sameers R — Google review
Poor reception. Good food. During high tea, there is only tea available. Their machine doesn’t work most of the time, and they simply give the excuse that the plug is not working. The security staff is very good, helpful, and polite. Even if you are paying 10k per day, construction work goes on at night, creating a lot of noise. Even when you complain, they don’t stop the work. Rooms are tiny and overpriced.
Jagdish S — Google review
Resort is very well maintained.cleanliness is utmost taken care of. Breakfast spread is quite good.No 1in hospitality. Attendant Tarun in the cafe/dining area was very prompt and polite.Till our order was being delivered, they served us with complimentary starters and papad basket. In the end, dessert was served ,that too complimentary.location of the resort is good as it’s near the market.Had a happy and satisfying stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing ample space for both relaxation and family comfort. The restaurant deserves special mention — the food was delicious with a wide variety of options for both adults and kids. Every meal felt freshly prepared and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience stand out was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and at home. The kids’ play area was a huge hit — safe, well-equipped, and perfect to keep the little ones happily engaged while we relaxed. Nice Property, very well maintained rooms and great Service. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant provides good options for veg food, taste is nice. The approaching road is a bit narrow and down hill, surrounding is a bit slum like with small tin houses all around. Just one thing which can be improved is lift facility which is not available in the main building, elderly people and persons having knee issues will have no choice but to use the stairs. Overall very good, Valley view and the hotel ambience is top notch. Recommended for family
Soumyadeep B — Google review
A stay at Valley View Beacon Resort is delightfully comfortable — the rooms are clean, cozy and offer lovely valley views, especially from the upper floors. The food, particularly the pure-veg buffet and breakfast spread, is impressive with good variety and flavour. Its location is a big plus — walking distance to the main market and well placed for shopping and exploring, though the narrow approach road can be slightly inconvenient. Overall, great for families looking for convenience, good service and a peaceful getaway.

"Wow, just wow! We, me and wife have an absolute blast at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic and delicious! Location is perfect, too - right in the heart of the city. Can't wait to come back! " "The rooms are amazing! Clean, comfy, and modern. Loved the decor and the huge windows with a great view. Perfect place to relax..." "Housekeeping was top-notch!Room was spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail!" "Room service was a breeze! 🍴 Ordered lunch and dinner in bed, and it arrived hot and fresh. The menu had plenty of options, too. " "A heads up for others: the approach road to this hotel can get super congested... Irrespective of time.. especially during rush hour. That's the only drawback I can see" And last "One thing that could be improved is facilities for drivers. They had to wait outside, and it was pretty cold. Maybe a small room or some refreshments for them would be great. Management can't do anything about the approach road, but they can definitely improvise about driver's provision..

Decent place to stay for a short trip. Room and bathroom size is compact, breakfast options are limited. Staff is very good and helpful. Kids enjoyed TT table as we spent good amount of time at resort due to rains. Overall, if you are planning for a short trip, it’s a decent place to stay.

Navigating to this location presents a bit of significant challenge due to the narrow roadways. We stayed in executive valley view room. The accommodations and sanitary facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. We selected the breakfast and dinner inclusive package, and both meals were exceptionally prepared, offering excellent value. Furthermore, the establishment enjoys a central location.

The accommodation includes cottage-style suites and rooms with picturesque views of the hill station. The hotel offers various amenities such as an outdoor pool, a garden, dining options, gaming rooms, and activities for kids. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in an absolute breeze. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better – just a few steps from Mahabaleshwar market, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The food at the hotel itself was excellent, so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to look for other restaurants. A special mention for their thoughtfulness: I had accidentally left my baby’s blanket in the room while heading back to Mumbai, and they not only called to inform me but also took the effort to courier it to Mumbai. Truly a wonderful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar!

One of the best hotel in the area, best location very near to the market, has in built parking space, pool, garden, play area and game room for kids and adults both. Staff is very friendly specially on the reception, room service is a little slow and the weather was just perfect in the area. Travelling options are good as there is a bus stand nearby it and also a hotel inside its boundary so you get full package. Overall experience was very good and complete.

If you have to make the most out of your Mahabaleshwar trip then this is the perfect place for your stay. Location - The best, right next to ST bus depot and main market. Just cross the road and TA DA you'll land to the most happening place in mahableshwar. Food - Two 4+ rated restaurants inside the hotel premises, hot foods served right to your room. Wine - Probable the Oldest and most enriched wine shop youll get literally everything. Games Room - The part which we loved the most , half our time we were simply enjoying playing TT, POOL, Badminton, etc. It also has kids play area. Apart from all this there are magic and jugglar show every night atleast during our stay which is quite fun to watch.

Beautiful property. Pleasant stays. We stayed in there most premium room which was a suit. It was a beautiful cottage style rooms. Very good play area for kids. It has so much greenery that you feel surreal. Amazing food and the view n vibe is to die for. It's surrounded with such good Aura that it's worth your Holiday spent. Will love to go there again!

The stay was very pleasant and the staff is so kind and hospitable. Their internal communication is so perfect. We never had to repeat ourselves when we made requests. Follow ups were prompt and we were always so comfortable. Apart from this, the property itself is so serene and has some really good facilities. Overall, we really enjoyed at stay at the Chambers and look forward to going back super soon !!

I stayed for the first time at Citrus Chambers in August 2025 and i found the place really good. The room i had booked was comfortable though not large with all amenities. The best part was the sit out outside my room where we three couple could sit and chill out. There was lots of fog and rain as is customery in August and we just loved it. The service and breakfast spread is super with very courteous staff. The only problem is on Tuesdays there is a veg Market outside which which means you have to park your car in a ground nearby.

The resort is located very close to the main market. The Google location is a little off, main entrance can is not very visible from the road. Rooms are nice and maintained, with amenities such as hot water, TV, AC, coffee maker and Safes in the room. They have a buffet breakfast, which is quite good. Lunch in the restaurant was ok. They have swimming pool, spa, archery, ATVs, Chess, Ludo, swings, slides, play house, cricket etc available. Some of the play items are not maintained properly. Overall this is a nice property with good ambience and helpful staff.

A Disappointing Stay: real review Lack of Management, Poor Hospitality, and Unsuitable Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing, characterized by poor management and a complete lack of hospitality. We chose this property after explicitly inquiring with management about the weather, given we were traveling with an infant and a toddler and were unaware of monsoon conditions in the region (being from Australia). Management failed to disclose the severe weather, which we believe was a deliberate omission to secure our booking. Upon arrival, it was raining heavily, and there were no provisions for families, leading to our infant and toddler falling ill. The property offered no amenities or organized activities to engage children and families. There was no music, no bonfire, and a general absence of efforts to create a welcoming environment. The room itself presented several issues. We were unable to open the windows due to the heavy rain, and the balcony was impractical, offering no space for seating or even standing. Furthermore, the common occurrence of monkey attacks meant doors and windows had to remain shut, severely limiting ventilation. Safety was a significant concern. The stairways and the path to the restaurant were extremely slippery, posing a considerable risk to elderly guests, toddlers, and infants. Additionally, the electricity was highly unstable, with power outages occurring every 2-4 minutes, which is a major concern. Our ability to explore the local area was also severely hampered. Due to the incessant rain and blocked roads, we were unable to access the market or any other nearby attractions. Overall, our experience was incredibly negative. This hotel is only suitable if your sole intention is to eat and sleep; otherwise, we strongly advise seeking alternative accommodation. Additional Critical Issues It's important to note that this property is an independent entity and not part of the Citrus Group, as we initially understood. This misrepresentation is concerning. Unresponsive to Our Needs Perhaps the most disheartening aspect was the management's complete lack of empathy. We requested an early checkout and a partial refund based on the dire conditions and our family's illness, appealing to their humanity. Our request was flatly refused, with management citing their policies. This refusal, given the circumstances, was a major letdown and a stark demonstration of the complete absence of hospitality.

Recently stayed at Citrus Chambers Mahabaleshwar and while the property has a charming location, several aspects of the stay could be improved. Room Maintenance & Amenities: For their highest-category room, the upkeep felt average. Basic amenities such as slippers, iron, soap, and a bathrobe were missing and had to be requested. These small oversights affect the overall comfort of the stay. Restaurant Experience: On one evening at the restaurant around 2210 hrs (closing time listed as 2230 hrs), the attending staff member mentioned that dinner would take 40 minutes and asked for the “final order” immediately. While we understand operational constraints close to closing time, the approach felt discouraging for guests who had just arrived. The property has good potential, but more attention to proactive service and guest-friendly communication would go a long way in matching the premium image and pricing.

Ajay K — Google review
The location of the resort is truly amazing—right in the center of Mahabaleshwar and surrounded by clouds, giving a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere. The ambience and natural beauty around the resort are the highlights of the stay. However, the food was quite average and didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star property. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the reception staff. They were surprisingly arrogant and unwelcoming, especially towards guests speaking in Marathi. One staff member, Biswa, even insisted we speak only in English or Bengali, which felt very disrespectful and inappropriate—especially in a tourist spot in Maharashtra. For a premium resort, such an attitude is unacceptable and takes away from the overall experience. The location and views are worth visiting for, but the management seriously needs to improve their hospitality and staff training.

Recently had a stay here. Rooms were nice, big, and clean. Room service was prompt for items like extra towel or chair etc. Breakfast has limited options, but is very tasty and they will provide more quantity as required. Very close to main market so can go to market in evening by walking. Pros: Big, clean rooms. Walkable distance to main market. Prompt and good service.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality I recently stayed at Fountain Village Hotel, Mahabaleshwar with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and gives a true luxury feel. Due to heavy rain, we were unable to reach the hotel on the same day, and my booking was non-refundable. However, when I spoke to the manager, he kindly adjusted our booking for the next day without any extra charge. Very kind and helpful people! The ambiance is peaceful, the staff is courteous, and the overall hospitality made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and premium stay in Mahabaleshwar.

What a truly wonderful experience at the Sherwood Country Club Mahabaleshwar! The entire staff radiates a spirit of genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everyone on the team is dedicated to giving more than expected. This commitment created an atmosphere of pure comfort and ease. I'd especially like to thank Jyoti from the restaurant. Her eagerness to assist and her incredible attention to detail made every meal feel like a special occasion. She embodies the "above and beyond" attitude that seems to define this entire team. Thank you all for a truly memorable stay.

The resort is well-located and offers a pleasant environment for a family getaway. The restaurant staff stood out with their excellent service, and the food was consistently tasty. However, the internal roads were poorly maintained, which was disappointing given Club Mahindra’s reputation. Despite that, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. A few improvements could make it even better.

The resort was decent overall, though it does have scope for improvement. The rooms were quite spacious but could be better maintained. Food was average, nothing exceptional. With more attention to upkeep and service, the property has the potential to offer a much better experience.

We had a pathetic experience in terms of food today, the roti was all uncooked twice sent to the kitchen & the panner served in paneer subzi was frozen like rubber. Twice we spoke to the chef Mr. Dhruv but yet the mistakes were repetitive. We finally got frustrated and requested twice for the FNB manager Mr Arvind to personally check the food at our table, but he didn't visit. Chef Dhruv visited twice and accepted the undercooked and fake/stale paneer in the food served. One subzi is been changed nearly about 1000 Rs and such is the quality. Paneer served does not look authentic. It's not a pleasant experience in terms of food ..

Extremely pathetic stay. Worst club mahindra stay so far. I’m now regretting taking the Mahindra membership if they are offering this kind of service. Its better to opt for other resorts. Even the restaurant food was excess salty and the staff was not courteous at all to make any changes!! The manager said thats how it is! We were travelling with 2 year old twin babies and the restaurant service made our stay difficult! While the resort ambience is nice the service being so poor takes the mood off from your vacation!!

0 room service. For everything one need to call multiple times. A 3 star hotel will give a better service than this. Food in the room is served in paper boxes, without plates or cutlery. No one is there to guide on parking vehicle let alone valet service. Very very bad service, or let me put it this way no service at all

An excellent experience for 4 days! Location, Staff hospitality was top class. Rooms pretty neat and clean. We were 10 of us, different age group yet all found the stay very pleasant! Room: Executive. The only feedback I'd give is to have better and cleaner bedsheets, rest, all was near perfect!

Absolutely Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Our stay at Hotel Bharat, Mahabaleshwar was nothing short of a nightmare. The service quality was terrible, with no sense of hospitality or basic human touch from the staff. They seemed completely indifferent to guests’ needs, showing zero professionalism or courtesy. The rooms were poorly maintained, and even after repeated requests, no one bothered to respond or resolve issues. Basic amenities were either missing or non-functional, and the staff acted as if they were doing us a favor by even listening. For the price they charge, the service is the poorest you can imagine. There are plenty of better options in Mahabaleshwar — this one is definitely not worth your time or money. Highly disappointed and would never recommend Hotel Bharat to anyone.

⭐ 1/5 “Terrible Experience — Never Staying Here Again!” I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Bharat Hostel. The rooms were extremely dirty, with stained bedsheets and a foul smell that never went away. The bathrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained — no proper water supply most of the time. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the management didn’t seem to care about guest comfort at all. The food was awful and overpriced, and the kitchen looked unhygienic. There was constant noise at night, making it impossible to sleep. Honestly, it’s shocking how this place is even still running. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid Bharat Hostel unless you want your stay ruined.

We stayed on 26 & 27 July, 2025 with booking of 2 rooms. Although the location is good that is surrounding with lush greenery and walkable distance from main market, Hotel infrastructure is quite old. THIS HOTEL REALLY NEEDS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE WHICH CAN BE SEEN IN MONSOON. 1. There were leakages in the room from wall as well as flooring. 2. Windows are jammed 3. Wooden support has been given to the frame of windows 4. Flush leakages 5. Looks like towels aren’t washed thoroughly… they look untidy 6. Had only 1 Hair Dryer across rooms / hotel which was delivered almost after 4 hours and multiple follow-ups 7. Exhaust Fan wasn’t working in one of the washroom 8. Inspite of having AC in our room there was no remote. When we asked for it were informed your booking is for Non-AC rooms and our ACs will just make the rooms cool and doesn’t have heater capability. While it was funny, but if not heater we could have made the temperature through AC. But they didn’t provide remote for either of the day While the servings are Okies Hotel needs to slightly work on their food quality and variety too. Best part was upon asking for JAIN FOOD it was freshly prepared and served on table without any hesitance

Location is good, but service is terrible and the rooms had insects. I have been to many hotels and resorts but I haven't seen such terrible service ever. For 3 hours after the checkin we weren't given water and had to wait another half hour after calling the reception for water also there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Worst experience of my life till now. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We went here to eat Thali in their restaurant and we really had a bad experience. There was no rush at the restaurant and it was just us. They told us they just reopened after the rainy season. The plates were dirty and had fungus. When we wiped the plate, the tissue had black dirt/fungus on it. As it's a Thali restaurant, we had already paid, 600/- per plate. After complaining they got us a new plate, same dirt was there too. We left and asked for refund. They first denied saying you did UPI payment, it's difficult to refund. Then we sat there insisting, the senior came, she acknowledged and gave us cash. Overall horrible experience, we'll never recommend this place to anyone.

We always for last 25 years are enjoying our stay in Hotel Rajesh due to the beautiful environment, most cooperative staff and pure veg good food. However l would like to give one suggestion. The breakfast is NOT having variety. Same dishes are being repeated every week. Kindly include more varieties like Medu-Vada, Batata-Vada, Paav-Bhaji etc. Please think on this note. All else absolutely good. Adv. Meghamala Natu

Waste of money, time and efforts. The rooms and bathrooms are so dirty that you don't want to go in tha room. We booked their super deluxe room which is worse than an ordinary room in any hotel The room service is very bad. The staff has no idea about service. They are busy in making their own rules. You can't take their dinner to your room, you have to eat it in the dining room. The food tastes so bad that you want to vomit it as soon as possible. They are duping customer only with their swimming pool. They have spent all their money on outdoor decore and spent no money in maintaining the room.

An Unforgettable Stay in this beautiful property... From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, and every interaction throughout our stay made us feel truly valued. We recently stayed at Tranquil Resort & Spa. The property is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Category-wise Rating: Spa – ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Tried the couple spa, but the experience was disappointing. The couple treatment is in separate rooms, which takes away from the “together” feel. The female therapist was good, but the male therapist wasn’t attentive and didn’t ask about focus areas. Towels were old, smelled of oil, and should be replaced. The steam room was very small and congested. Overall, not worth the price charged. Staff – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The best part of the stay. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really stood out. Room – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) We stayed in a Cottage Room – spacious and comfortable, but not without issues. The hair dryer stopped working, some walls showed dampness, and the outdoor table and chairs were always wet, so we couldn’t use them. One unpleasant incident was a street dog picking up shoes from outside the room, which the property should manage better. Restaurant & Food – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Excellent food with a good spread and tasty preparation. The restaurant service was quick, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) A peaceful resort with great staff and food, but spa services and some maintenance aspects need serious improvement.

They must provide electric geyser in bath room as solar water don't get heat and only Luke warm water comes that too only up too 10am...it's a cold place so hot water is a must.. it's quite safe for small family. Well lite area at night... Also approach road is good no steep road.. only there hotel ramp is bit slopy but not an big issue manageable....

*1/5 stars - Urgent Attention Needed for Emergency Response - SENIOR CITIZENS, HAVING SMALL BABY AND HAVING MEDICAL CONDITION PEOPLE THINK BEFORE VISITING THIS HOTEL. PATHETIC WORST AND UNFORGETTABLE BAD EXPERIENCE. Had a disappointing experience at Lake Paradise on 25th October 2025 between 2-3 AM when a medical emergency arose. We desperately needed medicines and doctor intervention, but unfortunately, the hotel's response was non-existent. We tried reaching out to the hotel reception multiple times, but no one answered the call. We then tried contacting the hotel manager on their mobile number with normal and WhatsApp calls, but there was no response. The contact number listed on Google wasn't in service either. It's alarming that during a medical emergency, there was no staff available or on-call support. This lack of response could be stressful for anyone, especially a visitor in an unfamiliar hill station. Negligence in such situations can have dire consequences, even fatal. When I called the hotel reservations this morning to share our experience, the person showed a lack of concern and understanding. Their response was, "We have positive and negative reviews both." This attitude is unacceptable, especially in a situation where a guest's safety was compromised. Additionally, the room service is poorly managed. The timing is rigid (12-3 PM), and if you ask for it outside these hours, it's not available. Even when we didn't take room service the previous day, and asked for it the next day, it wasn't available. It's clear that the hotel is not prioritizing guest experience or providing quality service. Overall, my experience at Lake Paradise was pathetic and worst. I would caution others to think twice before choosing this hotel.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Other than the location, there is absolutely nothing good about Lake Paradise Hotel. The rooms were dark, stinky, and far from hygienic. We had to ask the staff to change the bed sheets upon arrival, which clearly should’ve been done beforehand. Eventually, we ended up changing the room because the one provided was simply not livable. The furniture is old, the interiors are poorly maintained, and there was visible dust in every corner. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. Breakfast was another letdown — served cold, and the table underneath was filthy (see attached pics). It was shocking to see such poor standards. I was shocked to see morning tea (that we ordered) was served in paper cups. When asked why paper cups, the staff said tea cups have not been washed yet. The staff appeared disinterested and unconcerned about the upkeep of the hotel or the comfort of guests. With such neglect toward basic cleanliness and hospitality, I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Mahabaleshwar.
Manmeet B — Google review
The rooms were spacious, but overall, my stay was disappointing. The ceiling was dripping water drops, which made the experience very uncomfortable. We needed a doctor, and the hotel arranged their own who charged ₹2600 just for a visit – this felt overpriced. The pillows were stinky and unhygienic, and the food was extremely bad in taste. To make it worse, the restaurant closes by 10 PM, which is not guest-friendly at all. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service, hygiene, or food quality
Arkiz O — Google review
No hot water. Mahabaleshwar being the cool place with low temperature there was no hot water available after morning. They supply warm water only till 10 am. AC remote was not working properly. Bed quality is also not good. Swimming pool is not of use at all. Dining area is not proper. Don't waste your money and precious time.
Precise W — Google review
The rooms are stinky. Bedsheets, blanket covers have stains all over. They clean the room everyday no doubt but level of cleanliness and hygiene we expect is not there for the price we are paying. The biggest turn off was that they start playing loud songs in the morning around 8AM everyday and you can not sleep further. The meals they provide in the breakfast are very oily. Moreover the Dishes and Bowls they provide for having breakfast have strong smell of detergent. The other food options apart from breakfast(complimentary) are very expensive, their aloo parantha is no exception(very small in size and looks like chapati). Rooms require a lot of maintenance and we have a checkout time of 11:00AM but we were asked to vacate at 10:00AM so that their staff can do cleaning but anyway they waited for us till 10:35.
Kartik J — Google review
Thank you to manager Suraj. We reached the hotel at 3:15 am, but check-in was at 11 am. However, Suraj helped us a lot. Thank you 🙏 This message expresses gratitude to the manager, Suraj, for accommodating the guests' early arrival despite the official check-in time being later.

Nestled near the serene Venna Lake, R R Heritage Resort is a stunning retreat enveloped by lush greenery. This property features modern and stylish interiors that create an inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms adorned with elegant furnishings, ensuring comfort during their stay. The resort's location offers easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it convenient for exploration. Visitors have praised the smooth check-in process and the friendly professionalism of the staff throughout their stay.
I recently stayed at RR Heritage Hotel in Mahabaleshwar and had a truly wonderful experience! 🌟 From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to the main attractions of Mahabaleshwar. The ambience of the hotel has a relaxing charm that makes it feel like a home away from home. What stood out the most was the excellent service and hospitality. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The food was also delicious, freshly prepared, and served with care. Overall, RR Heritage Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location — right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar market, yet surprisingly peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery. It's a great spot for those who want easy access to shopping and eateries while still enjoying a calm, nature-filled environment. The food quality was good, and the service was outstanding. The staff was consistently polite, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. It wasn’t mentioned on the online booking platforms that this is a pure vegetarian hotel, which could be important information for some guests. The buffet breakfast had limited options, and more variety would have enhanced the experience. At the swimming pool, the steps were not clearly visible, which could be a safety issue, and there were no relaxing chairs or loungers around the pool area — something you'd typically expect. We also faced a hot water issue during our stay, with barely any water pressure, making it difficult to bathe comfortably. Additionally, considering it's a 3-star property, the room rates felt a bit on the higher side. While the overall experience was good, the pricing could be more aligned with the amenities provided. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, greenery, and excellent service — especially if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the center of Mahabaleshwar.
Sumedh P — Google review
The place is very nice and clean. Good for both family and couples. Food is also really nice. Rooms feels bit small compared to the price but again its depends on you. Rooms and service is very good. Note: it doesn't have any view.
Indrajeet S — Google review
The rooms along with the bathroom are extremely clean and they deserve a 10/10. However, when it comes to the resort as a whole, I think they need to step up their game. For the given rent, there are legit 0 amenities in the resort, and they should work on that. Another negative is that the condition of paying the rent in CASH only could be quite inconvenient for customers. The breakfast was decent and the resort is located just beside the local market, as well as it's quite near the tourist attractions.
Yash K — Google review
I stayed at R R Heritage Hotels during my recent trip to Mahabaleshwar and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room size was very small and felt cramped, especially for the price they charge. Additionally, the cleanliness was below average—there were visible stains and the overall maintenance didn't meet expectations for a resort. Considering the condition of the property and the facilities provided, the price is too high. You can easily find better options nearby at similar or even lower rates. Would not recommend unless there are improvements in cleanliness, service, and value for money.

I recently visited RR Heritage and had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful and well-maintained environment. Every corner reflects attention to detail and care. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!”

We had a wonderful experience! The hospitality was truly impressive, with staff who were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The service was top-notch — everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The atmosphere of the property was absolutely delightful — peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay, very near to the main market and all the attractions places. Only down side is the view, as it has cottage concept so there’s no view from this place. Apart from that every thing was really nice, the stay and specially the food

Hotel Poonam is a great choice for families and couples looking for comfortable lodging in a prime location. Situated at the heart of the main market, this hotel offers well-maintained and spacious executive rooms with nice bathrooms. While the on-site restaurant may not be exceptional, guests have plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's convenient location on mall road ensures easy access to various attractions and fast service.
Good hotel cum lodging with less price. Well maintained clean rooms, Good and co operative staff. Few things need improvement that is bit noisy in morning outside the rooms situated at ground floor, Hot water is available only during 7 am to 11 am.
Shreyas S — Google review
Good rooms. Good amenities. Good service. Staff little bit rude and behaviour not as expected. But overall good location and good hotel
Moin S — Google review
I didn't like the rooms in this hotel and I didn't like their service at all. It looks very nice from the outside but nothing like that from the inside. The service is not good. They do not give proper service to those who book online. Even after booking online, they give you a very late check-in. There is a problem with the tap in the room, the taps are not working properly, the electric board is not working properly, there is a problem with its buttons. The bathroom door handle is broken. You have to call the reception every time to turn on the TV. The AC is not working properly. When you call the reception, they do not pick up quickly. And the service is very slow. The room is not that good as per the rate.
Rohit S — Google review
Hotel manager staff is very rude. They do not provide extra blanket for kids. Hotel checkout time is 9 Am , if you checkout one min extra they will charge you for next day. Frequent load shading and blackouts. Take at-least 15 mins to turn on the backup. Hot water only for two hours in morning. Brek fast quality very bad. And if you ask to serve milk instead of coffee for kid , they will refuse and say we can only offer coffee and tea for kid . Milk charges extra. No parking space.
Mukesh A — Google review
Rooms had all amenities and were very clean although they were a bit small in size. The appreciable thing is that the room was very silent inspite of the hotel being in a busy mall road location. Would highly recommend.

The bungalow was well furnished. The rooms are spacious and well lit by the natural light. The bathrooms had running hot water in the mornings and the food provided by the staffs was great. However the wifi and the cellular network was poor. Apart from these, the rest was great and we had a nice experience.

Ideal for big groups Excellent food. The chef cooks delicious yet simple food. Service was very good Rooms were big and clean. 4 adults could easily sleep on the bed. Roof top has nice view. Garden is also good for campfire (₹2000 extra)
Poonam G — Google review
Very aptly named! In the monsoon it was always shrouded in mist. Nice big space so no dearth of places to form groups and chat around. 4 huge bedrooms to have family get togethers in a semi private place. Very friendly staff ready to cook anything you demand and help in any manner possible However it's a place where you'd need to entertain yourself as it isn't equipped with any typical pool, games etc. Located off the main road with the last 100 mtrs being unpaved so you'd need to have some vehicle to reach here especially when with luggage. Overall a good place to have fun as good as the group you go with but not if you like a typical hotel like experience.

Its the best bungalow available in hole of Mahableshwar with 8 bed rooms. it has good parking space. Its only 3mins away from the main Market on Poladpur Road. Its fully surround with Nature and Dense Forest. In the early morning it makes us feel so fresh. I would love to go once every year with my Family and Friends for break from my busy schedule life of metro. The food is prepared as per our choice, tht the best part. FULL 5 STAR for this Place
Jignesh P — Google review
7 of us in our mid 20s visited this place in off season. The view and feeling from this place is amazing. It's not easy to locate but once we reached we were happy that the place is slightly secluded. But the issue we faced was that the linen were not clean of all the 4 rooms we had booked. The caretaker did change the linen but that too were not as clean as expected. There is network issue in that area, voda signal with 2G was avaliable. The wi-fi is available only on the ground floor. If someone still wants to be connected to the society after visiting this place then do not book rooms on the first floor. The caretaker doesn't give a damn about what you are doing, not so welcoming but not rude as well. There's a terrace where the cold breeze blows your mind. This is where we sat and had our drinks. If the linen would have been clean, I would rated it 4.
